Sofi Poway

It is a GREAT community to call as close as home as possible in an apartment dwelling. We've lived here for several years now and although management has changed a couple of times, it has been consistent.

Loved the community for the price, well maintained, and great office staff.

It has a nice fitness center, pool, jacuzzi, close to a lot of stuff, etc.

The price is extremely high, yet the number of amenities doesn't match the monthly rate.

It is more comfortable living and the area feels me more secure

I love the community, the people here are friendly, and the staff is amazing. It's a great location being in the heart of downtown Poway and the rent is quite reasonable.

It's a nice community. The apartments do not have some amenities. The price is to high for the square footage.

The parking alone is almost worth it, never have to worry about not having a close enough spot. Accessibility/proximity to the rest of Poway is really convenient.

Such a great place to live in with so many places within easy walking distance too. Just ideal all around.

The maintenance team has always been professional and competent in my experience. But a weekend service would be nice for issues that are time sensitive like leaks and plumbing problems.

My apartment was fully reconditioned and everything is in excellent working order. The outside grounds are well-maintained and the overall feel of the community is a place that is comfortable to live in.

I love it here. My family has been living here for 5 years and the service has been great love all the contests and special movie nights.

Sofi is a a great community. I continue to reccommend it to my coworkers who are looking to move.

The community is very peaceful, the grounds are very well maintained and the apartment I saw is a great value for the cost. It's also close to shopping and restaurants which makes the location very convenient.

The property is nice but the buildings are old, squeaking floors and doors stuck because of to much paint. The staff is awesome and very friendly and helpful.

All family/friends live closer to SD and Poway is a little far away. That being said, I would recommend the community to them despite the commute

Larry is a wonderful maintenance staff who is always professional and responsive in his work. We have appreciated his help many times over the past several years.

I would recommend it purely due to closeness to all the shopping center and 24 hour Walmart. I would caution friends with pet policies and safety/playtime of the kids in the complex.

I have been happy and I feel safe living at Sofi Poway since March 2017. The amenities are easily accessible and open 24 hours. Parking is ample if only the tress don't make such mess.

Very clean and close to a great shopping area. And the pool area very nice.

The staff are kind, professional, prompt, courteous and easily accessible when I have questions or concerns.

If living in Poway, I would recommend Sofi Poway. If someone had the choice to live somewhere else (not the San Diego area) as equally interesting and without spending an absurd amount on rent, I would highly recommend that.

the price is fair and the amenities are good, but most importantly the service is excellent, needs are attended immediately.

I would reccomend the complex, just a bit frustrated with move in. It was on a federal holiday so all banks were closed I could not get a cashiers check. They did eventually allow money order but they wanted keep to wait to move in and they were going to give us a new rent rate. Everything turned out for the better due to the office manager and I appreciate it! Service staff is excellent!

Location is absolutely important. I had the pleasure of getting a tour with Joanne and she was not only very welcoming, but absolutely had great customer service. Sofi's apartments are centrally located in the heart of Poway. I immediately felt at home, safe, and excited about the possibility of living here. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family.

Based on maintenance only, there is strong evidence to support the recommendation. The underlying issue not addressed here is the age and renovation, or lack of renovation, of the facility.

They do not have washer and dryer in unit. The neighborhood is safe and is a great location to shops and parks.

I was dissatisfied with my move out. So any recommendations would come with the caviet to take pictures of EVERYTHING before move in and out.

I enjoyed Joanne and if she is reflective of others living in the complex, that's good! Also, we noticed it seemed to be a quiet place which she concurred. I like the open parking too & only 2 stories!!

Love the apartment! Amenities are gorgeous. Wish our apt had upgraded counter ops and appliances. Not happy with the electric stove; wish it were gas. Still lovely all the same.
