Property Ratings at Soji by Trion Living
The community here is pretty quiet and friendly. So many pups who love to play and meet new people and the Trion management are amazing when you need help with anything in your apartment or in the community.
Booked an appointment to view a unit. Couldn’t find the parking lot. So I parked in the plaza that is nearby. Walked to the lobby, tried using the intercom. Told the lady who answered the intercom my name and she said I don’t have an appointment??? (I got several confirmation emails about the date and time) I then called the number listed, no answer. Waste of time especially since I drove 35 minutes to get there and had to cross a bridge.
Sojis Aparments is a great place to live, i just moved in back in August and my experience living here has been great. The apartments are well maintain and it’s a friendly environment. Easy access to the 880 freeway, the apartments is down the street from Walmart and Costco thats a plus for me!!!
We have been living in soji apartments for almost 6 months now, my husband and i really enjoy living here any concern we have it is addressed super quick, it is really calm the city and the overall neighborhood here! It feels peaceful to live here and safe as well
I have been living here for almost a year. The apartment complex has been updated and is very dog friendly, property manager has put in two dog potty stations. Secured parking. Friendly neighbors!
The property manager Brittnee is very kind and helpful! The transition into the apartment was very smooth! Any issues that occurred were addressed quickly!
The move in process was so easy. Brittnee is very response and amazingly helpful! This feels like it will be a good home!

The location is very convenient and the layout of the building makes it feel somewhat secluded and peaceful. Its quiet enough that my rescue dog doesn't get stressed out and I never hear any other resident pups barking. Gated parking is always great. Staff have gone to great lengths to ensure residents are safe and happy in our homes. Brittnee is always super responsive when an issue comes up and any hiccups I've encountered on move-in were addressed quickly and with a smile. Renovations of units and updated landscaping are underway, so everything is just looking better and better!
