Property Ratings at Sofia’s Place
Management is horrible at responding. If you call you will get sent to voicemail. If you text you will not get a response ever or you may get one weeks after. And if you email you won’t hear back. We have had serious issues going on that need to be addressed but management completely disregarded them. Only good thing about these apartments is that they are nice and modern but unfortunately some people do not throw away trash properly and will have it scattered everywhere around the dumpsters instead of inside.
Lived here about a month already. Maintenance takes 3-4 days to show up, management picks and chooses which service request to fulfill and leaves the gate open of the homeless. Better off looking someplace else, unless you want trash everywhere and homeless sleeping next to your car :) oh yeah this is also a “HOA” LOL, what a joke

The bedrooms were cozy and inviting, while the living areas provided ample space for everyone to relax and enjoy quality time together. The location of this residential family home couldn't have been better—peaceful and secluded, yet conveniently close to local attractions and amenities.
