I like the management, they are quick to answer or solve any problem.

I would recommend based on my experience however the rental rates may be higher than average and therefore it would be my hesitation in referring property to family/friends.

The office staff and maintenance do a great job and are always on top of any issues. Friendly yet professional.

Neutral just because there are more and more pet owners residing here which results in lots of barking, dog waste not in trash. So if you don't like dogs this is not the place for you.

It's just too expensive for what you get in the community.

Visitor parking is very limited and to go to the office to get a pass each time is inconvenient.

Good value for the overall look and feel of the community. I feel comfortable and safe. I would be a 10 across the board if I could get a newer refrigerator and hardwood flooring. I have been here 2 years and the carpet is buckling and worn out. Also mention countertops were resurfaced 2xs and not good results.

Would only recommend if they can tolerate a lot of noise. People in the pool area are very loud both during the day and after "quiet" hours.

Good amenities, quiet, and looks to be quality construction.

The staff from the front office to the maintenance office are so wonderful and easy to work with. We love it here. The location is great and the view is spectacular. Never want to leave.

Living here is pricey, but I would recommend it to those I know could afford it. We are very satisfied with our experience here.

The maintenance staff is very friendly, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to help the residents.

There is more traffic noise than expected and I really wish there was more parking and a place to let the dogs off the leash.

Good community, but separate garages, loud highway noise. Dual pane windows would help a lot and sturdier front doors with built in screens would help improve experience

We love it here. We have lived in the complex for 3 years now, and have switched between three different apartment units. We have loved every one, and never felt the desire to move elsewhere even after looking around at other apartment communities. Nothing beats Sofi Canyon Hills. It is our home.

Very spacious community, opportunity for 1g internet connection, & good room space. Just needs more space in the wardrobe closet, but everything else is good.

My only complaint about my apartment is that it is in dire need of remodeling. It is dated (fluorescent lights, vertical blinds and linoleum floors) and the kitchen and bathroom are really beat up and old. Cabinetry and tile are not meant to last 20+ years with all the wear and tear of a rental unit. With the cost of rent here, there should be reserves for routine remodeling without raising rents.

I have been at Sofi Canyon for about 5 years now. I have been happy with service level I have received.

Overall I enjoy the complex. What i enjoy most is the small size of the complex compared to other communities. It would be nice to have someone clean the stairwells and railings, even if only quarterly.

I love my new apartment it was very clean and well kept. Move in was a breeze.

Brian was so helpful. He answered all of our questions. My husband and I loved everything about Sofi Canyon.

It's quiet and not too big complex. The apt. Is conveniently located.

Extremely limited parking with comically small parking spaces. Parking and visitor parking not enforced. Phone line doesn’t go to front desk and it is difficult to get a hold of apartment staff unless you physically walk in the office. Other than that the facility is very clean and the apartment it’s self was well constructed and up to date

I have lived in the Canyon Hills community for the pass 11-12 years. I would highly recommend living here to family and friends.

I love the layout of the apartment but the road noise is so loud. The garages are incredibly narrow

I would recommend this community to others. The area feels safe and quiet, the neighbors are respectful, grounds and community areas are very clean and well kept, office/maintenance staff are friendly and respond quickly to requests.

Neighbor children play continuously in the parking area and driveway directly outside our unit. This is an unsafe situation due to vehicle traffic, and the noise they make is constant, loud, and affects the quiet enjoyment of our unit. We would not have chosen this unit if we'd known it was so noisy.

I love the maintenance guys here at Sofi Canyon. Always friendly, prompt, thorough.

Parking is not good. The double garage only fits one car plus a golf cart or tiny car. The rent goes up too much and too often. That’s a problem

This community has the best maintenance staff and office staff. This is the main reason I renewed my lease. I am only disappointed in the large rent increases.

I would recommend this apartment community but would advised them that although rent pricing is comparable to most other apartment communities, these units are 20 years old. And newer build apartment's in the area would most likely have newer more modern amenities.

Maria is one of the reasons I would love to live in this community. She is so warm, welcoming, and friendly. She not only was more than happy to show us apartments on multiple visits to the property, she was extremely helpful and went above and beyond in our search for our apartment home. She knew that we wanted nothing more than to live at these apartments, and tried her best to work it out for us. Unfortunately, due to timing, the pricing and availability was not in our favor and she worked as hard as she could to make it possible for us. She is the main reason I am still crossing my fingers that we could afford the unit that is still available.

Only with the proviso that they move into a unit away from the traffic noise on Mercy Road

I?m really excited about becoming part of the community here. We are in limbo at the moment because we are so far out of a move in date. The other community we had visited that day offered no promise to keep in touch with us which made me feel like they didn?t care at all about having us there. Maria was welcoming and as excited as we were about Sofi Canyon. We loved the apartments but she is what sold us on moving to the location,

The location for me and my husband is good for work and the community is nice and I like the layout of the apartment

I love it here. The location is great. My sister lives here too. The only draw back is the rent just keeps going up

The lack of visitor parking is a problem and the parking spaces are too small to be usable. The no smoking policy is overly restrictive. I can understand not smoking in the apartment, but no smoking allowed when standing outside is a bit over the top. The turnover in office staff seems excessive. The only person who stays is the manager. The others leave after a few months, some of whom seemed very qualified. Is the manager the problem? I don't know but it bears looking into.

I have rec-amended the property to a couple of people they said the same thing to me, nice enough area/apartment but a little high price and very loud traffic. they did not rent from here. They choose another apartment a little smaller with no garage for the quit outdoors.

The community is peaceful, the apartments are large and homey and the staff is wonderful!

I just moved here from Glendale Arizona my wife recently passed so my daughter brought me here I love this place the office lady Honey has been more than kind always greets me with this Smile and makes me feel welcome always says how R U Great representative of the Company, the maintenance man here Caesar and his helper are both on the Ball great guys.

It is in a nice area. Shopping areas are close by. The only draw back I see is: If you need bus transportation you need to go about a mile away to a bus stop.
