We have enjoyed living at Sky3. The location is wonderful with easy access to the Portland streetcar, bus lines and the Max train. The staff are friendly, courteous and helpful.

Sky 3 could be an amazing place to live due to the wonderful Maintenance team and the sweet front desk woman as well as the great floor plans and views But they need a new property manager. I suspect they'd keep their leasing staff longer as well. High turnover. The current one has poor communication, often would take weeks to respond to emails. Would never respond to a phone call. Very hostile and defensive if you confront him or call him out such as him not wearing masks, deleting our online portal and giving out late fees, purposefully sending in maintenance when I told him my son would be home alone, ignoring emails etc The list goes on. He alone has made our Sky 3 experience awful.

My experience at Sky 3 has been the exactly what I was hoping for when I moved downtown. It's in a location where I can literally walk to everything, a wonderful view, a very functional apartment with a good amount of space, security, convenience - the lot.

I just moved in and I couldn't be more at peace. The management staff was highly professional and are working hard to get the building up and running. The roof deck and amenity situation is stunning and my friends are loving it as much as I am--even my lil pup is settling in well! Love this place and would love some cool neighbors. It's a perfect central location and you can't beat new!

The building itself is quite lovely. Applying for the affordable housing options, though, is unorganized and extremely stressful—especially for those who may have actual deadlines to meet (such as move-out dates and 30-day notices). I was lead to believe that the process would be about a week turn around time to find out if a move-in date was one or two months out. After pressing for more information and explaining how much interest I had, I was told that in some cases the process can take up to three weeks to know if you've been approved and to check back one and two month later. The application process and management needs a re organization and it's too bad because it would've been a perfect fit.
