Stretching from Interstate 5 to Highway 167 in the northwest portion of Kent, the Riverfront area places residents in a laid-back, yet engaging environment along the Green River. There’s a blend of retail space, modern apartment communities, and vibrant green spaces scattered around the area. The Green River Trail is one of the more popular attractions in Riverfront. Miles of walking and biking trails connect to Lake Fenwick Park and provide fantastic views. Riverfront Park features the Riverbend Golf Complex, while Hogan Park at Russell Road contains several ball fields, tennis courts, and a playground.
A few restaurants, shops, and coffee shops dot Meeker Street, and the highway makes accessing the establishments in Downtown Kent easy. Downtown Seattle and Bellevue are about 18 miles north.

Hi there, thank you so much for your positive comments about Skyview 3322! Thank you, and have a fantastic day!
You’re technically not allowed to have more than 2 vehicles. Everyone fights over the limited amount of guest parking. Guest parking is also limited to 90 hours a month. You’ll most likely get towed or your guest cars get towed cause they don’t provide enough parking. Accessible store nearby is only Safeway. Walmart or costco you’ll need to go tukwila or federal way.
This apartment complex is a joke when it comes to several things. My husband is in the military and we got stationed up here from another state. We can’t have family come visit us because there is never any visitor parking due to residents parking in visitor or “future resident” spots. When our family came to visit recently from our home state they had to park in a random parking spot since no other spots were open and their car got towed when they were not even parked there for 24 hours. We had to pay $500 to get their car back. If there were actually more visitor parking spots people wouldn’t have to deal with this ridiculous amount of money to be towed that we can hardly afford on a military income. My husband and I have both tried to reach out to the leasing office but they do not seem to care if we have enough parking, plus they are aware that residents park in visitor spots. Also, things are constantly breaking in our apartment. I’ve lost count how many times we’ve had to call maintenance. Even when we do put in urgent requests they take hours or a whole day to get here. Our apartment bathroom is currently flooded due to the toilet not working and no one has come to fix it yet. The windows create so much condensation which leaves mold around the windows constantly. I contacted maintenance about it and their response was “just clean your windows more often”, instead of actually trying to fix the windows from creating condensation (mold). If you have a mold allergy like I do, you do not want to live here. Once our lease is up we are moving out of this complex.

I have lived here for four years now. This place has been a horror show from the start. Here is a list of issue in the three years 1)There is a revolving door of employees and I see a new handyman every other month. 2) You have to wait forever to get something fixed. We have had to wait for 2 months to have our hall light bulb replaced because they use a non-standard bulb in the fixture. We also need our tub replaced because the paint flakes off and floats around in the bath, that has been over 2 years wait. 3)We had new neighbors move in that brought cockroaches with them and they ended up in our house. We have been fighting with management and the cockroaches for over a year to get this fixed. In the year we have see the exterminator two times. 4)Parking is a nightmare. Everything is assinged and any visitor spots are taken up by the other residents with zero enforcement by management. Don't live here if you have a new car or want to have friends visit. Your car will get dinged and your friends will get towed (happened to us TWICE!) 5) Crime! I have pry marks on my windows from people trying to break in around back. My front door had a break in attempt and management still have yet to fix it. We installed our own security system only to have management tell us we can't have it. I have had one of my two cars broken into twice.(I had nothing in them either time, so they can't say it was because I left things in my car)Almost weekly fights in the parking lot and prowlers all the time. 6)Most neighbors are good people but the few who are not, are not punished in anyway for being so. I had one neighbor openly smoke pot outside in front of our car while I tried to put my infant child in the vehicle. When I approached management they did nothing about it. Almost constantly we have a neighbor that shouts at 2am and plays music and movies extremely loud, yet nothing has been done. 7) They flip-flop terribly and lack any communication between their own office staff. Several times I have things approved then denied by two different people in the same office. I one time had to go to court (YES COURT!) to defend myself against a neighbor who I had to have their car towed out of my assigned spot. I caught the office staff making fun of me and the situation twice. The second time I called them out on it. All in all this place is a nightmare. It has changed hands a lot in the time I have been here.

