Delaware, Ohio is a bustling community about 30 miles north of Columbus. Ohio Wesleyan University resides in downtown Ohio and brings a college town feel to the area. I have lived here for a year. The property is well maintained. Quiet neighborhood and great neighbors! The property manager, Sherry, is sooooo helpful, friendly, and kind! Maintenance is great and promptly fixes any issues you have. Highly recommend!
