DON'T MOVE HERE! I promise you don't want to live here. The new management has ruined this place. They don't care about any tenants living here. They only care about charging for every little thing they possibly can. You have to pay to park your car in the parking lot (on top of rent). Oh, and don't have a visitor because if you have someone visiting, they will have their car towed in the middle of the night. They make you pay to receive packages. The staff is not very helpful or friendly. Steer clear! Find somewhere better to live. This place sucks.

The Pool situation- June 4, 2022 When I signed my 1 year lease in October, I was told the pool would be open from Memorial Day - Labor Day. They are now saying that there is no estimated time of opening. The front office said they can't discount rent because "you don't pay for amenities"

The parking lot in the winter is very scary. And neighbors do not respect noise clauses and are very loud even at midnight on weekdays

Concern is about spill way on south side being awful in Summer of smell and contagious of chemicals from street. I would hope a clean up is at hand before spring. Ice could be chiped away from areas of walking to from cars parking.

Apartments are very poorly insulated. In addition the air-conditioning units are outdated and inefficient. Expect to pay upwards of 150 dollars a month just to keep your apartment semi bearable. Thanks to the geniuses at con am, the poorly insulated paper thin south-facing walls are now a lovely shade of heat soaking dark green. Thanks ConAm. Parking is a joke, with zero guest spots available and towing company that fishes the lot. If you or your friends vehicle happens to get towed (in spite of the fact that you've registered your vehicle with the office), expect to pay around 300 dollars to get your car back because they use a centralized tow company that's halfway across the city. Thanks ConAm. There used to be two large pet areas in the middle of the complex. Since ConAm took over they have ripped out the grass and replaced it with cobblestone. We have since been warned against even entering this area. What used to be a very nice amenety is now an inaccessible wasteland of rocks and crappy shrubs. Thanks ConAm. I've had water leaking into my walls for almost 6 months due to the ineffective and inefficient management here. There is now a mold farm in my bathroom that they have no intention of addressing. If you have any serious maintenance issue, expect to be put off and given the run around until your problem is finally addressed, incorrectly. ConAm please stop turning apartments into investment opportunities. Thanks.
My wife and I have lived here now for 12 years. They have always been a bit... Shady for the area until new management assumed control. They are remodeling the homes (never did anything other than outside ammenities for all these years and just played off the "BelMar" name, raising rents. I'm not evem gonna tell you what we first paid here...) and they look amazing. My wife and I will be moving into a remodeled version shortly and can't wait. So convenient to work and bike paths... Classing up the Joint.

We have lived here for almost 3 years and we love it! The management is very friendly and helpful. They do a lot of fun activities and they always say "Hi!" when we pass by. The maintenance team is also wonderful. They work so hard and they are always be there when we need them. Thank you Hillside Pointe to make us feel like home! You guys are the best!
I have been living here at Hillside Pointe for a few years now. Everyone on the team remembers my name, and they say "hello" to me as I walk by. If I have had any maintenance, it has been taken care of immediately! The office staff is always on top of everything. They are professional in everything that they do. I enjoy living here. I recommend it to anyone.
My Wife and I recently moved to the Denver area. We luckily found this place. We couldn't be happier with the apartment. The Apartments are very nice, perfect for two young newlywed professionals. The amenities are great. Washer/Dryer (which we didn't have in New York City) a ton of storage space, dishwasher, garbage disposal, new carpet, outdoor patio space, and of course a heated pool with BBQ grill. The surrounding Community is awesome! Everything you could ever want is blocks away. Restaurants, bars, Groceries, Bowling alley, Movie theater. All within a minutes drive or 15 minute walk. And let me tell you coming from NYC a 15 minute walk is nothing especially when it can get me to all those places. My Wife and I feel completely safe here in the neighborhood. We also love that BelMar park is 5 minutes from our door step. It makes for a perfect evening walk. We couldn't be happier with the staff at Hillside. Some of the friendliest people I have ever met. They are so attentive to the needs of their residents. Talk about value! You probably will not be able to find a better price, place, location, or staff anywhere in the area.
I have lived at Hillside for nearly two years, and it has been a fantastic experience. The community is well maintained. The pool area has a grill for use and there are two buildings to do laundry if you do not have one in your apartment. When I first moved here, I had a one bedroom apartment that was efficient for it's size. I needed a bit more space for visiting friends and family so I moved to a two bedroom. All of the appliances are brand new as well as the carpet and counter-tops. I have a washer and dryer in their own little closet. Utilities are always low. My favorite part of the apartment is that I never hear my neighbors (unless my windows are open). Yes, you read that right. It is fantastic. I love that I am in the heart of Belmar. Walking distance to everything I need or want. Target, King Soopers, Jamba Juice, Best Buy, Wells Fargo and so much more. Rent is reasonable for the area, which is why I looked here in the first place. The staff is excellent. I usually see Corey. He has been very helpful and kind. Stop in the office and grab a coffee and donuts on Mondays! Well, coffee is really anytime, but the donuts on Mondays! Maintenance always comes quickly, and makes sure to know your name and say hi when they see you. Everyone who works here is gracious and extremely professional. They send a monthly newsletter and have picnics and small events for everyone. Pets are welcome here too! They even set aside a special day for them to use the pool! I feel safe and welcome and that is truly the most important thing for me.
It's so convenient to have our property manager onsite. She makes herself available at any time to answer questions and addresses all issues that arise. Maintenance is always kept up and the grounds are kept clean. I highly recommend to take a look at this location if you are looking for a place to live in this area.
This complex is a great, you can't beat the location and the management team is absolutely wonderful! The apartment I currently live in is on the third floor, has beautiful views, and is very safe. Parking is ample and the facilities in the complex and kept clean, nice and overall is very welcoming! I highly recommend this complex for the quality of service, price point and location. It's fantastic!
Though by now means the most outwardly appealing apartments in Belmar Park, Hillside Pointe is pretty great. Rent is reasonable and can be paid online, property management is friendly, and pet fees are decent. There could be some cosmetic upgrades and a bigger pool, but I'm totally fine with these issues and paying a little less. The area is the main draw as it is within walking distance to Belmar Park, King Soopers, Belmar Library, Target, Whole Foods, a Century theatres, etc.
