I love the new pickle ball set up. Glad to see the new updates. Now if the rent doesn't go up for a few more years that will be great...My rent have went up 5 times in 6 years ..

I've been here a long time and personally have not had any issues with the new management so far. I do feel sometimes that I am put on the back burner when issues come up because they're not priority of course. People come people go it is what it is.

Smoky Crossing, has been a great place to live. It's quiet out here and everyone we've met has been friendly. When something needs fixed, it's done rather quickly.

It's peaceful, all areas are taken care of, good walking areas, good gym tools, really love the dog bags & trashcans for residues very useful. 3 Things to mention 1- I've walked in some areas there is a lot of dog residues (poop) all over the grass area, I do not know if bc people have grass around connected to their house that means its ok for them to do that but its disgusting. 2- I'm so excited about the Pickle ball court!, Do u guys have a date when it's going to be finished? Also the fences are too low, wasn't a good idea for a pickle ball court having low fences due to the ball can be going over the fences all the time which might be no pleasant having to go thru the fences often to get the pickle ball's ball. 3- add a Plug access to be able to connect/plug our own vacuum in the car wash area. Besides that, Loving the neighborhood and just trying to give constructive comments for future references.

We have been a resident of Smoky Crossing two years now. The management does a good jobs maintaining the grounds to keep them clean and updated. The amenities are good.

Kind front office. Very easy to apply. The apartment was clean and updated. The surrounding areas were clean. The neighborhood is quiet. I am happy with how there are lights where you can see at night

I've lived at Smoky Crossing for over 5 years &like any place it has its downside but mostly it's been a positive experience!. It's a safe, clean and quiet community with nice amenities.

We absolutely love it here the community is very great and the staff is also amazing, we haven’t had any problems with anything everyone is super friendly

Beautiful space, wonderful staff, easy to move in and get maintenance requests put in and were taken care of in a timely manner. Overall great experience thus far??

Great so far very quiet great amenities. The parking is interesting. Apartments are very nice and maintained. The office staff is great especially helpful relocating from out of state

The grounds are clean and well keep the amenities for the kids is good with the playground corn hole the trail around the complex is beautiful

Slowly starting to meet my neighbors and they are very friendly. Really excited to be apart of this community and to be involved with the upcoming events.

The Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable the maintenance team is very important to the property they get to our needs as soon as possible we Love living hear e just wish the rent would stop going up every year

We just bought 3 new toilets, only because we wanted to conserve our water usage. Maintenance installed them for us this morning. They did a great job????

Love this place. Lived here for 2 years. I'm a transplant from Ohio. Never wanted to live in Tennessee, but happened by chance. Now that I'm here, I love it. My home at Smoky Crossing is a huge part of it.

I’ve enjoyed the community. I appreciate the location being close to multiple connected counties. Maintenance could be more responsive, but otherwise things have been good. I like the calm environment this area has.

Very nice and clean and quiet. A lot to offer and always getting the job done. The area is very nice with everything you need in the distance

The apartments should be in better shape that what they are for the money. I have put in several work orders no one has contacted me about setting up a time yet. Only been here a month!

I love living here. I've been here for over 6 years and it's been great. I rarely have any problems with anything and if I do it is swiftly taken care of

The 2 months that we have lived here has been so far great from the neighbors, the environment, and even the moving in process itself was a breeze. Danielle is amazing she made sure I had no confusion on anything! Even just the apartment complex itself is wonderful. I’m so glad we settled here! :)

Is a very pretty and lovely community and I think is a very good and nice idea that it had its own gym that you can go to, and must of all the neighbors are very friendly, and also you can have a good time in family in the pool or in the park.

Love this community! Staff are very supportive friendly and welcoming. Love all the amenities we have and they are very well kept. Hope to be a part of this community for a long while

This is quite possibly the worst complex I’ve ever lived in. I could not use my only bathtub for almost a month and when I asked if there would be any compensation for not being able to utilize my apartment, I was told the best they could do was $150. The hole in my bathtub that caused this was in there since the day I moved in and the complex failed to do anything about it until it leaked through the ceiling into my kitchen. Even when that happened, they still did not choose to replace the tub until the fourth patch failed. My lease expires next month and the project still is not completed.

