Nestled on the shores of Puget Sound, Seattle is home to glorious mountain views in the distance, making it one of the most scenic metropolitan areas in the nation. Skyscrapers like the Columbia Center and Space Needle grace the city’s skyline, adding to Seattle’s allure. Starbucks, Amazon, and Nordstrom have headquarters in Seattle, so there are plenty of job opportunities in the city. Interstates 5 and 405 and the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport are major benefits for frequent travelers. Residents enjoy exploring the waterfront neighborhoods of Pioneer Square and the famous Pike Place Market for shopping, trendy bars, and restaurants.
Seattle’s art scene is very vibrant, flanked with art galleries, theaters, and sculptures. The city is home to more than 80 music halls and 15 symphony orchestras.

Property Ratings at Skyline House Apartments
A guy from the leasing office told me "I have to end this conversation because you're not listening to me" over the phone... I called to ask what they have available, and what the units are like, what amenities do they have- all fair questions. However, the person on the phone seemed very unhappy to answer any of those questions, and blamed me for not looking at their apartment.com advertisement. However many ads are for a certain unit and most times if you ask information for a specific unit it might be different than the advertised one. Especially since they say the advertised one is actually already not available.....I also explained how my move in dates are flexible and that if a studio is available at a later time it would be okay. Then he said I wasn't listening to him... Never had any issue with any leasing agents before, very wired conversation... I don't know why he has an attitude at work, did he have a bad day or something? very hard to work with even for just requiring some information. Can't believe how it would be like to live there....
Though I did not end up renting from Skyline House, my experience with Olivia was the most welcoming and human experience I had while apartment searching. She was friendly, clear, and prompt and drove to the complex at the drop of a hat to show me another apartment. I will absolutely look at renting from here the next time I move.
Excellent, easy access, quiet neighborhood. Please consider becoming a tenant if you desire a quiet in-city, older building, kind of experience. Please don’t be convinced that your neighbors “can’t hear you”. No different than any other shared walls you’ve experienced.
Yall lie, you raise the rent without fixing any issues, alarms go off, hot water doesn't work. I'm still waiting on the front door to be fixed and it's been 8 months. NO!
