Snug harbor is the best there is nice and kind people and the rooms are big and nice

Run don't walk away from this property.
If u like green pools, no one in the office even if u want to pay the rent, and a super who lives on property but won't answer their door if there is a major problem then this is your ideal place to live. However if u want a front office that is concerned about tenants and are present to facility maintenance requests then look anywhere else.
