The community and area in general feels very safe. Most people here are friendly. One downside is there is not a ton in the area; the little plaza with a couple cafes is nice. Then again, living out away from the city will come at a cost.

I think overall this is a great place to live. It?s clean, safe, and quiet. Plus the location is awesome.

I love living in this neighborhood and having the forest view. The apartment is clean and lovely. I wish the appliances were newer though. I don't like the coil stovetop. It is outdated and doesn't cook well or clean well.

The closet storage in the apartments was very small. The view out the large window was affected by the damage to the windowpanes. Both apartments had the seals broken on their window in front room kitchen was small.

Parking for visitors is terrible. Obviously many people living here have more than one car and use up the "visitor" parking. There is rarely a parking place anywhere close to my apartment when friends or family visit. Two of these people are my elderly parents.

My request, which related to an issue with my kitchen sink faucet, was handled immediately. I wasn't home to see the person that handled it, but I arrived home very shortly after my request to find everything completed perfectly. It's exactly / more than what I would have hoped for, and a great benefit of living in apartment vs. owning a home. Thank you so much!

Great apartment and the land was amazing. However the community was at best pet tolerant and not really pet friendly and neighbors were incredibly nosy and rude

I had friends that lived here and when I visited them I loved their apartment. The community is in a nice, safe neighborhood and the grounds/common areas are well maintained. The apartment is very cozy and has nice upgrades/features.

The only reason I would not recommend this apartment community is the price.

The apt. was great. The leasing agent was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Only reason that I'm 'on the fence' re: moving to Sofi is the location; while it is beautiful, it location is further out than what I feel comfortable with. Still may make the move, but on the fence now.

I would highly recommend this apartment community. The beautiful wooded atmosphere is calming, it seems to have all the amenities on campus and neighborhood you would need.

Jessica was very informative and kind throughout the entire process. She responded to my emails and phone calls quickly and made me feel heard.

Well maintained property and courteous staff

Beautiful location! Nice and well maintained property and small in size. Not enough storage in the units, but we would make it work. Jessica was patient, friendly and very informative. We enjoyed meeting her as much as we enjoyed touring the unit and property!

The community seems wonderful, I liked the apartment design and style, and the setting is very pretty. I would like to live here if there is something available for my time frame. The only slight negative is that I do think it is slightly overpriced for the value.

Jessica in the office is a great and a pleasure to work with. The complex itself is a little noisy or maybe the walls a paper thin. If you look closely there is wear and tear on the buildings that paint cannot hide anymore. The parking spots are tiny and the way the parking lots were designed your only hope is a 10 point turn.

Too much of a feeling of "CLAUSTROPHOBIA". Just way too crowded- not enough room for all the cars. Visitors have to park a really long ways away. Just not very user-friendly if you've got any visitors. Also, grounds not really conducive to having a dog. Would have been nice to see a dog park or some grass.

I'm really enjoying living in this community. The location and apartments are beautiful. The staff, community, and neighbors are authentically friendly and a pleasure to get to know.

I'm a relocation specialist and have been to the property multiple times. It's a favorite and always loved by my clients! The only issue is the carpet, every single time that is what prevents my clients from leasing at Sofi.

Austin is always so professional, moves quickly and is knowledgeable.

I would recommend it, nice COMUNITY, very nice office people nice neighborhood but I will say to them also that you have to deal with very old appliance and some maintenance issues.

While I believe the value of the apartment is a little too expensive, and the fact that it's a dead zone for cell reception, the staff are incredibly lovely and super easy to work with.

I just moved in last week and have had maintenance in here a lot. Both the office staff and the maintenance staff are fabulous. My answers are indicative of every single interaction in the last week. I'm highly impressed.

I continue to be very happy that I chose Sofi - I love my place and the direct friendly interaction with the very professional staff. All is good!

Walkways are peeling, stairs are rusting snd although clean for the midt part they are not maintained well on the exterior.

I loved living there. The only problem I had was my neighbor who had a sound system. The sound system was constantly vibrating the walls. My suggestion is that sound system should NOT be allowed in apartments.

Mostly all good! Missing central A/C is a significant negative. Rental offer of Sofi A/C's isn't appealing since we can't own the A/C after in effect paying for it - - over time.

It is a very well managed apartment community and I would recommend it. My only concern is the over $100.00 raise in rents each year.

I have recommended this place, but the price and parking seem to be an issue after friends tour the apartment.

I love the peace at Sofi, the trees, the convince of our location in Cedar Mill; I love the access to the trails in Forest Heights. The only hesitation I have is the lack of air conditioning, and the fact that my apartment is looking a bit shabby (rugs, seal around kitchen sink, dishwasher racks, blinds); although I assume that when someone leaves,their flat is brought up-to-date?

Kayla and Daniel are responsive and kind. I really appreciate their care and attention. The grounds are well maintained and the maintenance requests are responded to very quickly.

The only issue is the parking is bad. The rent is too high, due to the fact there is no common place to be used even during business hours. Most apartments have a huge common area and it's open until 10pm. The gym here is very small compared to other apartments. One of each equipment is not enough for a huge complex. No swimming pool/no air condition and some apartments have them, especially the Luxury apartments.

It seems like a chill and quite place to live.

I would recommend it because it's super nice and it a great, quiet, safe neighborhood but I would also say that it's too expensive.

Everyone that I have met so far has been very supportive and helpful. I feel very lucky to have found such a great community.
