Love it here! Clean and well kept. Maintenance is very reliable. Nice amenities, the pool area gives ‘mini resort’. There is always someone in the leasing office, which feels like help is always available.

Very happy with the experience at this complex. The staff is amazing, especially the maintenance staff. The pool is awesome, and well maintained, and the landscaping is great. I plan on staying here for quite some time.

The apartments are beautiful. The amenities are also very nice. My apartment It’s in great condition.. Staff are extremely friendly! But the parking is awful.. almost feels as if they want you to pay for the covered parking! Because there’s about 7 regular spots and the next 20 are all covered! So, if you work late there’s absolutely no way you’re getting one of those 7 parking spots, then you’re stuck walking very far just to get to your apartment. Why not automatically include parking it in the rent? Instead of us having to go ask for one, because then you go ask for a covered parking spot and there’s a waitlist!

We inform residents if they have additional vehicles that they are not using, please store them elsewhere. Travel nurse. I Was unable to finish my lease as my contract was cancelled. I gave a 60 day notice hoping I wound get a little bit of a break. I did Expect to pay a break lease fee but when the bill came it was $4700. They tacked on $1700 with no real explanation. I left the apt immaculate too. I always enjoyed renting at grey star properties but not anymore. They overcharge like all the other rental companies.

So far loving it here. I love the pool and the media room everyone has been super nice so it’s made the move great ! I just wish there was a fan and light in every room we’re already paying so much to live here it sucks to have to also splurge on a fan and light. However besides that I love living here

I'd stay away... Lived here for about four years. Had great experience when Green Leaf apartments. New ownership/skystone apartments... not so much. Rent/fees have continued to increase (way more than what would be expected) lease after lease. After four years I received a notice that my lease would not be up for renewal do to payment history. I get that...I have a weird payday schedule and have always had to pay 1 week late .... But previous management have always worked with me. And have never had a problem paying late fees etc. As a single adoptive father to a special needs child working two jobs... This really puts me in a hard situation. Overall... Overpriced. Crappy water pressure. Random fees. Parking sucks. Management is hard to work with. Outside of that... office staff/maintenance team have always been really nice.

SkyStone Apartments is a great place to live. The location is fantastic, it is so close to retail stores and grocery stores that you can be anywhere within 5 minutes. The apartments are beautiful, very modern, with open concept and great floors. The office staff is very professional and great to work with. I am very happy to live here.

I just moved in and I hate it. Imagine working hard and coming back and you can't shower or bathe for the whole time living here!! I have to drive back to Colorado springs to my house to bathe

I love the community now that COVID-19 has been lifted. The amenities are great! The pool has been nice and the gym is great. The staff is excellent!

I just moved to Skystone 3 weeks ago. I came to ABQ from the DC area for a visit with family and fell in love with the place. I accidentially found Skystone, and was introduced to Kali. Kali helped me throughout my entire move process, made the application process smooth and was always available whenever I had questions, and I had a lot! Kali's customer service really made me feel comfortable moving from the east coast to the southwest, in a very short amount of time. She took the time to explain everything, provided all of the utility services, numbers and recommendations on who to reach out to. Saved me so much time, a lot of headaches and made the final process very easy. Thank you Kali for your excellent service and I am looking forward to my residence here in ABQ and Skytone!!
