Property Ratings at Sky at Bear Creek
I moved in about two months ago and so far so good! The staff is extremely helpful - from helping me bring in a super heavy package to locking my door when I forgot to when I was out of town. The office staff has made the moving transition smooth and have been avilable whenever I have needed them. The apartment itself- I am in a unit that is a bit outdated (due to the move in time they didn't have time to remodel). I would say about 80% of the apartments are remodeled and look very nice! The location is convienent and even the amenities (laundry/pool/grill) are just steps away from any unit. So far, no complaints.
staff is nice and helpful. apartments are okay but could use updating. little to no parking. laundry room needs more machines. price is more than apartments are worth.
When my wife and I leaned that we were moving to Colorado springs we were anxious and excited having even been down to the city before. This new city was a three hour drive so we packed up and headed down with hope and a prayer that we could find "the one". After wasting two days drinking around all if the springs we finally found refugee at the Sky at Bear Creek apartments. The staff was the first thing that told me we had found a good home. They were very kind and patient while we figured out what kind of apartment we could raise our little family in . The apartments are good a lot of space and some awesome amenities for all of the tennents. If you are looking for a good community to raise kids. Look no further. They have it all here.
Management is great! Some of the units are in need of some updating, but otherwise fine.
