This is my home now, even after 7 months being here. I feel safe, comfortable, have my cats with me, love my community, management and maintenance folks. Sofi is central to all my medical and shopping news, family and friends.
Sofi of Dublin is very nice old community snd seems to be a nice place to live.
It is an older complex with some expected issues.
Management appears attentive to our needs
The leasing professional was great and incredibly responsive. Location is good, has almost all the amenities I would be looking for. Only reason I would not recommend this location would be specific to my mother's more stringent requirements which do not reflect the majority of others.
Please do not live here. The units are old and cheap; they had to replace so much broken stuff in our apartment, including the entire toilet. Management refused to help us even when things were their fault. I implore anyone looking for an apartment - don't rent here! We cannot get out fast enough.

We intentionally executed the project with a short completion timeline to ensure residents were not displaced from their homes. Nice location and great management impression
This place was amazing loved the open feel. The space is maximized fully. Place didn't feel insanely crowded just to maximize units. It was open and inviting
The property management team is honestly very helpful! They helped me get through every single obstacle instead of leaving me to deal with it alone. Amazing community, great neighbors, SPACIOUS parking, and it' in the center of EVERYTHING. 10/10 would highly recommend.
I would recommend this apartment because it has a great community and is very dog friendly. The only downside is that the buildings are very old and my upstairs neighbors are very loud
The patio area was a huge selling point that I would recommend to others. Also, the location is great for shopping/entertainment and easy access to the freeway.

I think they could keep up the outside of Apartment Bld. It could use better Gardeners and new paint.
Alex does a great job of making people feel welcome and informing them about the community and property.
Alex was beyond professional. His friendly, efficient, and effective communication assured me that I my experience at Sofi would be positive. A well run management office is the number one thing I look for in a mulitfamily community because all other aspects are a direct reflection. I trust Alex and his team to make my stay at Sofi the best possible experience.
Great people in the community. There's a dog park and that comes in handy so often! Close to just about everything! Very spacious floor plans with huge patios!! Can't beat that!

Based on our experience in 138, I would not recommend anyone rent an UPGRADED unit, as the standard units seem nicer in kitchen and throughout...(apt 87 is perfect example) Other than feeling like we are paying too much EXTRA RENT for this upgraded unit, the complex is nice, clean and neighbors/community are/is friendly....
Mold constantly builds up around the windows. Water leaks in from under the front door when it rains. Paint is chipping from the cabinets in the kitchen.
They are very personable, kind, and responsive in all matters related to the apartment.
I would not recommend this apartment because there is no bathroom outside so in case of any emergency people has to go to Target or Walmart. Also, the Gym is pathetic.
I love the community, however, I have had trouble getting responses from the office manager regarding my energy bill. I have still not received a response from my two previous emails.
Great location, peace & quiet living, clean environment, fast maintenance service . Nice management and most of all it?s very convinience.
This is a great place to live, everyone is friendly.the office and maint staff care about their residents.
Sofi Dublin is beautiful and in a great location. But overall the professionalism of Alex is what totally sold us. He is down to earth, upfront and honest, and a complete joy to work with! I would recommend the apartment community to family and friends because they been very helpful to request being a new resident.
Good community and facilities. In fact, had referred 2 of my friends this year.. perhaps they did not join as the rent was too expensive.
Because the staff u have there are great especially Adrianna I was recommend by some else and I understand why he recommend here and I already recommend multiple of my friend to come over once there lease are over with other complex?s.

The community is clean, well-maintained, quiet, and has a wonderful location. The surrounding community is exceedingly safe.

The leasing agent was very kind and personable. The complex was quiet and well kept.
I would recommend the community on the basis of its location. Other than that, the units are old and in need of upgrading. There is very little storage space if any. The garbage area is always a mess with people just throwing their junk in there. I really enjoyed having the big grassy area to walk my dog. I like the fact that the community accepted pets larger than 35 lbs. I also enjoyed the large patios which are difficult to find.
Would recommend this for family. Close to BART and relatively close to public school. Not so expensive. Community is clean and well maintained. Responsiveness to service request is excellent; quality of service has a scope for improvement

I moved in early this year and there's really nothing bad I can say about this apartment complex. First, our unit is nice and it has a very good floor plan. The neighborhood is really quiet and you'll feel safe walking or jogging around at night. It is also surrounded by lots of stores and restaurants that are walking distance. All the must haves I had when looking for an apartment was pretty much satisfied. On top of it all, they have a very competitive monthly rent cost.
