I have head an overall great experience here, minus some issues with some neighbors. But the staff and maintenance has been absolutely awesome. Sometimes it can be a little difficult to get a hold of them, but they really do assist you with your needs. I have also had issues with Bierkeller, they have customers who like to park in resident parking, so you have to fight for parking too, but like I said overall it’s been a good experience.

Decent. Good location. Only 1 shop in the neighborhood and its the German beer hall. Front office is kind. Parking can be limited because of the beer hall.

Have enjoyed my time at solastation. Maintenance is quick to address request only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is it can get noisy especially with the brewery.

I really enjoy living here because it’s so close to the interstates, shops and restaurants and attractions. I personally think this is the best complex in downtown Columbia for the pricing, apartment styles and options, and location. Like anywhere you live there are some cons one being that the complex residents do not pick up after their pets, upstairs neighbors being loud etc.

My tour was great and I haven't fully moved in yet but the community seems quiet and plenty of things to do. Nice secluded and clean area. Being right next to the canal provides great views.

Nice and well kept property! Maybe somewhat overpriced but if you can get one of their deals it will be worth it. Management is good but a little disorganized, they are attentive and honest though and willing to help with any issue you may have.

The apartment complex is very nice, it’s in a great location near downtown but also in a secluded community. There is a gym and river walk nearby which is nice for getting exercise.

Apartment layouts are great. Good vibes among the residents. Sometimes the staff are a little difficult to reach, and the common areas/hallways are not always kept at their cleanest.

In the last two years cleanliness and overall care for residents has gone downhill fast. The events are cute but there is no care in any of the buildings.

Overall, an enjoyable place to live. It is fairly quiet and close to the city. The view of the river is great! Things that could be improved are hallway, amenity, and elevator cleanliness and the regulation of parking with the Biergarten.

Sola is a great place over all to live. Some buildings are better to live in than the others. We love the convenience of living down town so we are close to USC, shopping and restaurants. The biggest problems in the neighborhood is that there are homeless people around a lot because we are down town, parking is hit or miss especially when the downstairs restaurant, beirkeller, has events, and residents do not put up their animals poop. Specifically in the 600 building residents let their dog pee in the stairwell instead of taking them outside and the horrendous smell of ammonia will punch you in the face the second you open the stair well door to go outside. Many residents smoke weed and black and milds in their apartment so when you walk in the hallway you live in you will also get hit hard with odor. The buildings elevator also is not working more often than not. Me recommendation, live anywhere else in sola and than the 600 building.

Love sola station. Have had no bad experiences. It’s super cool how they have events and music almost every weekend. Wish they had designated parking for guests and wish they renovated the dog park, other than that love them
I love this place! They have so much cool stuff going on all the time and it’s a beautiful area. I love going out and meditating next to the river and relaxing!
I’ve been here 4 years at Sola Station and I truly love this neighborhood! The pools are great during the summer. I genuinely appreciate the valet trash service that we receive throughout the week. The riverfront park is so close and convenient. Also, the community is so pet friendly that your fur babies will love it here too.
I’ve really enjoyed living here since 2021, even moved to a larger apartment since. However ever since the restaurant opened I’ve had to contend with having to step over power chords, walk around the benches they leave in the square, pallets with wood, overfilled trash, and the live bands performing. The leasing office used to give a heads up, but have stopped doing so. The restaurant has erected a tent where children and dogs used to play. It’s been up for three months with no signs of taking it down. A live band played a few days ago and the stage has been left on the square to have to walk around. Parking in the garage has become difficult after a long day of work. I just want this apartment complex to go back to the peace and quiet it once was. If I were okay with these conditions I would have moved elsewhere downtown. But the quiet get away from the hustle and bustle no longer exists because if it. I probably won’t be renewing my lease.

Great community to live in. The view of the canal/river is idyllic and soothing. Very peaceful community. Maintenance response since moving in have been great. Havent tried to many comnunity events but look forward to it as we settle more.

Love this place, quiet, scenic near everything we need. My only complaint is that the amount of dog waste is bad and seems to be increasing.
The neighborhood is cozy and quiet. It is very dog friendly which is a plus. I enjoy living here with its close proximity to USC, restaurants and activities.
Overall it is a pleasant place to live because of the location. With the brewery moved in there is no parking and loud nose some nights. The brewery workers and customers park in the surface lot and the apartment group do not seem to care or make any changes.
Maintenance and property staff are very friendly and quick to respond! Added locks in the mailroom has decreased the frequency of stolen packages.
I have been living here for a few years and overall, it's a nice place to live. It's a fairly quiet location with a great view of the canal and river. Maintenance is also prompt in resolving requests which is great. However, some issues could be addressed by the administration. For instance, since the new beer garden has opened, parking has become a nuisance for residents, especially when events are being held. Additionally, the hallways and amenities could use more cleaning. Also, the package room is often messy since there are not enough lockers for residents. This results in packages being left on the floor sometimes which leaves them vulnerable to theft.

I love the residents and area. My apartment was not in great condition upon move in but I am happy regardless of that. Parking is a big problem. There have been times when I was unable to find a place in the garage. I am still waiting on my name being added to the call box to allow friends and family in. I have been here since August and I’m still waiting on that. I also have other issues. It’s easy to feel like you’re just a number here.
Amazing apartment complex! They have a great community and beautiful floor plans. I love the amenities, my old complex could never compare! I’m so happy I moved here!
This complex is amazing. I love the area and the community. Maintenance is awesome Joey is always there the next day you put in a maintenance request and the staff is very helpful.
My experience in my new family neighborhood has been wonderful. I love the peace and quiet with everyone attending to their own business, yet at the same time very cordial and respectful.
I love sola station community. The admin staff are so welcoming as well. The gym, swimming pool, commons are so great. I just want to point out the gym needs more equipment.
Overall my family and I really enjoy living here. The location is one of the best perks. I do wish they enforced Beirkellers customer parking to the garage so resident's that pay to live here can have a parking spot. Also that they would upkeep their dog park. Other than minor things you really cannot find a better place to live in the Columbia area.
Mostly, great experiences. Nice view and location. The mail room has been renovated with a secured entrance after too many packaging lost. Maintenance system is super fast!
