Nice Area but Upkeep is Poor
I have been here for 3 1/2 years. I love the area but the living conditions are very poor. Roaches are literally in the walls and black mold constantly grows and the air conditioning doesn't work properly. Maintenance is not dependable and the lies that you are told are very unnecessary. Pest control isn't worth even getting because it only makes the roaches worst. Water is always off and it's always a leak. The money that is paid for rent isn't worth it. You have no amenties..no washer/dryer connections, no pool or anything. Very peaceful area but not worth the bullcrap.

Beautiful with lots of space. The inside of the apartment's are nice the rooms are big and the grounds are well kept

Please do not move here
Have been here for roughly 6 months. Water gets shut off for a couple days a month. Black mold in almost all the apartments. Terrible management. No a/c for majority of the year. Most of the dryers do not work and a couple months ago they offered $25 gift cards for positive reviews so anything you see above a one star rating is a paid review

Great Apartment
We haven’t had any issues and every request we’ve had has been taken care of. Very quite place to live as far as neighbors and JRB is in walking distance.

Amazing Job
New Management and maintenance are amazing! They do not get enough credit honestly before they came along there was fights every night now its so quiet, almost a little to quite. The new managers Jessika and yecina are amazing they helped my brother out so much in the moving process it unreal. positive attitudes and she super bubbly and hilarious. I see her all over the property to get things done. Thank you all for making this living experience for my brother great.

Best I’ve lived in so far
I just moved in at the beginning of September and I have seen nothing but positivity. People complain about them but everything they complain about is totally backwards for me. I request for maintenance it gets fixed if it emergent. Management keeps up with communication. They are fixing up every building and apartment with up to date appliances.

Happy For A New Home
Just moved in here almost 2 weeks ago. The ladies in the office have been great with answering questions as well as staying on top of things. It’s very calm here in the evening and there is an amazing playground within eye shot of my apartment to let the kids play.I am very happy with my choice to move in!

Home sweet Home
I must say, I was skeptical about moving here, but it is such a nice property, I love my neighbors and I love Linda,she is simply the best! Every time I have an issue she and the maintenance men fix it right away. Wonderful property!!!
