Sofi At Somerset

I was searching for a two bedroom apartment eight months ago. Sofi at Somerset was one of my stops. From the start I was pretty impressed with the professionalism of the property manager, Kendall. She patiently answered all of my questions and explained everything while showing me around the property. The available apartment was clean and well maintained. Large bedrooms, updated kitchen, fireplace, and The complex is conveniently close to all shopping needs and freeway access. Therefore, I decided to sign a lease. Since I moved in, I found the community to be safe and friendly. I feel right at home. Thank you Kendall for your assistance and assistance and hard work.

Good apartment sizes for price and the community has a nice vibe and look

Apartment manager, Kendall, is very professional, friendly, and absolutely amazing.

I would recommend to anyone who is looking for an apartment home in the area. It is a comfortable rental atmosphere to live in.

The maintenance is not my issue. It's the lack of energy efficiency in the windows, walls,floors and ceiling. I have never been so cold in my own place. The lack of insulation also causes sound problems. I can hear people talking outside as if they were standing next to me, and I can hear the person above use the restroom.

The complex is very convenient to shopping and freeway access.

We love the area and layout of the community and units.

Kendall, the leasing agent, was incredibly nice and helpful. She showed us multiple units to make sure we found one that was perfect for my family. We were excited to choose Sofi since the location is great and we liked the apartment. The only downside was the long flight of stairs outside that could be dangerous in the rain and difficult for family members with physical disabilities.

Very much a home feeling. Felt very comfortable asking questions and the community is well kept.

I was not satisfied with all the services that was needed in the year but I would still recommend making Sofi home because of location.

We love the location because it is closer to my daughters school, we love that our car is just steps away from our door and we will use the amenities when we can.

I would recommend the apartment complex as a really nice place to live, but it is somewhat expensive rent.

So far I'm loving it here. All staff has been very friendly and patient. The community is everything I was praying to find and I'm super thankful for finding a place I feel at home in. Thanks to all!

I would recommend the community based on the proximity to Bellevue and Factoria, but not based on the value of the apartments or the community itself.

Haniel is great! He goes above and beyond to help residents. I've had multiple mailbox issues. Although the problem has been difficult to resolve Haniel has been supportive throughout—even going to far as to collect my mail regularly and holding it at the office until I can come get it.

It's a convenient comfortable place to live . Great customer service

These apartments seem well-maintained. The spa and pool need covers on them though. Unknown is the promptness of getting things fixed in unit. That's important for both my needs and the integrity of the building.

I consider the price for the location is good, however, the apartments look already outdated and some things in the apartment are not placed in a place convenient for the everyday living.

The property is beautiful, the leasing staff was very friendly and helpful. Sadly the units are too small and dated.

Things that I didn't like: 1. The layout of some of the apartments makes it really difficult to bring the furniture inside the apartment. 2. There are no lights in the rooms, the tenant has to bring their own lamps instead. 3. The bathrooms are too small 4. I would expect stainless steel appliances

I would certainly recommend the place. Near shopping centers, and businesses. Close to office.

The location and price is in a very good rate for what we seek.

Our unit had a water overflow from our dishwasher. I notified the office. The Repair person came in a few minutes and fixed it right away. The repair person was very friendly and courteous. Thank you.

I'll recommend this apartment community to my friends. But I still think the price is a little expensive.

I really enjoy the community. it is quiet and so far (from my perspective) the residents seem protective of the community. The staff is attentive and transparent which makes it easy to reach out to them when there is a challenge and if there is a compliment to be given.
