Complex sucks, they were recently bought out and just painting at the moment while renters have no AC for weeks. Office informs us that there is no AC units and nothing they can do and refuse to credit or refund our money. Contact office they refuse to provide you corporate contact or even assist and hang up on you.

10000% do not recommend this apartment complex. during this heat in 2022; complex refuses to assist in a timely manner to get ac units or accomodate to us for the heat and no refunds or credit due to this issue and some have been out of ac for 2+ weeks, yet they are painting and making small changes in looks around complex, no guest parking overnight you have to park at a local gas station and pay for parking and still take a risk, towing company that works with apartment complex tow vehicles at times for no reason, management and office workers are no help and hang up on you without trying to assist you, very rude and not helpful yet still expect payment on time monthly, mold in apartments and still refuse to get that fixed as well. the outside is horrible as well, parking spots are small, people still park in your paid monthly spot that costs $60+, trash is overfilled, mail box gets broken into pretty often, neighbors at times are super loud and office refuses to assist on sending notifications via email. overall this apartment complex should be sued.

The apartments are falling apart. Roaches, rats, dirt everywhere. If you want to replace or fix anything in the apartment good luck. They keep lying through the teeth and postponing fixing things. Don’t move here.

Been a resident here almost 3 years. I want to give apt hunters some context and truth on the amenities. Laundry facilities-while there is “technically” a Laundromat, most of the machines don’t work and the ones that do have trash or mystery liquids in them. Laundry service-I’ve been here since 2019, they have never and currently do not offer laundry services. Gated/Controlled access-there are gates, but they are not used and are left open. They will send a letter out a few times a year saying they’re going to use the gates and that we need to buy remotes, they’ll turn on the gates for a couple of days, then go right back to leaving them open. Fitness center-There is not a fitness center. That one is a complete lie. The following features are only available in certain units: ceramic tile backsplash, fireplace, upgraded cabinets, and washer dryer hookup. Make sure to tour the actual unit you’ll be in before signing your lease if these features matter to you. Don’t let these pics fool you, the rest of the units haven’t been updated since probably when this place was built. This review isn’t to hate on the complex. I just wanted to give context on the amenities and point out the ones that don’t actually exist.

My mové in was very smooth and quick at Bayou bend apartments. I love my one bedroom and will recommend bayou bend to my freinds.

Love my new home .!! This group of lady’s made me feel at home and welcomed .They were all very nice especially the manager Ganeli.. she was Very professional and down to earth. They Helped me with all my apt.needs. Totally a Great place to call HOME.

I love the area and that this apartments complex has a pool !! I looked around the area and I had a hard time to find an apartment with a pool. What’s even better is that they have 3 pools !!

It make a difference when you know that they genuinely care for their residents. The staff is respectful and attentive, that is hard to find now day regardless of how much you pay.

I liked my apartment very much. I have black appliances and a lot of space. Out everything, I love the pool. It is very clean and this complex is one of the few in the area that actually has a pool.

These apt are great because of the location, everything is near by shopping stores, grocery stores, Middle and elementary school about 10 mins away. I also love the swimming pool we have, can't wait to enjoy in in the summer. Office staff, ladies are so helpful and very friendly. The Manager is very understandable and always helping her girls in the office. I plan on living here until i can buy my own home.

I like that the office people are nice and helpful when I need work done in my apartment.

Office people are always happy to help and have a good attitude. They have resident events for the kids every month.

I like this apartments because they have very nice people from the leasing staff and maintenance, they are always willing to help. Also the schools are within walking distance which is very convenient if you have kids that go to school.

Excellent apartments to live with great people. You’ll love the conveniences in the area and the best restaurants in town.

This property is really well taken care of. The staff in the office is really helpful and nice. Anytime I come in I am greeted with a smile and I feel so welcomed every time I go in the office. They always answer my request and communicate well. Thank you Bayou Bend and staff!! Lillian Especially!

This property is excellent because they care about you needs and to make you home a better place. Staff are adorable and what I love is the always call me to check if my work order was properly fixed.

I love it here everything is so close like grocery shopping, mall ,and restaurant. I can go walking and I feel so safe . The apts are very well maintained , super clean and prices are very affordable really recommend these apts .

I give them a five star because they deserve it. The girls are very helpful , charming and love to help the community. They will stop what they are doing to help others and resolve our problems in a heartbeat.

