Building is lovely, gym is good. Scott at the front desk is awesome. Parking spots are super small but otherwise loving the building and it’s super dog friendly

I love the location, amenities, and views from my apartment and rooftop. Great concierge team. A big thank you to Devin, Kizhan, Autumn, and Michelle. They were friendly attentive, and professional, and made my out-of-state move-in seamless and stress-free.

I live on the top floor. I love the views, the concierge service, and the gym. But I'm very disappointed that the hot tub has been out of service for over two months now. They advertise it a lot but after move in, if such amenities stay out of service for many moths like this, it's unacceptable. I hope greystar does not allow this to happen again.

Amazing Move-In Experience & Stunning Views! Moving into this apartment was an absolute breeze! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire process, making sure everything went smoothly. From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming and accommodating, which made settling in so much easier. The apartment itself is fantastic, but what truly stands out are the breathtaking 360° views! Whether it’s the city skyline, the mountains, or just watching the sunset, the scenery from here is unbeatable. I’m so glad I chose this place—definitely feels like home already! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a hassle-free move-in experience and a place with spectacular views!

Loved the eye catch unique wiggly architecture. Everything thing is state of the art as it is brand new. Walkable distance to many Amazon offices. Best views of the Seattle from their sky lounge. And finally pet-friendly apartments with cool petwash station and a dog park

Everyone is great here, especially Devin, Scott, and Michelle. They make it feel like a real community! Im grateful to live in such a safe and suporrtive environment.

Excellent experience! I’ve really enjoyed living here so far. The view of the lake is amazing and there’s lots of natural light in the room due to the huge floor to ceiling windows. Amenities like in house gym are convenient too. Highly recommend!

Great concierge team, beautiful building with great views but it is not being well maintained, even though it's less than a year old there are frequent plumbing issues and amenities are not being repaired.

Skyglass is a great place to live. The apartments are beautiful. They are thoughtfully designed so that they are easy to keep clean and maintain. The shares spaces are comfortable. They are great places to work, read a book or just relax. The staff is wonderful. Very friendly and happy to help with any problems. The Fetch package service is awesome. It's so nice to have packages come right to your door. Great place to live!

Love everything so far. All the amenities are good. I was just expecting a coffee machine in the lobby. The rooftop view is just too perfect. Everything else is amazing!!!

The concierges team is always very nice, with them greeting you each time you walk by. And it’s been nice living here so far with everybody being so kind.

Very nice new apartments! Quiet and clean building. Views are amazing, and apartment gets a lot of light! Kitchen has a good amount of storage and appliances are all new so good quality.

Skyglass has the most lovely, professional, and helpful staff. The amenities are new and no noise at all. Locating at a quiet location definitely makes the experience more enjoyable.

We are just starting to move in and the staff has been incredible! They all have been so helpful and friendly throughout the whole process even though we had some little bumps along the way. They have been very accommodating. The building itself is beautiful and well made. We are feeling very confident that all the issues we had at our last place will not happen here. We are excited to live in our new home!

I am absolutely loving my stay here in the apartment. The views are amazing, the location is perfect and more than anything - the amenities are world class. The front desk staff is extremely helpful and very kind.

Skyglass Apartments really serves all my needs and has given me a wonderful location, a spectacular view, and terrific amenities that make in-city living great. The leasing and management team is great and has been incredibly helpful in helping me get moved in and quickly responding to any minor issue I might have (like how do I start the dishwasher?). I’m thrilled with my new place to call home.

I really enjoy go back home and see everyone smiling in the lobby. One of the greatest thing is about fetch, and I do not need to worry about my packages anymore.

Staff are very friendly and approachable. Concierge is very reliable and present. Maintenance responds within a day or two and fixes the issue asap.

As far as pretty good. My wife and I love this apartment. Friendly staff and quiet location. If there’s more amenities, like coffee machine, it will be better.

I just moved to the US, and Skyglass is my first home here. And let me tell you, this apartment and the whole Skyglass experience has made it so easy for me to adjust in the US culture, make friends during the events, manage payments. Everything has been super smooth. And not to forget the amazing amazing view the apartment offers.

Skyglass is one of the best communities I have ever lived in. Apart from the great team it has, the property is uniquely located overlooking both: the South Lake and Elliott Bay making for excellent views. The interior is well-designed, keeping in mind the modern building codes. Don't forget the amusing Crinkled Fry shape of the building!
