Living here is just a headache...dealing with unprofessional landlord at a daily basis...they need security here because people will come inside the parking structure and break into your car....homeless roam free around this complex...residents will park in your parking garage and the landlord won’t do anything...the only thing this place succeeds in is living near the downtown area

First off great location however it's like a rollercoaster living here...property manager is unprofessional and rude, constant fire alarms going off, blackouts, elevators constantly breaking down, garage door constantly not working, homeless people roaming around hanging out near the outside door ways, dirty hallways and gym area, when I first moved to my unit it was disgusting dusty and dirty. I hate paying a lot to live here in this so called luxury apartments but it's near everything

If you like living a short walk to downtown restaurants, bars and other amenities then you will love the location of this complex. The building is very secure and the units themselves are stylish and updated. Also, the fact that there is virtually no noise transfer from the units around you is a big plus.
