Would recommend because I like the court yard in the front build and less units. Would not recommend because the parking area and public areas is so dirty and the guess parking space 24 hours are full and packed
This community is the best! The service I have received over the past 11 years has been stellar. Whether it be the office staff or the maintenance staff service is always prompt and the issue is taken care of. The maintenance staff works efficiently and clean up after.

Not a 5 only because Extremely loud upstairs neighbors and people do not pick up after their pets on the dog walk.
Not as clean as used to be. I understand short staffed. Dog poop in grass area is disgusting. No one cleans up poop and dogs off leash a lot of the times. I do not think it is sanitary all the dog feces in grass and planter beds. Never cleaned up.
The Management is great. It seems the situation I am in is out of Managements control.
Sofi seems to be very well maintained and has remained updated over the last few years.The apartment homes have great floorplans and the price per foot is lower than the newer building in Woodland Hills.
The location is fantastic, close to the freeway, shops, and restaurants. The community is kept up nicely as well!

This is my 3rd apartment in this community in 11 years and have always liked living here. The management that is in place now has by far been the best team that has been here. Any request are taken care of promptly.

Peaceful place to live. Workers are nice with residents and mostly efficient. Some residents leave trash and pets wastes around in public areas but the maintenance worker clean very fast.
Out of all the apartments I viewed in the SFV this apartment was in a great area, where we currently live is quiet and easy accessable to the parking lot. Which was exactly what we were looking for. The leasing process was so easy; it was such a relief. Becuase this was my first time renting an apartment and not a house.

The complex is well maintained and the apartment is designed beautifully. Maintenance staff is excellent. The price is a bit high for the area during current economic conditions, especially with limited amenities, and the staff's responsiveness to noise complaints leaves much to be desired. Overall good place to live, with room for improvement.
I will defiantly recommend this apartment to my family and friends. It is very organized and clean.

I liked the apartment itself (interior) but the noise and neighbors were not desirable.
I have noticed that most people writing reviews are those to whom something bad happened. I need to share my feedback as I'm really please with this place so far. I have moved here recently. Got great deal on 1bd apartment, Garry and rest of the Team were very helpful with the application form and gas.electricity accounts (this is first apartment that I'm renting in USA). When I noticed that garbage disposal is not working I have submitted maintenance request in the evening and next morning I had it fixed! The only inconvenience might be hearing my neighbor footsteps when he/she is passing his/her kitchen but it's not that annoying :) I don't hear them talking nor any music. Keep it going!
The apartment is lovely and the complex is good however the rental is very high and a little unaffordable

I would, This place is Amazing and love all the Amenities.
The polis CEO's in the kitchen are cheap and old. The refrigerator with the freezer on top is very difficult for my wife to use because she cannot lean over and see what foods are on what shelves. Additionally they cabinet fronts are old and showing their age. Additionally because the shelves do not roll out, the lower cabinet shelves are all but unusable without getting down on your your hands and knees. Finally because the oven/range exhaust just recirculates the odors, smoke, and moisture back into the kitchen and living room.Almost every time I cook the fire alarms are tripped and I find myself cooking with cotton in my ears because of the volume of the alarm. NOTE: The alarm is tripped despite my opening the terrace door and windows and having a fan blowing the fumes outside. This is a real problem when entertaining and must be addressed.
We actually have recommended it to many people but with what's been happening to the area, we probably wouldn't now.

I would otherwise NOT recommend this apartment community because of the constant barrage of unsightly trash/garbage/debris located directly across the street on the side walk and on the street. Last year, after a series of phone calls, it took a month to get the city to come and remove approximately 11 shopping carts that accumulated on after another, many filled with trash, garbage, debris: it was horrible. Also, all the RV's parking across the street bring down the beautification. Lastly, there is always something wrong with the business center: printers out of paper and/or ink, not able to access the Internet, etc. All of these issues combined have a negative effect on my desirability of this apartment community.
I appreciate the quick service and the fact that cars can no longer park in front of the building. It's much safer.
The maintenance guy and supervisor are very kind, helpful they make my home more comfortable every time ask their help . very satisfied
The community runs pretty smoothly. I have been living here since 2015. The location is great--right in the downtown area conveniently close to everything. I would have rated it higher but due to the interaction I've had with the manager i rated it lower.
The reason my rating is not higher is because I just moved in. If the trend continues, it will definitely be higher.

This is the best community to live in. The units are great and so is the staff.
We actually already have to multiple friends, including a family member who ended up moving in and is happy so far. There are just a couple things that really shouldn't take much effort (as I mentioned above) that would make Sofi the most obvious choice to live in the area in terms of value. We'd love to see those things done.
Really bad administration, manager is there 2 times a week, office is close all the time. I applied for an apartment in December I paid $100 for the security deposit they took 10 days to give me an answer. I was approved but under the condition to make a deposit of 2 months rent over $5000 of course I said no thank you. The manager told me she will send me the $100 security back but after a month they never paid me, I called and email Ashia the manager but she never answered my calls or emails.
I would recommend for the location and quietness in the community. I would not recommend based on the gym being too small and entertainment room closing too early.
I think the general common areas can be kept cleaner for example the by the trash
I loved the Fairfield management team and I hope that the Sofi Warner center group continues the excellent work done by the previous owners. I?ve always felt safe in the community and have always felt the rent was reasonably priced for the community (compared to other complexes).
