Loved my stay here Best part of living at SoFi Redwood City is the Maintenance team, headed up by Alberto. The apts are spacious and get nice light during the day. Close to San Carlos shops on Laurel.

I love this place! Maintenance and office personnel are always so nice and helpful - and transparent!! the facility is lovely and I always feel safe.

You have the best on-site staff. We are well taken care of here, and it brings us peace.

I have nothing but great experience with the whole team here. They are prompt to reply and follow up on any issues.

I think this community has exceed all my expectations thus far and would recommend this place because its a peaceful, clean and friendly living environment.

I love living here. I love the office personnel and the maintenance folks. I feel safe here and I love the layout of my apartment and the amenaties.

I would recommend it to people because it has a good location and the rent is reasonable.

The building is well kept, the apartment was clean when I moved in (apart from a few areas that required maintenance), and the staff were very friendly and welcoming

Cons: - your packages will get stolen by other residents from the lobby area where the mail carriers dump them on the floor or on a table instead of at your apartment door - management does not adequately solve issues you present them with - you will hear the CalTrain horn blaring at all hours (personally, this doesn't bother me, but I know it bothers people who like their quiet) - if you get a room above the car garage, be prepared to be woken up by cars starting and first floor apartment doors slamming (the latter of which legit causes my apartment to vibrate/shake) - shower temperature randomly changes to super cold during the middle of shower - large homeless population in the area--I woke up one time at around 5:45 A.M. and went downstairs to the lobby and spotted a homeless man sleeping on the floor in the lobby Pros: -Spacious apartments -lots of plants and colorful flowers on the grounds of the building - nice kitchen appliances

Nice comfortable community and area, tenants are quiet except for the occasional loud party's and health hazards. But this is not a reflection on the building it self. I really like the location.

It has been a good experience living here. But I do think the rent is high and that the unit and grounds lack amenities that people in my age group and economic position would expect.

Moved in Dec 2016, and really love my apartment. Yolanda and Monica in the leasing office are so professional and make sure everything is ready. Bambo floors, stainless Steel appliances in the kitchens, ceiling fans, crown molding and very quiet. Great price for the area, and walking distance to downtown and train.

This place is a hidden gem. It might not look like one, but delve a little deeper and you'll find the apartments are spacious, beautiful bamboo floors, crown molding, marble and stainless steel in the kitchen, ceiling fan, and most importantly, quiet. I NEVER hear my neighbors. I've even gone so far as to ask my below and side neighbors if they hear me and have been told they thought no one lived there. Now, management comes and goes, the bathrooms are little, the laundry rooms are old. But the rent is reasonable, you can walk to grocery stores, shopping complex, train station, parks, restaurants. There's a great pool, party area, grilling area. If you are lucky enough to snag one of the back-facing apartments, you will find shady trees and an active bird environment...a little piece of country in the crazy city.

Upsides: A stylish, clean, new interior with bamboo floors. Decently sized with a reasonable price considering the current market. Very quite. Pool and small workout facility. Downsides: Pool is somewhat lackluster, and the workout facility is very, very small (Four aerobic machine, no weights).

My husband and I are currently about to start our second year of living in our apartment in Redwood City, CA. We love our neighborhood and our city. Our apartment is in the perfect location, it is pet friendly but it isn't cheap-especially for a pair of 24 year olds. We don't necessarily mind the cost because our dog Roscoe is able to lounge on the patio by the pool and sunbathe all summer. We love where we live and would love not to pay for it ;)
