I was so glad to get the keys, I did not know to ask about things. A quick orientation with how to use the key fob on the apartment door, getting a mailbox number, when I could use the loading dock to move things in and introduction to the coffee station would have been a nice touch. However, most of the move was great, espectially the gentlemen that worked the desk while I was moving my things in; they were kind and very helpful with the doors. Having the carts was good, but could have been great if they all had good tires on them. It took longer to move things because it was sooooo hard to push the ones with flat wheels! My daughter and I took a tour upstairs and really look forward to enjoying some family time up there as well as the park area!! My apartment, a studio, is wonderul!! Lots of room, a great view and QUIET! Love it!! Despite its a studio, its big enough to have sleepovers with my grandbabies and people over for dinner!!
They Airbnb the apartments out so you never know who your next guest might be next door different every weekend and the fireplaces don’t work.
It is amazing I love my view my friends and family love to come over! Events birthdays and get together a for tea will be awesome from now on

The management company isn't the best. I do not know where to begin. For starters, this was originally SkyHouse but randomly renamed as The Ascher this summer of 2024. They do not keep the "Sky Park" above the parking garage clean at all. The fire pits up there don't work, people have complained about their dogs catching fleas and it smells really bad. There have been homeless people who make their way up there overnight and the cameras aren't fully functioning. Also, the automatic switch at the front door breaks down regularly. Maintenance requests take a week to get answered and we're too window blinds are on 'back order' for months now. This building is not kept up regularly. I pay a lot of money to live here and it doesn't feel like luxury living aside from my actual apartment and view. It's not worth the cost. Also you risk getting stuck in the elevator or 2 out of 3 being broken down on the weekend. I live in the South tower, btw and this is the "preferred" building.

Easy and very helpful move in! Great amentities and love the events and morale throughout the month! On the other side, after the walk in before the elevators. There is a smell like trash or something and not an squiring smell to have when coming home
So far so good! Only have been here for about a week so we will see how it continues! The process to apply all the way to moving in was pretty smooth.
The views are great! I do feel that some things could be better like the service in the office and the cleanliness of the amenities (sky deck). When I walk into my unit immediately find peace.
Maintenance has not been timely. At least one elevator has been out of service for the majority of my time here. Garbage shoot is blocked almost once a week. Fridge is positioned where you can barely open the freezer door. Outside amenities are nice, location is good. Overall condition and layout of apartment is nice. Priced higher than the rest of the area.
Love the staff and the maintenance always fixes my stuff with in a week of my order being put it overall I just love the community they have here
My experience has been really good. I don’t know my neighbors but I don’t hear them. Which is good to me. My only thing I don’t like is that someone keeps put their trash at the trash shoot door but want put their trash down . I don’t get that, other than that I’m good if I need anything maintenance comes in a hurry. Again I’m happy with my surroundings.
Very great experience just moving to Charlotte I love it. Being able to workout or swim daily is amazing. The Staff is very professional and nice.

Great views, and the resident activities are always really fun.occasionally the elevators don’t work which can be the worst , but they have drinks and snacks in the lobby when that happens.
Skyhouse is a great place to live! The people who live and work here are very welcoming and friendly, and the space is beautiful.

North tower conditions amenities and other living conditions compared to south tower are extremely horrible…I lived four yrs and have experienced from my apartment and floor 22. Hallways constantly smell from garbage disposal and residents constantly smoking of marijuana, also no a/c working blowing hot air. It’s extremely embarrassing bring my children or guest here. South tower is treated like royalty and north like projects. I pay too much in rent for poor conditions as a tenant.

I have lived here going on 3 years. It has its ups and downs but overall has been a nice appearance. The maintenance staff is wonderful and prioritizes all issues. Tonia, in the leasing office, is amazing and always takes care of my issues and needs.

NEVER live at Skyhouse Uptown. The leasing staff and security are so unprofessional with the exception of very few. The building is rundown and DIRTY. You can expect pet pee and poop in the hallways and elevators. You can expect horrible smells in the lobby, stairwell, and common spaces. The pool was “under maintenance” the entire summer and BRIGHT GREEN. The staff did not offer a reduction in rent or any status updates on the pool. They would get annoyed when residents asked and send very rude messages to residents You can expect your packages to be lost and for front desk concierge to give up on looking for it, so you have to check every single package on your own. There was an apartment fire and the sprinklers flooded three floors. The elevators are ALWAYS broken and unless you’re on lower floors, good luck taking the stairs. The parking garage is outdated and overpacked. You cannot get direct access to the parking garage from your floor. Lastly, Skyhouse allows people to Airbnb their units so expect random out of towners to party and trash your home while they’re here for a weekend, because Skyhouse allows it.

Moved in in the middle of August 2022. Best decision I ever made and I read all the reviews. I would recommend sky House North to anyone. It's very quiet place to live and they keep it very nice and clean 24/7

I would not recommend skyhouse. The cost to live there does not match with the quality of the complex. Too expensive to live around drugs and dirty elevators.

Poor maintenance team and the management does not deliver what they promise. It’s supposed to be a smoke-free apartment complex but you smell illegal substance everywhere. Management sends silly emails once in while saying stern action will be taken but I don’t see any improvement in fact things are getting worse week by week. People are using the gym as extended skydeck and the gym smells smoke most of the times on weekends. I am extremely disappointed with the management.

I recently moved up to Charlotte from Atlanta, after seeing a few different spots around the city I fell in love with Skyhouse. Hilary made the tour and move in process so easy and fast. I toured one day and had an apartment one or two days later. The buildings are clean, the door people are sooo friendly and the location is very quick and convenient!

Skyhouse Uptown North allows you to experience the luxury high rise lifestyle at an affordable price. Staff and management are charismatic and outgoing in the assistance they provide. The rooftop lounge, gym, and pool are icing on the cake.

This is the most unprofessional building I've ever seen. I honestly can't wait till my lease is up so that I can move. The halls are always nasty and dirty the trash chute is always running over, and trash is scattered about the hall. The cleaning staff does a poor job of maintaining the property especially in the hallways. Dog urine is always in the elevators. It's just not kept as clean as it should be.

I am super unhappy with my experience at Skyhouse. Between non-functioning items in my apartment, to being put in a handicap apartment without any notice prior. To hidden fees for everything. Hopefully you don’t have any friends because you only get 5 passes per month for the parking garage. The building stinks like trash and there are rats outside everywhere at night