Oh man, we have been here for quite a few years and have seen many different management companies come and go as well as maintenance. The last management was awful, they removed our assigned parking and it was a horror show trying to find spots. Then when someone parked in our covered parking that we pay 50.00 a month for, we were told we weren't allowed to tow anyone. The new management we have, reassigned our parking and has made vast improvements to the community. I feel its safer here than before although, we do have primarks on our doors from someone trying to break in since we have lived here as they painted our doors and repainted the building since we have been here. The play area could use some fixing up as it seems to be tilting a little, or maybe bolts tightened and some things fixed on it. In general though, I've been happy with the improvements and feel it's a solid improvement since we have been here. I hope this management team sticks around for a while.. plus the receptionists are all nice and welcoming and wave when you see them walking through the parking lot. A plus is the neighbors are generally nice. Another plus.

Our apartment is HUGE! We have 2 master bedrooms and bathrooms, hardwood floors and GORGEOUS kitchen and bathrooms. The neighbors are friendly and the staff is awesome! We’ve had very little issues here, and the few we did have the staff was very quick to respond. I see some of the other reviews about the parking but with only 2 cars we have had no issues with our 2 assigned parking spots. All our friends that come over love it and I always recommend that they and anyone else live here. We love it here!!!

Parking sucks! They tow often for no reason! And the receptionist in the front is very rude and has an attitude problem! Maintenance takes weeks sometimes months to fix. Don't come here unless you want to be disrespected upset money taken away from you and just down right treated bad

Issue is when parking was a sign the person should have thought about parking space from 3rd floor down. Not put resident that live at the bottom close to there door and the resident that live on the third floor so far. To where they have all these groceries or moving items to have to walk so far. The new manager doesn’t even try to make any effort to help the issue after you talk to the front desk.

Really have had no issues that reflect negatively on this apartment. Yes parking is a nightmare if you have 2 cars but we were warned about that before we moved in. Management and maintenance have been great at fixing issues fast and staying in contact with me. Apartments are spacious and well kept, as are the buildings and the grounds. I personally haven’t had issues with noisy neighbors but I’m on the top floor so kinda hope I’m not one of those! At any rate these apartments are worth a look

Hi there, we are very happy to have provided you with such a positive experience! We hope you have a wonderful day, and look forward to seeing you soon.
First of all the management has changed several times over the past year and no one communicates your issues with the new management company. Our upstairs neighbors are incredibly loud and I have complained several times to the management company. They answered with sleep on your couch to get a goods nights sleep. Also there is a huge waiting list for car ports and if you have two cars parking is a nightmare. Your car can get broken into on the street and the management suggests to park on the street. Do not live here it's an absolute nightmare as the management company only cares about your money and not about you.

