Skytop Apartments

they are so unprofessional i called and a guy had a attitude because i had questions about moving in and he connected me to someone else and the ladie just hung up in my face i tried calling back no one would answer

We have lived here in the apartments for over three years. It has been one of the best experiences for our family. Our neighbors are friendly and look out for each other. Everyone is super friendly and the pool and amenities are very nice. The office staff is very courteous and they do a lot of fun activities for residents and kids. We have enjoyed living at Sky Top and would highly recommend living here.

My whole time living there the front office was so inconsiderate. Was very unprofessional the whole time I was there. Wanted to blame everything on the kids in the complex and didn’t care what happened in your apartment. I would advise not to move there.

The apartments appear to be great...updated, roomy, etc. However, this is a rent controlled property with little to no security. The gate is always broken and when it is working cars will block the gates until you let them in. There is a police officer on property but that is little consolation when tires are slashed, cars are broken into, and the property itself are vandalized because it isn't patrolled. The office staff is horrible. They change every four to six months. There is no consistency and often times they have no idea what they are doing. They are rude and disrespectful. They don't return phone calls. They lose packages for days and or don't notify tenants of packages. They no longer take payments because they couldn't effectively process/handle them without losing them. I had a roach problem for 8 months from a previous tenant that I ended up paying for and dealing wirh because the exterminator did nothing. He told me he was only allowed to put out bait that wasn't really effective for the issue that I had. They tell you to report complaints and don't do a thing to address them. There is trash left all over breezeways and balconies. Bikes and grills and carseats left in walkways. Security lights are out and have been out for months. There is s group of young men that circulste the property banging on doors and yelling and screaming. Again this is not addressed. After staying several years, I will be moving spending more money for peace of mind and sanity. I understand there will be issues anywhere but this place has gone downhill fast starting with management. Also, the rent increases yearly and no improvements are made??? This year it would have been almost $50. For what??? Less service??? Don't be fooled most of the positive comments on here are written by management themselves or guests who are promised no application fee.

Let me first say that while living there it looked all fine and wonderful from the outside. Great prices, allowed animals, and it was gated. I had come to learn that there were foundation cracks all through the apartment I was in, and when asked about to maintence and management they said no changes needed to be made. I also had several complaints filed against the apartment I was in, but no formal letter was ever given. When confronted and asked about it the management staff responded that they could not give that information away. (There was no information I was simply asking for a formal written complaint) I’d love to say this would be a good fit for anyone but sadly it is not.

Very friendly staff. I absolutely loved the look of the 2 bedroom. It felt very comfortable for a place to call home. The grounds are very well maintained.

Very helpful staff and nice sized apartments! The closets and bathrooms are really big for a one bedroom!

These look great on the outside! Very well kept and they’re affordable.

After looking for an apartment all day, my wife and I was lucky enough to find our way to Skytop. The staff was friendly and helpful which was a very good start. Then we got to see the apartment and we feel in love with it, and the price helped us love it even more. If you are looking for a nice place to live and you're in the Conroe area, I could not suggest Skytop enough. Thank you, SW HN

Skytop living is perfect for those who don’t make the most amount of money! They are income based and still really pretty!

Apartments are very well kept and maintained. The two bedroom is very spacious and open with two big bathrooms and great master bedroom. The staff is friendly and tentative. They answer very well your questions and are very polite.

Skytop apartments are very nice and clean. The staff here are helpful and friendly.

My grandmother moved here a few months ago and she absolutely loves it. She loves everything from the property's location and cleanliness, the pool, the pool table and computers in the managment office. Plus everyone is super friendly and helpful. TM

I really love the 2/2! It so charming and beautiful! The staff is super friendly and helped my application process run smoothly and was more than happy to assist me with questions. This community is beautiful, as soon as you walk in the door you feel at home. I love the fact that this property has garden sized bath tubs to soak in, as well as a side by side refrigerator to store a lot of food, and The dark cherry cabinets. this apartment has a lot of beautiful characters to make you feel at home! The staff is very helpful and prompt.

I have never had any issues any where I have lived, until now. The management is completely rude, never answer any phone calls or return messages and do not care about the residents. The apartments themselves are nice and pool is well taken care of along with the facilities. I try not to ever have to talk to management or call the office because I know what crappy service I will get but sometimes you have to and I promise every encounter with them once you sign the lease is not friendly. The head manager that sits in the back office that tries to avoid residents is the worst and treats you like you are scum when asking about renting the clubhouse for a birthday party. I can not wait until my lease is up so I can move!

Stop is a family oriented facility, I have lived here for three years and never had issues of anybody or people breaking into other residents apartment. They have very good management that are prompt in their response to maintenance, I do not have any issue what so ever the property management. They update the residents of any form of changes or activities. It is one very cool apartment I am sure of.

It is a nice place to live. They address any problems that you may have in a timely.

The buildings are beautiful and well kept. The grounds are also well maintained with a nice pool. The apartments are spacious inside with a very nice layout. Real black marble counter tops, dark wood cabinets, black appliances and hardwood floors are just some of the things that caught my eye when I was looking at these apartments. I am very happy I decided to rent at Skytop!