Live here and I love it! They are very cheap comparing to others. But I love it so far leasing staff very friendly and so helpful. The leasing agent is always smiling and greets everyone as they walk in the door. I have recommended friends over and also you get a referral discount with I had enjoyed. Highly recommend bayou bend to make it your new home.

I love to walk in the office in the morning i love the scent .The girls are always so enthusiastic , loyal ,and have a positive attitude. Its hard to find human beings like them . So i enjoy them to the fullest . Their conversations are so proffesional and caring .

The maintenance keep all the property clean that’s the first thing I see in the morning .They keep there pool clean and neat the plants look beautiful as well because they are always pouring water on them ..

I just want to let ppl out there know if you looking for a apt come make bayou bend your new home. My experience here has been the best of the best. You will no regret moving here.

I just want to start by saying that everyone in the leasing office are very nice. Mariela the leasing agent is very helpful. My experience here was the best she showed me 3 different units and I just loved them all. She was very worried in finding me the right apt. So I did lease and I move in tomorrow. The process was fast and I am so excited to make bayou bend my new home.

Bayou Bend is the best. I moved last year and coming from a place where I was very unhappy because the staff was super rude. Here the ladies are super nice and the maintenance too.

Bayou bend has been one of the best apt I have lived in. The good things about it is that I have all stores close and also I never struggle for find parking at nights. The office staff are very friendly.

Great apartments and great location, the management is always so friendly and helpful. Lots of stores nearby good costumer service. Would definitely recommend this property to my friends and family.

I have been here with my parents for many year and we recommend it because the complex and the area have a lot to offer. Come check it out and see for your self.

I like that they keep the pool clean for the residents to enjoy is one of the only properties in the area with the pool I also have washer and dryer connections in my apartment

I decided to write a review because I want people to know about my experience here I know a lot of people say things but I can only speak for myself. I have been here for 10 years I just go to work and come home I do my shopping down the street and I can make payments for my bills at PLS and I like that all that is close by nobody bothers me and I just keep to myself. I don’t really need a lot I am just fine where I am

I have lived here a little while now and I really like it. Its always nice and quite, all of my neighbors are super friendly, and they really keep up the complex as far as trash. Also every time I have a work order they take care of it right away! Its really a great comfortable place to live!

Some managements don't care for their residents but at Bayou Bend, the managements staff have always treated me with care and respect and that can be hard to find when renting.

I decide to stay at Bayou Bend instead of moving because I am happy here. I've been in this complex for a couple of years in a one bedroom and now transferring to a two.

I've only been here for a few months but i'm happy because my requests always get completed and the personnel is very professional.

i am giving this property a 5 star they are professional and would greet you with big smiles and give you all the information that needs to be giving and they will answer all the questions that need to be answer. bayou bend experience has been great to me i would recommend this property and the workers are excellent.

I've had a great experience so far from the tour to the application process. They showed me the apartment that I'll be moving into, the people in the office are very honest and professional. They always call me back the same day and when I have a question they take the time to explain. They have also been very patient with me and my busy work schedule.

Hace dos meses me mude a estos apartamentos, y la verdad son mejores en el area. Tienen mejores cosas que los otros apartment complex alrededor. Aparte que las muchachas de la oficina son muy amables, me ayudaron con todo el proceso al moverme, la verdad fue muy facil. Los nevos guys de mantenimiento son muy rapidos en arreglar las cosas. I found Bayou bend apartments threw (website apt.com) and I enjoyed the visit I had on a show unit and the service was great I recommend this property due to having everything close to my home .

I've been living here for over a year now. I like this property because this apartment complex is just the best in the area. I tried to shop for an apartment around the area before signing my renewal lease and to be honest what I saw was just ugly and expensive. The Management Co. has been making a lot of renovations to the property and it looks a lot nicer. Plus that the girls in the office are really nice and help full. Thank you Pedro.

I just moved-in a few days ago and I really like my apartment because it is one of the premium upgraded ones. It comes with white cabinets and black appliances, it has the backsplash in the kitchen that matches the countertops. Also this property has a real nice swimming pool area and two laundry rooms on site. The ladies in the office are great specially Ms. Lilly, who helped me with all process at move-in time. Thank you Ms. Lilly for making my process so easy.

I've been here for almost a year, and I like the improvements and changes that this new management company has been making since they got here, such as painting the property, fixing the roof, replacing the toilets in all the apartments, finally the gates are working now, they are fixing the parking lot now, and last but not least the office personnel is great. This property looks much better than before. Isabel.
