Excellent administration, beautiful and safe place to live and enjoy!

Monica always handles your concerns, very pleasant and professional to talk to. The manager came by with maintenance about other concerns I had about my apartment and she was very nice/ professional and noted my concerns to see what she can do and the maintenance person always ready to handle what needs to be done. Staff are professional.

Very warm and welcoming place. Everyone very sweet, courteous and attentive.

Sonoma Pointe is a very nice place to stay and in a very good located area. But if you have a family or demand quiet sometimes the area (neighbors) can be noisy P.M. and A.M. If you have a considerate neighbor this could be a better place.

The leasing office has been extremely supportive during the pandemic, the maintenance staff has been supportive and professional and courtesy.

Great community! Administrative and maintenance staff is very professional, friendly and responsive. We live very close to everything...good restaurants, churches, attractions, shopping centers, hospitals, highways. Even though it is in Kissimmee, Sonoma Pointe is out of the most crowded area of Kissimmee, just near the Orange County limit. We love this spot!!!

The Office staff alone is a reason not to move here! Please beleive that the " positive" reviews are coming from the office people. They're nice until after the lease is signed. Thin walls. Dog poop all over. Trash not picked up. I can go on. Think twice before moving here

Great Maintenance and Office Team !!

Even tho the management is very nice; work orders are never finalized. I work late hours so I send emails since its more convenient to me, but no email is ever answered, even after writing a second email following up a week after sending original email. The noise from the upper floor is horrible, you hear every step they take. The area is really nice and has a variety of stores and restaurants near. The apartment is very homey and very spacious.

The people that works here are very professional and nice!!! I do love they way they work!!! They have the place clean!!! In the office they are very nice and polite!!! Specially Gabriel always see the residents and try to help with the questions!!! The guys in maintenances are awesome they keep the place beautiful!!!

The move-in process was a little chaotic because I had to contact the leasing office 3 times, just to receive the copy of my lease so I could sign it. During the time I lived there it was fine, but not definitely not great. The pool was closed often. The office never answered phone calls and didn't feel helpful in person. The walls were very very thin and you could hear people walking around outside from inside the apartment. The move-out process has been the worst! After turning in my keys and following all orders from the office on how to complete the process, I was told that the final bill would be mailed to my forwarded address to be paid. The final bill included a "late payment fee' since I had not paid it on the first of the month. (My move-out date was the 8th and I was not quoted the amount until weeks later...) I was also being billed for canceling my lease before the actual lease term date. (This was again, another mis-step on their end since they had written down that I had a 13-month lease and I had to provide proof that my lease was actually for 12 months.) Even after that whole ordeal, they insisted that they must charge me the late fee, even though it was 3 weeks after move-out and they still didn't have the amount that I should pay settled. (How I was supposed to have predicted the amount 3 weeks prior is a little ridiculous to me...) Anyways, they finally figured on a "correct amount" and I mailed them a check for the balance. I called several days later to confirm that they received the check and they said yes, but they didn't notice right away since it was on the wrong desk? It is now 4 months later and I am currently dealing with them again, since they have sent my account to collections, saying that I have never paid the final balance. This office will not answer their phone and I am honestly just tired of trying to do their job for them. If you are looking to live somewhere with a functioning leasing office, look somewhere else!

My leasing agent one of the assistant managers of Lincoln was from the start a beautiful soul, and made me feel like a million bucks for the apartment I was about to receive. Elliot who also works there was around all the time and he was also a very heartfelt person. Thank- you all for making my move memorable.

I would recommend this apartment because it's very calm, no issues what so ever, and the staff is excellent! Specially Elliot!

My experience as a resident in a community with the Lincoln Property Company has been extraordinary. The neighborhood and the property have met my needs and I would recommend it to anyone. I'm happy to call my apartment: "home sweet home" and have my friends and family over for family dinner and spend quality time with them. I always feels good to get home after work and be able to relax and enjoy life within this community.

I would because of the location and the style of the apartments. I wouldn't because of the price.

The community is warm and welcoming and a nice place to come home to and relax.
