I’ve lived here about three years now and I’ve got to say it is one of the best places to live. It’s quiet and safe and the response times from not only office staff, but especially maintenance requests. I put in a few and I’ve never had to wait more than usually it’s the same day sometimes it’s the day after, they do incredible work. Denise and Kayla in the office are very personal and easy to deal with. I can’t imagine living anywhere else.

While I love living here because of the amenities and location, I'm not sure I would recommend it to my personal clients. I would, however, recommend it to the community at large because of those amenities and location.

This gated community has everything from a central park area friendly for children and pets to play and facilities for family and community activities such as volleyball, swimming, exercise, board games, grilling areas, and a pond you can fish from. The location of this community is ideal those who commute on I-30 and close to many stores and shops. The office staff treat everyone like family and will take care of you.

The blinds on the French door are not attached at the bottom, so the blinds swing when the door is opened and closed, marking up the door and the blinds.
I would recommend this apartment because of the private garage, pet friendly features, and because staff are on top of issues if they arise

i would recommend 1650 simply because it is far away the best of the 25 or 30 apartment communities i looked at. the apartment, the grounds and the staff are the best

This is a safe and family oriented community. One of the most important thing to most of us is that it is dog friendly.
I lived here about 2 years and had a great experience. Big gym, awesome management, always clean and also has a huge park. What else could be .. It’s a little pricey but you get what you pay. Lease officer Dennise was awesome !
I lived here for 3 months in 2018 while looking for a home. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and always available. When I was selling my home, this is the first place I came looking for my new home.
