Almost 1 month in and I am absolutely thrilled with my choice. Moving from a house to a 1 BR apartment was scary but how nice and spacious they are I am very happy! The amenities are phenomenal as well as the location of Smith & Rio. So much to do all around and easy access to all highways and airport. Love it here!

The facilities are well-maintained, and the residents are all smiles and lively. Above all, being able to walk to Tempe Marketplace is a big attraction. Unless I have a special reason, I can get everything I need within a 1km radius!

From the start the leasing agents Juan & Coleen have been very friendly and went above and beyond to show me all available floor plans that fit my needs. Once I applied online the application process was fast and easy. I got my approval about 5 minutes after my submission. Now that I am moved in I can tell that residents are happy to live here, the high amenity usage and the how many residents walk outside is nice to be around. Smith & Rio has exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Thank you

My experience with Smith and Rio has been exceptional. From the time I toured the property , to the move in experience, to the first month settling in it has been a great place to live. The place is newer and kept looking very clean. I see constant efforts of always maintaining a polished appearance in all common areas. The apartment itself has ample storage and feels spacious. Everything is very comfortable. Color choices feels fresh and modern. A property can be nice and well kept but it really means nothing if the property is not managed well and the staff customers focused then it is not worth living in, yet Smith and Rio staff are friendly, customer focus, from tour to after move in. They have managed to build a product and service it 100%. The garage is well lit and feels safe. The property is across from the marketplace and close to 101 and 202 freeways. Kudos to Smith and Rio team

Not only is the apartment layout well thought-out, but the complex itself has the best features. I love the space outside of the apartment, especially the pool area! Kacey, Juan, Colleen, and Katie have made an amazing home for so many people!

Loving the accessibility to anywhere in the Valley. The amenities and facility itself can make you feel like you live in a resort and are always on vacation. Makes going to work a little more difficult.

I have lived in this building for about a month now and I keep waiting for the "bad" to happen, but I have to say I have yet to see anything even close to bad. The gym is so inviting and easy to use that I have started working out again. The pool area, community room, and dog area/spa are all amazing and very welcoming. The views I have from my deck and sky lounge are beautiful. The staff has been fantastic from the first time I walked in the door to look through the move in experience and continue to be friendly and smiling every time I see them. Great Job to the powers that be to have everything in place for such an amazing place to live.
