I love the place but Unfortunately, I have the impression many unauthorized people have access to the pool areas without control, damaging the infrastructure.

I love this community! Very welcoming and being dog friendly is a plus!!! The staff is so sweet and attend to every problem you may have. Very clean as well!
Too expensive to live here for what you get. The residents that live here are noisy and sketchy and constantly throwing parties and nothing is done about it. Wouldn’t recommend if you want a quiet place.
Natasha is amazing or as I told her a "miracle worker!" I am glad that she brought in Nicole as the new Jorden. I think the best judgement of any experience is not always when they are great but when potential disastrous consequences might be avoided. Natasha and her team made that happen for me. I expressed my sincerely gratitude in person but this should be known publicly. I am enjoying my residential experience so much that I just made an in house transition into a better unit and even longer lease. Probably the best type of vote of confidence.
There is a lot to love! Everyone is so nice and excited to be apart of a community, it’s pretty quiet in the apartments. Views are fantastic. Apartments are very ergonomic. We were worried about some of our stuff fitting but it’s been working so far. My biggest complaint, to no one’s surprise, is the elevator situation. Hoping they get them all up and running soon. One elevator is down for repairs (for over a month) so that leaves us with two. Which would be fine, if we had access to both at all times. Sometimes the service elevator is being used for moving or maintenance, so 26 floors… one elevator a lot of the times.
I have loved it so far! Everything was so easy for moving in. The loading zone made my move in day so easy. The concierge are all so so kind. I feel like i am in a great community
It was okay! Pretty average move in experience compared to my past move in experiences at past apartment complexes. I like that I could reserve the elevator

Apartment was not ready at move-in, but management was very helpful and prompt to correct this. Building needs a more thorough cleaning, specially the hallways.
My first year was 5 stars, second year was filled with a lot of issues. The bug infestation, no elevators, slower maintenance, and a whole lot of noise as I moved to a lower level unit. Amenities are still awesome though.
Great community leasing office is very helpful and neighbors are very nice great price on the apartment as well. Will be here a very long time thanks again
Very nice leasing staff and staff in general. The residents I’ve met have been nice and informative about things in the neighborhood. I really love being within walking distance of so many things including the mall.
I have only lived here a week but I am thoroughly enjoying myself! I love the access to all the foods and fun. It’s wonderful living in the city and close to transportation.
I absolutely love, Skyhouse Buckhead! I’ve been here four years. The location, price and staff are amazing. I just upgraded my unit on a higher floor and I love it!
We have faced some problems, but overall it is good. There could be more flexibility in correcting the functioning of the automatic reception doors and elevators.

Everything is good but few days later I moved in, trash chute and elevators are broken. they fixed some of these within few days. It was quite uncomfortable but they handled it fast and I love my place

I moved in about a week ago , the elevators were broken and the trash chute was clogged. But the staff did everything they could to make move in a little easier.

The past month had a gnat issue through out the building and apartment. Had to purchase several items to combat the issue. It was resolved however it took over a month to complete. As of today we are still not able to use the trash shoot.

The complex had a lot of potential, however there’s no investing going on. It’s a great location and a lot within walking distance. The property is just not comparable to near by complexes it’s a little dated.. the management is the best thing here but the over all property needs updates. The view is beautiful and the 29th floor is nice but there’s more they could offer for the price. I truly feel like they need a on site security guard that’s out and visible!! And a few tweaks here and there like; fresh paint, new hallway lights, and carpet. Just some TLC.

This experience moving in was not a great one at all. I was moved into a very filthy, broken down apartment and the halls leading to the apartment were filthy as well. The entire building has issues and is dirty from the halls, main amenity areas, to every single apartment I've seen. This place looks like a hostel for the homeless.

Moved in not too long ago and I must say this has been the most pleasant apartment complex I’ve lived in. Everyone is nice, they move very quickly here and it’s located in a very convenient area. I can definitely see myself here for a good bit!

There’s great views and people. There is plenty of things to do that are walking distance. I love rooftop pool as well as the sky lounge. It’s reasonably price especially since being in the city. There’s always activities guests can do that the apartments throw.

The neighborhood feels like Manhattan, but the tenants and my neighbors make it super friendly like Brooklyn! Very dog/pet friendly. Staff is relaxed/laid back but professional.

I love it here. I didn't like how I was having friends over on the rooftop. And when I was grilling my food I felt like non residents were trying to buy the food I was cooking for my friends/family. Then the crowd tried to force us to give them our food. Very uncomfortable!!!!!

Living here is very comfortable. Amenities are great and just about anything you can think of is nearby. I personally love how close a movie theater is to us!(AMC Phipps). The only thing I believe we can improve is better managing of the amenities. For example, those grills at the pool need to be cleaned more often. Also, it would be nice if we could reserve amenities areas. I’m opened to paying if needed as well.

I love it here at SKYHouse! It’s a super hip environment and I seriously haven’t met one person that wasn’t so nice! I highly recommend living here, especially if this is your first time renting. The leasing office is so great and helpful and definitely made the process easy for me!

So far so good. Only one thing, waiting for the elevator takes a long time. Also, it smells like it's not being cleaned properly -I guess it's because of dog's pee. It's so annoying when it gets on shoes or clothes.

I love living at SHB. The location is convenient, walkable and on a relatively quiet street. The cleaning staff does a great job at keeping the lobby and the elevators clean. There are some things that the management company could improve upon, like fixing doors, elevators and garage doors a lot faster than they currently do. None of these things keep me from enjoying my tenancy here. It's a great place to live.

I'm here for 15 days, and I'm loving the experience. The support team is incredible, and I have noticed that the cleanliness of the common areas has been improving every day. The care with the perfume on my floor, and in the common area. The attention and care of the concierges.

Living here 9 months. Jim, Jade, Jorden and the team are amazing. I love the team of concierge - Merna, Darrin, Corey, and Lee they always go above and beyond. Love my apartment the amenities rooftop pool gym. A few things noticed increases in noise and music on my floor at all hours at the gym unattractive carpets on apartment floors. Near Marta all things Buckhead has to offer very walkable!

I love it here. As always with everything else, there is room for improvement but that is very much under their control which is good. Reason mainly for the 4 stars is that sometimes there can be a lot of noise by just exterior factors or neighbors without proper intention.
