Property Ratings at Smith Street Station Apartments
I lived there for 6 months and I enjoyed the amount of rent and location, but the other tenants were trouble. They sold drugs in that complex, I had police banging on my door monthly looking for individuals that were in the apartment. The size of the apartment was extremely small. Only a good place as a stepping stone. Half of the tenants are registered sex offenders.
