Happy in the Sofi Fremont We fell in love with Sofi there to get to meet, we left now and we will definitely miss it, we only left because we need to charge our cars at home and this function is not yet available at Sofi Fremont, but if one day we will make it available, we will definitely want to live in this community again! Our renewal process was very smooth and successfully completed. Sofi staff had been working hard and very accommodating. We are happy and enjoying living in this community! Great place to live in.??

I would recommend this apartment community because the office personnel and maintenance team are so nice and respectful. The apartment complex is clean and quiet. I previously stayed here for 8 years and it was a fabulous experience, no issues.

My recommendation to family and friends would be based on more than one interaction. So far I am pleased by Sofi and impressed with staff.

Layout of the unit where I stayed was great. I love that I'm surrounded by a lot of trees.

Friendly and responsivr staff members. The apartment complex is very nice with all the trees in the complex. The apartment units are decent in size.

The apartment is nice itself. However, the complex is right next to a train track. You would think the trains just pass by at 5am or midnight? No, they honk! Long honk. Pretty much all day, there is random trains honking. Windows are not double-pane, so it doesn't do much if you close the windows. Look forward to moving out.

It's like a resort to me, Lush green, calm and well maintained, your privacy well-taken care. Feel like a second Home to me

It's a really nice apartment complex with prices that aren't too bad compared with the rest of the Bay. Good amenities, and the washer/dryer in apartment is a huge plus for me.

I appreciate the ability to reserve an additional parking spot as I have experienced issues with finding parking at my previous apartment complex. Rebecca was also very helpful and extremely accommodating.

The management professionals acted very kind and professional and were very welcoming. I really liked the property. I was there twice...once myself and once with my mother and both times it was a very good and welcoming experience.

The place is nice, but it was just to pricey.

We lived here 21 years. Close to wakable Bart, schools, shopping. Safe area. Allowed pets. Enjoyed seeing occasional wildlife (raccoons, skunks, opposoms, snakes, mice, squirrels, salamaders, toads, owls) and the big trees, bushes and flowers. Patios offered sufficient privacy.

I immediately felt so welcome and everything that the community has to offer made it hard to not fall in love!

It took more than three weeks to find the roof leak & patch the ceiling. Luckily for me, I was on a trip and didn’t have to deal with it on a daily basis. Now I have vacuuming & moving the furniture back.

Love this place and so have been living here a long time. It's got everything you'd want in an apartment community,like pets allowed, pool, exercise room, beautiful trees and bushes including a good location.

Lived here for 21 years. Allows pets! Has other wildlife like the occasional racoons, opposums, skunks, etc which I'm glad to see alive.

The repairs and maintenance workers were fantastic. However, I feel these things should have been done prior to renting the unit

It is a a particularly quiet complex. The grounds are beautiful with many large trees. It is also a non-smoking property, which is a PLUS.

Other than the thin walls, this community offered everything we wanted. It was actually a bit bittersweet to pack everything up and leave. This was the first place me and my wife actually considered a home since we started living together.

a lot of stuff of the apartments are really old and difficult to repair if you does not replace them

I requested service maintenance guy never showed , but I see service request shows completed . I request same service ticket waiting for person to show up.

Would prefer better amenities for the price... pool, bike locker, community relaxing space, community building events ... more could be done, but overall I like where we live.

Arshak is an amazing property manager, he?s so attentive and professional, he have helped us out with every little question we have, the apartment community is absolutely gorgeous, everything is so well maintained and clean, we couldn?t be happier to have moved here!

I'm very happy with SoFi and would recommend it but I deducted one point because of usability issues with the portal

The maintenance personnel that came to perform the service was polite and very friendly, and completed the work well and in a short amount of time.

I would recommend Sofi highly to my friends and family based on the maintenance manager Leo and manager Jessica. Both of these employees are excellent at resolving issues and communicating with me. I would not recommend having the service technician that I had work on anybody's apartment. To argumentative not professional

Thin walls like paper, you can hear any single noise of your neighbors, traffic and TRAIN.Common entrance to apartment doors are opposite one to another in some models, so you don't have much privacy, you can hear each time your neighbor open the door. Noisy people, they don't respect rules, drop litter in garage areas, cigarettes dropped everywhere. Spider webs in all over the place. Random people around the place, in general staff is good, they need to inspect some more renters to comply with rules.
