Incredible place to live. As one of the original renters of this apartment complex, I have watched several managers come and go with little to no change or progress made in the building. Since the current manager, Tanner, has been on-site, my wife and I have noticed a special attention to detail and resident satisfaction that I hope has not gone unnoticed. Janice, Edwin and co have been superb acquisitions.
Nothing bad to say- perfectly ran property with an emphasis on keeping us residents happy and entertained!
Everything is to my liking. Cannot beat the location, and my rent is more than reasonable.

I’ll start this review off with a warning: whatever you do, don’t choose to live at the Solaire. Although the Solaire seems like the best price option, you’ll save yourself the headache of the terrible management. We had issues with management from move in to move out. No one could ever give us clear answers and were always falsely advised. I can’t even begin to explain the headache my wife and I have had and we’re stilling going back and forth with management. Note we moved out a month and a half ago!! The only positive is that the apartments are great. Front desk was nice but management was horrid. Maintenance was always terrible as they’d show up without warning. While that might be okay back in March, right now that’s totally unacceptable with people working from home. Maintenance would walk in on my wife while on zoom meetings with no heads up and we have a dog so imagine that. The worst part is we were shorted our move out check. I’d give this apartment zero stars. Also, note that the only positive reviews on here are from a contest management was running for a gift card
