Moving in was a breeze! Came to take a look at the apartment on Monday and was able to move in a week later. Simple process to sign all documents as well.

When I sold my home in Memphis Tn to relocate to FL I knew I needed to live somewhere unique in order to rival the large Mid Century Modern home I adored for 14 years. After 3 trips to the Orlando area not finding anything that sang to me , I stumbled upon Smith & Main and instantly got charmed by not only the architecture of the building itself , as well as, the walkability to Plant Street and the care of the management team. I’m proud to be a resident of Smith & Main and I can not wait to start designing my new home .

Overall living here has been a great experience. Everyone is very nice and helpful. It is clean and maintained and well kept. The only thing I have noticed is the gates don’t shut completely unless you pull them closed. And the back left gate someone has rigged so that it cannot close. I assume for Amazon drivers to come in but that doesn’t make the complex safe from outsiders. I do love having the coffee shop downstairs. I do wish there was a gym.

Love living here. So close to Plant Street and everything is within walking distance. I even sold my car and am now looking into purchasing a golf cart. Beautiful new apartments with high ceilings and Samsung appliances.
