Skyvue MI

Amenities would be perfect if they didn't close at 12 on weekends other than that, it's nice to have. Parking is hard, especially when paying so much for rent and can't even invite friends over. Also a mice habitat

I will be living at Skyvue next year. The sign up process has been super smooth, and it was very simple to create a roommate group. I can't Wait to live there next year!

I have been living at Skyvue for almost 2 years now. It’s wonderful to live. Skyvue priorities safety which the main reason I chose to live here

Skyvue is in a good location and has great amenities, Maintenance is responsive and the office staff are friendly and helpful. I've lived here for 2 years and just renewed my lease for a third.

Love it. Sky view is going to be the best place to live on campus. There is nothing that can compare for the price and everything that you get when you live there.

Very nice but a bit expensive. The furniture is nice and everything works pretty good. Bus Stop right near the apartment so convenient to school and other places.

Great place to live in a good location. Hot tub is great, staff is friendly, love my room and living area. I have great roommates and it’s a nice place to live.

I love it here, my dog had so much space to run. Love the study area too, super chill vibe.. close to campus and had a bus stop too. Only sucked when had to walk from bus to apartment I nearly froze.

This is the best place to be in East Lansing Kudos to the management team for brilliant work they are doing The community is very clean, accessible and user friendly

My experience has been good so far, helpful over the phone and went in depth with my questions. The only thing to at was upsetting was that rent kept going up over short period of time

It’s been really good, the staff is very helpful and the maintenance is very prompt. I also appreciate the amenities in the building and the free coffee!

The apartment has everything you’d ever need and more. The parking on each floor level is very smart so there’s no need for an elevator. The application process was very simple.

I have ultimently loved living at Skyvue. The ammenities are amazing and always fun to use! The only down side is the no guest parking for friends and family.

There are mice in the hallways and they are very slow to get rid of them. They are coming from the trash chute. Otherwise no other issues and i like living here, its nice

I love living at skyvue. The community is great, the apartments are great, etc. I just wish that there were guest parking spots. This would give skyvue a 5 star review.

This is the nicest place I have lived in and the cheapest while being here in East Lansing and I have been out here for six years. This is a really great experience and I also feel very secure in my apartment at all times. I also do enjoy the amenities and vending machines especially.

i have moved skyvue so far. I feel safe living there and the amenities are nice plus all the fun things the staff put on for the residents. i honestly have no complaints besides for the parking garage because my opener to let me up does not work half the time and i am stuck.

It's going well, I really like the amenities and how nice the apartments are. I enjoy the location its near campus but also far enough away from everything.

The amenities are appreciated, rent could be lower given the location. Parking garage is horrible, no mirror or safety measures to se dude safe driving.

My experience has been good so far, nothing too bad has happened but also nothing exciting has happened either. Only thing that bad I've seen is all of the bugs in the elevators

Great time love all the amenities and location. Parking a little rough but overall a phenomenal place to live. Campus is not far, prices seem pretty fair.

awesome place to live, so many amenities, rooms are well furnished as well which is really nice. i have absolutely no bad experiences living here at all

I love it here, it’s a very nice place to live surrounded by nice people. I am frustrated that we had to bring down our trash for 2 weeks because the staff didn’t take care of the trash outside, leading it to build up. Our washer and dryer don’t work either.

Great place to live. I love the apartment and the parking is very convenient. The leasing office staff is always happy to help as well. Its close to campus as well

My experience so far has been great! I just wish things like, the coffee machine in the sky lounge would work or the soda machine. I feel like a lot of times these places have nice stuff but it never actually works. Also maybe having the residents have higher standards up keeping the apartment because we has so much maintenance to be done when we moved in. But overall the place is so nice and affordable.

i love the location and amenities provided. staff is really nice as well!! i love the everyone gets there own bed and bath as well in my place:)

Great place, only complaint I have so far is the garbage situation. If they could fix that I recommend this place. The hot tub is good, having your own personal parking spot is good as well

The elevators are constantly broken as well as the mirrors in the parking garage. The mirrors being broken is dangerous and the elevators have been broken for so long and it is extremely inconvenient for residents.

I have been living here for 2 years and i’m in love with skyvue. one of the best apartments i’ve seen here. it’s has been really great, very amazing, fantastic, wonderful, delightful!

I love skyvue and everything seems very high quality. Great staff too. I love the location being right next to frandor. My room is spacious and I love my bathroom!

I love living here so far! The amenities are amazing and the rooms are great. Only bummer is parking but other than that it’s awesome!! I love how accessible it is to Frandor and it’s also right by the highway. Not too far from campus either!

Very nice staff and can respond to inquiries quicky. Hallways and communal spaces are kept clean and looked after. Other residents are very considerate and do not make a lot of noise at night.

it's good. Its fun but the maintenance issues are horrible. we pay so much to live there just for nothing to work and for maintenance not to come

I love it here and would definitely recommend it. The only issues I really have is there is no guest parking and there is a huge issue with people not following the trash rules. But other than that, it’s an incredible place to live. Plus, the staff is amazing.

Love it here it’s perfect. Just far enough from campus but not too far. Very clean and well maintained. I feel very safe and comfortable living here and all the amenities are nice and in good shape too!

Staff are super helpful and friendly. I love living here and I love the community. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Amenities are great also.

Rent is overly expensive for a college town and should be maintained, it is clean but there is no parking for visitors so it's very inconvenient and the bus stop isn't available because of so much construction

Great building with lots of fun stuff to do. The building was well kept and everything was super easy to access. The Parking in the garage was tedious but very reliable and easy to get to from the apartment.

Overall good time and good place to live. I am just not renewing my lease because me and my roommates are getting a place off campus. Clean place to live it is just getting a little too expensive.

Ultimately have had an amazing experience at Skyvue. The only issue I’ve encounter had been guest parking. We really should have some spots for family to visit or even moving in.

The staff members were so kind and I loved going to get my packages from them. The amenities were also super nice, especially the gym. I used it all the time with my friends and it was so convenient that it was just down the stairs.

I absolutely love living at skyvue, and I love all of the amenities. The only thing that I would change is the parking. There is no where for any of the family or friends to park without getting a ticket or a warning. If this could change then that would amazing!

My overall experience at skyvue has been great. I just wish that there was visitor parking for the residents since we pay such high of rent as is.

While the actual room is nice, I don’t appreciate the “room inspections” that occur 4 times throughout the lease. I also wish that the management staff was more considerate and caring towards their residents. They have not been helpful during my lease term.

Really enjoyed my time living at SkyVue. They had awesome staff and the complex itself was great. Staff was always accommodating and accessible when needed. Complex was safe and clean.
