Pros: Two bedrooms are very spacious and easy parking. Cons: The management company doesn’t care about their tenants. You will be charged everything regardless if you asked for it or not. The insulation is not good in the apartments. No Security and environment has gone downhill. People in the office and office hours change numerous times. Rent prices are rising.

It's not GREAT, but it isn't bad either. I adjusted better than I thought. It would be great if the trash valet really came to pick up my trash, and if the staff at the leasing office were available at the business hours displayed. Other than that, it's okay.

Is not clean, is not safe and no amenities. The grass is taking over the pool is out of service most of the time. The playground is used by teenagers to smoke weed at night and unsupervised children nocking on doors and running. My ring camera captures suspicious people wondering around. The property is bad.

I have been a resident for about 5 years now and overall the experience is good. I feel safe returning back in the evening and walking from my car. I can find a parking spot near or in front of my building about 90% of the time. There are a few minor inconveniences, if my neighbors are smoking, the smell will drift in to my apartment through the bathrooms (closing the doors and air purifiers help)and the children outside running and screaming in the afternoons. ( it has gotten better and turning on some music to play in the background helps block the majority of it), so in the end it is a minor inconvenience.

Ehhh...
Great place to stay if you're not picky and need something cheap...Neighbors are kinda weird but hey, you don't bother me I won't bother you..A quiet community for the most part other than the petty low lives that call the tow trucks whenever you park in their spot..Yep....You get what you pay for..Maintenance SUCKS..They're lazy and don't know what they're doing. Several times they've worked on plumbing throughout the complex and we either went without hot water or water period sometimes. They also take FOREVER to maintenance your apartment. I moved in MONTHS ago and STILL HAVEN'T gotten the initial move in repairs done..Ridiculous.

Not my favorite place at all. I rented there because I had no choice. I signed an agreement for an apartment with a specific move in date. A week later I was told that I couldn't have that one as the current renters decided to stay. They tried to put me in another - of course I couldnt see in it, but felt from the location it would be pretty dark. I said no, then they talked to me about another one and I couldn't see it. By this time it moved my move in date back by a month and I had to move in with a friend and store my belongings for 4 weeks. When I got in the apartment was filthy, one of the burners did not fit, there was no silverware tray for the dishwasher, a switch in the kitchen didn't work There was a huge stain in the carpet by the door. After a while they sold the projects to another company and in order to save money the Manager is alone with no one to answer the phones or show apartments but her.If it is her day off, you're out of luck getting through. My lease period was almost over and I found another place. I gave my notice and was all set to move but that apartment fell through so I asked if I could remain while I found another place or even put my move off a week or so. I was told no. I reminded the manager about my being put out basically on the streets when I was going to move in.- this is another manager. I want to know why my written agreement to move into the first apartment wasn't honored, but the written agreement to move into my apartment was. I turned in my keys and two months later still have not received my deposit return, when I called about it I was not talked to but the Manager told me she would call me back. 24 hrs later no call. I would not give this location a good rating, too many promises to repair things that were never followed through on. A lot of scum moving in and parking is horrendous. I obviously will not get my deposit back so I don't care about giving them a good rating. I think by law they have so many days to contact me regarding the deposit

Nice on the Outside, Ugly on the Inside
This is a very nice and quiet neighbor to live in, I love it! The apartments on the other hand can be a little better. Floor plan is awesome, but management is horrible. You have to put in multiple maintenance request, just for them to come and not fix it properly. Water bill has double since I first moved in and management can not give you a reason why. Walls are paper thin and the front gate beeps ALL day and night and management will not lower noise. Go to office with a concern and they just smile and apologize and nothing gets done. Maybe with new management morale will change.

Silversmith Creek
I just renewed my lease...for the fourth time. I have a really large apartment at a very reasonable price. The management and staff are above reproach, always helpful and informative. All maintenance issues are handled same day, including weekend emergencies. The new motion detector lighting and evening security guards are a most welcome improvement.