I have been here a month now, when I first moved in about two weeks I came home to a letter on my door which was for my neighbors. But it stated on a such such date we will be doing a roach treatment. I figured maybe they are doing the whole unit so I cleared out my cabinets which I barley had anything in them since I just moved in. I had someone wait at my place and the exterminator never showed up. I called the office they tell me it was for my next door neighbors and stated they have roaches. So I then said well can you treat my unit because roaches travel. They agreed. they then put sticky’s down instead. I later sent another email at 4am when I saw my first roach they agreed to put more sticky’s. The next day I saw another roach and that’s when they agreed to bomb my unit after I sent another not so nice email.now it the day after and I see another roach so my third roach plus I’m reading reviews about this place being infested from a tenant seven months ago. I have a three year old daughter this is not ok I was told my neighbors had them and the management didn’t know until they went in on a call to fix something but I think diff now. 1575 is way to high to be dealing with roaches every morning when I wake up
You'll be tempted to fall for the layout of these apartments, but there's a catch! Parking is non-existent. Don't have more than one vehicle if you want to live here or you'll be battling for a parking spot every time you come home. Forget about having guests, too, because they will have nowhere to park and management will find any petty reason they can to get them towed. Most of the time. Good luck getting onto the road every morning because your view will be blocked by all the people who had to park on the street. There have been several accidents. They pick and choose what petty rules to enforce without warning. I read my lease when I moved in to check for shenanigans and since then several new rules have been put in place. Sometimes you'll get a newsletter about the new, arbitrary rule. Most of the time you'll just come home to a threatening notice on your door. The online rent pay is a farce and they don't have a drop box anymore because it got broken into. So you'll have to haul your cookies to the office and hope someone is actually in there to hand them a money order during work hours. The heating is useless because the windows are so thin they let in all the cold and noise from outside. Hot water runs out all the time. The appliances are ancient and the management still hasn't come to the dryer. Not even while they've gained access to my apartment several times for "inspections and building maintenance." I like my apartment, but all the hassle involved with keeping it isn't worth it anymore.
First of all, the staff is great, friendly, and responsive, especially when stuff breaks, or for general repairs. What i don't like about this place is the complete lack of guest parking. basically if u have 2 cars, u need to get additional paid parking and having parties/ get togethers with friends is not possible. Also, a lot of residents smoke heavily and smoke cannabis (which is fine by me) but the smoke drifts right into your living room and bedroom for your kids to smell. In addition, this place has been jacking up the rents every year like u wouldn't believe. been there 5 loyal quiet years and my rent has shot up almost $650. Lastly, i do not like the way they charge u for water and sewage. They divide the bill by the. umber of people on the lease per building. So even though i'm out of town the whole month on business, i still get an $100 water/sewer bill no matter what which is outrageous. They also recently hanged water billing companies about 1-2 years ago and the rates nearly doubled.
Let me start by saying that my husband and I were so excited about this apartment. They showed us the "show apartment" and it looked great! The area was nice too! We even joked about staying here until we bought a house. Now, 7 months into it and we are seriously considering breaking our lease to leave! First of all, the apartment they show you and the pics you see on this site are not what you get! The so called "updates" the apartment's have looks like a DIY gone wrong. The flooring is discussing, the cabinets are old and falling apart, the plumbing sucks, and the whole complex is roach infested. The only good things that I can say are that it's a big space and it's nice to have a dedicated laundry room. But for the price it is ridiculous. Not to mention the people who live here are the dregs of society. Constant yelling and fighting in the parking lot, kids running all over the street with no supervision, I myself have almost been run over because people speed through the parking lot. Cars have been broken into as well as people parking in your spot (you get one parking spot with each unit) then retaliating against you for having them towed. It's to the point my husband has insisted on keeping a bat by the front door. Management doesn't care, they are uptight rude people who are only nice to you when you sign your lease. I have lived all over the country and I have even lived in government housing (albeit years ago) in a not so great area and this place is quite possibly worse. I'm shocked and appalled and I cannot wait to leave.
If you spend a fair amount of time at home and value any peace & sanity, skip this place!!! Apparently the noise nuisance is protected by housing laws and management is unwilling to help in any way. Only been a few months and I am losing my mind.

We understand that community living at times can be challenging and people are not always considerate or even aware of the noise they are making; however, all complaints received are addressed as laws and policies allow. Please stop into the office or give us a call to update us on any concerns you may still be having. Green Leaf Management.
Let me start at moving in. A lot was promised before moving in that wasn't completed until well, well into our lease. Oh well, who needs hot water anyway? If you're moving into a 2-bedroom unit, don't plan on parking 2 cars. If you have a 2nd car there's NO parking (unless you're home during regular working hours). If you park your car in front of fire lanes, towing companies will tow your car. $400 charge. If you want to join the growing street parking, that's dangerous for you and other drivers. If you like the sound of people walking above you, I can hear every step my upstairs neighbors make. My next door neighbor told me the previous landlord was much better. She moved out a few months ago after 4 years. I know my roommate and I are ready to move. Just 6 more months. Their Yelp account is closed.

We are sorry to hear that your experience with us has been less than desirable. We understand that people have varying preferences regarding hot water temperatures, but we do have to stay within the recommended range for the hot water tanks. And yes, parking can be a challenge in any community but it is never okay to park in a fire lane. If there were a fire, that few extra minutes that it may take for the firetrucks to get in could cost someone their life. Green Leaf Management.
Great roommate apartment. Large living and dining rooms. Very large bedrooms with attached bathroom. Downside is lack of guest parking and sometimes noisy neighbors.
