Although these apartments are within the city, it's a very quiet and well maintained complex. The grounds and facilities are well kept. The amenities are great and the staff is even better. It's also a great location with lots of entertainment and dining option.

After a few months here it's not a bad place to live but parking is horrendous. People fight for parking and some act petty over it. Unless you have a carport or garage you're good.

Everyone is so nice here! Maintenance is always fast! We love the short trail behind the townhouses. The dogpark is big but could use some fun obstacles to help train our dogs.

I love living in this community! Every moment that I spend here is wonderful! I love my apartment! It is clean and I live very comfortably in this community. The persons running this place are very helpful in assisting with any concerns that I might have. Also the tenants I’ve encountered are very courteous.

From the day we moved in I could tell we'd love it here. Has a definite sense of community. Neighbors say "Hi" when you walk by. It sounds like a small thing, but it's such a welcoming response. You don't get that everywhere. The office staff are fantastic and always helpful. We enjoy all of the community activities.

i absolutely love it here everyone from the office is so nice and welcoming. maintenance are done right away and they are knowledgeable willing to share tips. I definitely plan to stay here a while longer. scenery is always clean they could work a little on the lighting in the back are all in all i love water pressure is the best always cold or hot when i need it.

The staff has been great, and I love it here! I have met several neighbors when I throw the trash and I have made small talk. They have all given me great feedback on living here. I also appreciate the little things that the front office does for us like for Valentines, gift cards, etc. it’s very nice and we appreciate it!

Clean and peaceful. Dog friendly. With a great dog park. The units are nice and feel like luxury. No pests anywhere which is very important. The people in the office are friendly and professional.

Move in process was great. It did take a while to get my dog approved but worth the effort! There's a small walking path along the fence next to the golf course. The two pools are pretty small. The community keeps everything clean!

I really like this complex for many reasons. The Staff if phenomenal and takes the time to listen if there are any concerns. They follow up with Maintenance Work Orders which is very much appreciated. I highly recommend Slate Creek for a place to live.
