Property Ratings at SkyHouse Nashville
24/7 concierge, safety, amenities. The elevators are a huge reason I would not recommend. I was once stuck in an elevator for an hour. I have waited 10 min for an elevator during peak busy time.
SkyHouse is ideal high rise living. Come for the view, stay for the service.
Maintenance and appliance quality in general has always been one of the best aspects of this apartment building.
The parking is atrocious and elevators are very prone to getting stuck. Love all other aspects.
Would only caution someone about the increasing rent, otherwise would recommend building.
I'd recommend Skyhouse to anyone. You can't put a price on convenience, service, and the corner view from the 22nd floor. I should have done this sooner!
Pristine and beautiful, friendly and professional.
100% would recommend. The staff definitely sets SkyHouse apart.
Great company excited to live here.
From my time here at Star House I can only see recommending people to rent here.
the front desk make this place home. they make me feel safe and are so helpful. Plus, you can not beat the location! Skyhouse has the best location in Nashville, in my opinion. I love the light colors of the kitchen and countertops, and the stainless steel appliances
Slow elevators. Too many partiers. Not enough storage space.
The community is good, but as far as the exterior (uncontrollable) there aren't any Noise level restrictions. I would recommend to someone that does not mind construction and party town noise.

Great place to live. More pricey than what the amenities provide.
I would recommend Sky House because of the decor, amenities, an safety afforded to the occupants.
The only thing that stinks is the parking. Garage is very tight. Overall great experience though
It is quite expensive. I get a lot of noise from outside. The trash collection wakes me up most nights (my apartment faces the back)
If the college kids weren't there, I'd recommend it to everyone. The other issue I had was EVERYONE had a dog and barking issues drastically increased on my floor. I worked from home so it was not plesant. Would be nice to have floors with no pets!!!!
Community was clean and quiet. Didn't feel like a college style apartment which I appreciated. Love the rooftop deck.
I love It! Great location, great staff, such a friendly family feel living here!
Great location, safety and good amenities. High rent cost is the only downside.
Main concern has been with water pressure/plumbing issues/size of sinks and draining performance. The square sinks and showers are extremely difficult to clean, and for the money paid this has been a nuisance
I love the place. Great location, decor, amenities, and view—not to mention the staff. Everyone is super nice and friendly.
I would, but worried about the increased rent costs if I decide to resign
Mostly a good community. The issues: horrible parking ramp design, cars parked in the awning between the ramp & entrance blocking the way & the pool is very small.
A few minor things I think could be improved. Timing with the elevators on weekends for move ins and move outs to cut down on long waits and the parking situation could be managed differently to make things better.
Pros- great location and nice amenities Cons- terrible garage situation
Love the apartment and the amenities. Only negatives are the separate parking garage with no assigned spots and the elevators, which were constantly breaking down - creating some unnecessarily long lines.
The people are so sweet and amazing, and make me feel so taken care of!
24 hour concierge (Bob was amazing), clean building, professional staff, etc. I didn't use the amenities much they are top notch
Just not worth it. Rising prices. Condescending staff. Poor elevators and policies. HORRIBLE PARKING. I live here now, but I am leaving ASAP
Property Manager at SkyHouse Nashville, Responded To This Review
Thank you for taking the time to review your living experience. We understand parking can be frustrating, as it can be with any community in an urban environment. We are regretful that the measures we've taken to achieve the best possible situation didn’t work for you. Regarding other policies, please know we have them in place for the overall enjoyment of our residents and community. If you have any specific concerns, we are happy to speak with you in more detail. The staff here take great pride in making sure our residents love calling Skyhouse Nashville home, and we apologize if you felt anything less than that. Please feel free to contact the leasing office at your convenience if you would like to discuss further.
Night construction next door keeps you awake all night. All signs point to 12 more months of construction and noise. The detached garage is annoying -- every time you want to leave, you have to go down the elevator outside and up another elevator. Elevator wait time can be long. Beautiful views and nice interior upgrades. Very pleasant staff.
Property Manager at SkyHouse Nashville, Responded To This Review
Thank you for your feedback! I am glad to hear you enjoy our amazing views and interiors, as well as your interactions with the staff. We pride ourselves on our customer service and strive to ensure our residents’ needs are handled promptly and in a courteous, professional manner. I understand your frustrations regarding the construction noise, and certainly wish there were something we could to do to remedy it! Unfortunately, the city allows after-hours construction in order to accommodate Nashville’s rapid growth. Your satisfaction is important to us and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Please feel free to contact the leasing office directly if you wish to discuss further.
The only complaint I have is the entry/exit gate for the garage. I know this is managed by a separate company (LAZ), but the issue is that the card reader system is not the most effective way to manage access (people drop their card, throwing off the gate timing and it times out the whole system for other residents). They should just use an in-vehicle detection device instead of the cards to prevent user error. Thank you!
The parking garage is a mad house. People parking in spots that aren't spots. Non handicap cars in handicap spots. Missing mirrors in the corners making transit dangerous.
I would give it a 10 if it was affordable! For people who can spend a lot onrent, I would 10/10 recommend. Very nice place to live, great security and amenities, great location. Everything rocks besides price and the 10 barking dogs on floor 9.
It's a nice community for sure, but the size of the apartments, general lack of storage, and issues with the parking deck resulted in a lukewarm recommendation as opposed to a '10'.
I'm still mentioning SkyHouse to my co-workers simply because of its extremely convenient location, but I am also telling them about my experiences with being able to hear my neighbor, hear stuff in the hallway, having to wait on the elevator, etc.
As a female I feel very safe. The place is always clean and everyone who lives and works there is friendly. The only bad issue is guest parking and parking for residences. It can be very crowded/ you have to walk outside to get to the garage. Other than that it's been amazing!
I really love living here and it it the perfect location for me and my lifestyle. But the price is very expensive and I wish it were not as high.
It's a modern apartment with all the amenities we require
I know they would want more storage space but a great building all in all
Everyone that works in the building from the office management to concierge to the maintenance staff has been incredibly professional, welcoming and helpful with the exception of the head engineer. I have had 2 interactions with him and both times he has been incredibly unpleasant, once he even said to “hurry up and get in” when I shared an elevator with him. Just puts a bad taste in your mouth and he doesn't seem to fit the rest of the overall welcoming atmosphere that the other employees seem to work so hard to uphold.
The only reason I would not for some people would be due to the cost being too expensive.
Every part of the building is beautifully designed without feeling over the top or pretentious, the staff are kind and relaxed, and the amenities (pool, gym) are very functional. The floor to ceiling windows set these apartments apart, as does the comparatively affordable price.
I travel a lot, so one month I couldn't give my check to them until the 6th. and they charged me $155 late fee for one day. That and the way it was handled has dampened my experience here. Along with a rude pool attendant who took his job way too seriously. The rules of the amenities are far to strict for working class adults who want to enjoy where they live.
I think the SkyHouse is exceptional in every way from the staff to the amenities.
I love living here and that's why I would suggest to my friends. But would highly suggest another maintenance worker take care of things.
I would recommend this to anyone who works in Nashville. Location is great and its a very nice place to live. The reason I put 8 is because of cost.
