Just renewed my lease I definitely recommend this apartment complex ??
I love my apartment and I’m glad my cousin told me about this community.
The negative reviews on here are not accurate. I have no mine and roach issues, maintenance responded to me same, and management is awesome. I definitely recommend this complex and you can’t beat the rent amount.
I've given one star because it's a fair price and apartments are kinda decent and one manager gets stuff done. But i've been here for 9 months and i am not resigning my lease with this place. The first day I moved in my fridge was infested with roaches. That should've been my sign. luckily for me I keep my apartment clean with bleach almost everyday but it still doesn't stops them it keeps them from becoming so many. closets hasn't been fixed since i moved in. They poorly fix things that needs to be fixed. I had to call multiple times for an exterminator it took me to go show face to get someone to come out that same day, but that didn't work other are coming back. My whole apartment needs to be redone. The only thing that's keeping me there it's convenient with my job transportation wise but other then that i hate it!! They sometimes don't answer the phone they close without any notices sometimes. It's just so much and i talked to corporate about these situations and i'm not for sure if something is getting done but i haven't seen any changes yet. SAVE YA MONEY MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Even though the staff was very proffessional and polite , this is the worst place to live after only being here 3 months. As this being my first time renting my own place i know i was going to get my work cut out for me by maybe having some leaking pipes or drained clogs etc kind of issues which is the norm this place is infested and poor communication skills. I have called for over a month for an exterminator even the exterminator is “supposedly comes out every Wednesday “ and when i finally got the exterminator to come he didnt do much but makes things worse. There are other affordable apartments else trust me
This place is infested!!! I've been here two months and I'm looking for a new place. When I say infested PLEASE BELIEVE ME! Scratching behind the walls. I've called them and they NOTHING! I've paid an exterminator and still infested! Caught 5 in one day on glue traps. This is a health Hazzard!!!! Move here at your own RISK
This is the nastiest most unprofessional place I’ve ever been to. In the beginning when we looking at apartment they showed us all the updated nice units. We were offered a place but 3 days later we were told someone beat us to the unit but had another unit exactly the same but it wouldn’t be ready for 2 weeks. 3 days before the property assistant called to asked if we wanted new carpet (who wouldn’t) then the day before more called back and said the place wouldn’t be ready due to a problem and extended our move in date by 5 days. Then on move in day when we got the place was in terrible conditions the kitchen cabinet were old dirty broken and warn down. The appliances were old rusted and dirty the closet doors were broken and falling off the henges. The vents were dirty and rusted. The place needed a new paint job badly. The worst part is that it was infested with ROACHES, BED BUGS and ANTS!! We also found evidence of mice. That place is disgusting and the property manager nor maintenance manager want to do their job correctly.
I went this afternoon to look at the two bedroom on edgecomb and was completely turned off. It was dirty on the inside and outside and it looked like a shack (literally). We then took a tour to the apartments on greenspring and they were no better. I saw dead roaches and it smelled of urine in the hallway before you entered. The office manager was extremely nice and professional but the apartments were horrible. Save your money and look elsewhere!
I was going move onto this property. I gave my money did all paperwork and when move in Day came the place was not finish and was told by the maintenance man they don't fix all that cause people just break it again. My front door was not working. There was holes in the wall. This property is cheap and ridiculously small but you pay for what you get. The management here is horrible and could care less about the people in that area. One star because I can't go any lower.
I called to inquire about possibly moving into the community and was completly turned off when the rental lady answerednthe phone. She was not welcoming at all very short not helpful and moat of all ahe acted as if Ii was bothering her. I pray that this pmroblem is addresses and corrected because it is very detrimental to the owners of this community. At one ppint O pulled the phone away from my heat just because I thought this could not be real. I started not to post anything, just go along my way and apply for other apartments, then thought someone needs to say something or this would never be fixed. If she DOES not like what shrle does please hire someone who do. She makes the community as a whole look VERY BAD. Maybe you guys can also do a secret caller to see what type of resonse that i am talking about. I even hope she reads this and make a change. YOU KNOW WHO YOU AEE.
I have called several times to inquire about 1 and/or 2 bedroom apartments at Sinai Ridge and the lady whom I assume is the property manager is not very friendly at all. I have called several times to inquire about availability and pricing, and she seems as if I am bothering her and she doesn't really want to answer any of my questions. I really would like to move into the apartment complex, because it is close to the type of public transporation that I utilize to get to work everyday. I sure hope this review causes a change in her telephone mannerism.