Beautiful place to live...maintenance and staff wonderful to work with. The pool and gym is always clean. I could not ask for a better place to live. Thank you.

It's been good, no issues. We got new mail boxes which was great. The grounds have been looking really good. Haven't had any thing go wrong inside of apartment.

So far loving it here. It’s quiet and our animals love there are lots of places for them to walk. We have been here a month now and just love how they make it easy for everybody to enjoy living here

Really love it. Move in was easy, rent is a little high, but we are overall very pleased. They have been quick to fix items that we have found to need repairs.

I have lived here for almost three years now and love it. It is in the perfect spot between Pigeon Forge and downtown Knox and is very peaceful.

I don’t recommend living here at all. Rent is too expensive for what it is and the apartments are not updated. Maintenance is also horrible and instead of trying replacing something they just keep fixing it. The ladies at the office are super nice… that’s about it.

Good community to live in great neighborhood and great neighbor's. I enjoy the amminatives, wish there was a place for the teens to go hang out, like a basketball court . They need somewhere to go because there always just hanging around the parking lot behind our cars being loud.

The neighbors are nice. The community is beautiful and well kept up. When there’s an issue it’s usually taken care of in a timely manner. Great place to live!

I haven't had the best of times living here at Smoky Crossing Way. Every problem has been resolved by maintenance, and have enjoyed the quietness of the area. Thank you for all you have done for my enjoyable experience here.

My wife and I have lived at Smoky Crossing for over 10 years. Each year we discuss moving, but always decide that SC is the place we want to be. New management has made numerous improvements to the living experience.

Love it here, quiet, neighbors are friendly. Love the walking trail and fitness center. Staff is amazing and they keep the community beautiful.

We are glad to be back at Smoky Crossing! Love the new appliances and how clean the unit was! The entire staff were so helpful! Any issues have received prompt attention.

I have lived here for almost 6 years and I love living in a cul-de-sac. It’s very quiet, but I think like everyone else I hate when the rent goes up when I sign the lease.

I love that it’s dog friendly. I love how quiet and peaceful it is. I love how everything is so close. I love how clean and maintain the property is.

I am mostly pleased with the community, hedges could be trimmed more and dog stations emptied more often. The staff is friendly and responsive.

I love living here it has best. Environment and neighborhood my neighbors are very kind and sweet. Everything is close by. I absolutely love living in my neighborhood with a work out room 24/7 and a swimming pool

Great staff, excellent maintenance team. Amenities are functional and useful. Neighborhood seems really quiet and peaceful. Long term neighbors and other tenants seem friendly as well!

I enjoy living here at smoky crossing. I’ve lived here for 4 years. My children love it here. There’s tons of things to do for everyone. The gym and the pool is fantastic. Tons of trails to walk and even a path within walking distance at the church next door.

Just moved in and so far loving the place. It’s quiet and peaceful. The amount of places our dogs can go for walks is so nice. Can’t wait to try the pool and the gym oh and the car wash area

There's not much to complain about here, but there are a few things that I think needs to be updated if you're going to be charging these rates. First thing is going to be the gym needs a overhaul. People have broken machines and somehow put holes in the walls. Second the new mailbox system is weird, but it's supposedly it's usps and not based on Smoky Crossing. Love the trails and the pool. Apartments need to be updated to fit the rates that are being charged.

So far everything and everyone has been wonderful. No issues so far but we are just moving in so haven’t really been here long. We are still getting settled in.

We have been here a year and we love it. The office staff is amazing and super nice and maintenance always come within a reasonable timeframe of there is a problem.

The staff here is very nice and easy to work with. The property is amazing and my family and I really enjoy it. It’s super close to everything around.

Everything is going good, improving is being done. Office staff are wonderful ladies, always there to help with any issues. Maintenance is doing there best.
