Property Ratings at Skyline
If I could post no stars I would! The apts are infested with roaches, they live in the walls, the plumbing, even in the laundromats. All the neighbors said they had the same issues in all the complexes there, they need to bomb the apts at this point. So glad I moved my family out of there, DO NOT ever sign a lease without doing a thorough walk through first. I will never make that mistake ever again!!!!

We strongly encourage you to reach out to our Regional Manager, Melissa, at (858) 614-7267. She would be more than happy to speak with you about any pending issues. We look forward to speaking with you. Thank you for providing us with feedback and please have a wonderful day!
If I can give these apartment no stars I would. Do not waste your time here or money. These apartments are after all of your money. I lived here for 2 years and had always have issues with the management they are terrrible !!! Let’s put it this way I got my car towed her 3 times !!!! 2 of the times the manager Christian towed my car by giving a new tenant my reserved parking. The other manager Tina seems nice at first but after living there you will start to see her true colors she’s very unpleasant and does not want to help you. The parking here is terrible before the new owners took over we had no issues with parking but since the turnover there is no parking for your visitors and no parking for your second car unless you want to pay an additional $50 a month for a second parking. Also they charge for water, trash and sewer comes out to be more than $80 a month on top of rent and parking rental , oh and one more thing They also charge you for a clicker to open the gate. In conclusion do not move in here you will thank me later . Update :came home around 7:08 pm Thursday after getting my car towed for the 4th during my move my car got towed because I was loading my car in the red zone. Tina said I could park in future resident during my move Which is a big inconvenience Because it’s very far from my apt I would have to go Farther to load my car. When I can just load on side and it’s closer many people use the side when they move in and out because it’s easier no one uses the future resident parking to move in but that’s what she said. People are parked in red zone as we speake beacuse ther is no Available parkings. But “TINA KNOWS BEST” SMH
Not the best place to live, specially if you have kids. Drug deals, weed, sheriffs are constantly there. Find another place. Also apartments don't have very good ventilation so they get extremely hot.
There were drug deals going on in the parking lot.management said there was nothing they could do.There were fights in the parking lot. There own tow truck company guy said he was scared to come there at night because of all the problems. Nothing was ever fixed in a timely manner. I moved out after 6 months It was not a safe place for my children.
I've lived here for a year now and I have the most beautiful view of all of Spring Valley from my balcony. An upside to living in my apartment is on the Fourth of July, you have a great view of the fireworks from across the freeway. Also, living here it is a very calm and friendly environment, including a pool to relax by. The apartments are spacious and it is located conveniently to shopping areas and three major freeways. Which makes it convenient to anywhere in San Diego I need to go, including my work. Overall my apartment is a great place to live for me based on the above aspects.
