My husband just moved in a newly renovated unit but as soon as he enters it was so unclean, dust on floor, in kitchen and bedroom. Very unsatisfied with management for handling this as he drove 2 days and had to clean up after driving all day long. Would definitely not recommend this place and if anyone decides to rent it please check out before moving in. They even refused the video tour when we requested saying it's brand new unit and the one we toured was different one with more price. They said the one that was newly renovated was same but smaller. Very dissatisfied with the way things are handled.

The list is too long! I’m writing this review because I paid my rent, I’m ahead by about a month and I got a Non-payment of rent and threat of court! This place is a living nightmare.

AMC LLC, get your leasing office to do their jobs. I wrote this review a month ago and it has only gotten worse since: “I moved in in October and up until the new management took over, I had a wonderful experience. They were quick with maintenance and friendly and it was very clean. Since the new management took over, the elevator and walkways are filthy. Maintenance is so slow and the office staff have none of the records…it’s been over a month since they took over. It took asking 4 times and going back down to the office to get our portal login, which costs $10 by the way. There is a line every morning of disgruntled tenants having rent, maintenance, and other issues. Disappointed with this new management compared to the wonderful management of Olympus.” The new UPDATE is that they are trying to charge us 900$ that we already payed, on top of this months rent. The money was paid by cashiers check, as requested. When the 900 was still on the account, we went down and explained. They asked for the check stub. Went all the way to the bank to get the official receipt. We gave it to them and were assured it would be taken care of. A week later, nothing has changed. I go in this morning and Jacqueline says “I’m doing it right now before I post rent, I’ll call you, I’ll make sure it’s done”. By 5:20, it’s still not done. I go back to the office (the 4th or 5th time at this point) and she’s in her office. The other lady at the desk said she will make sure it gets done and would call me when it’s done before they close. No call. And now they’re closed. And now they’ve added this months rent on top of it. We wanted to pay this months rent early but now we can’t. Now we have to go down first thing in the morning AGAIN and spend even more of our time dealing with them while they lie to our faces. Not to mention that the amenities aren’t even usable. The key fobs were broken for a month so you couldn’t use the gym or clubhouse. That’s fixed now, but the pool won’t be up and running until “sometime in late spring”. They still only have 2 people in the office and one of them doesn’t have the authority to do anything or help anyone. And they still only have ONE maintenance person for the entire complex. I tried to give them the benefit of doubt when they initially took over, but this is absolutely ridiculous. We are not the only tenants having these problems. Save yourself the money and stress and live literally anywhere else.

This place used to be nice when it was Broadstone a couple years ago, it has changed management several times w/the most recent in 12/2021. The rent they charge for the size of the units is a JOKE! You get small square footage for top dollar. What you are really paying for is the location since it's close to dining/shopping areas. Don't be fooled it looks nice from the outside but look closer & you can tell it definitely needs a lot of work inside & out! The place is overall gross! It has more animals that residents living here as well as no credit/background check even though they charge an admin fee of $199 + $300 deposit! The grounds are ALWAYS littered w/trash/dog poop all over the place even though maintenance does pick it up most of the time there are so many dogs here they can't keep up w/the dog poop & no one ever gets violations for it. The place even has dog poop bags for owners to pick up the poop but they don't use them! We stayed for 6 months in a 12 month lease & paid the buy-out fee of 1-months rent because our neighbors were so loud & up 24/7 that we couldn't take it anymore! The upstairs neighbors were always STOMPING around the SMALL apartment & they were up 24/7 stomping around and/or letting very heavy things hit the floor at ALL times of the day/night. We contacted the front office 12-18x with NO RESOLUTION. The trash containers are ALWAYS full & get dumped once they are overflowing with trash. They have a "valet trash" company that comes & provides a trash can that you can set your trash outside in the can and the company will come by nightly & take your trash out, well MANY residents do not use the can they just sit there leaky, smelly, disgusting trash out in the breezeway with no container & expect the company to pick it up. Bottom line if you don't care about NOISY animals & neighbors then this is the place for you! I would give this property 0 stars if I could. Its overrun w/animals & rude neighbors that are not considerate of their neighbors below them. Whoever gives this property 5 stars its either a fake review or a very old review when it was a nice property and they took care of it as well as having good tenants. Don't be fooled by the model apartment as your unit will look NOTHING like that...that is why most of the time you can't even see your unit until AFTER you e-sign your lease. We were in building 1 on the bottom floor and it was NOISY 24/7!

If you want accurate reviews, look up Broadstone Solaire, same address. Moved in a month ago, the office staff was very helpful and polite, they were quick to respond to our questions about online setup and payments. The day we move in, I notice a few things: 1. The Gold Package upgrade is not worth the price. 2. The carpet is older than my son. 3. The bedroom smells like pet urine. 4. The dryer lint trap is full of animal hair. 5. Our patio with storage is non-existent (catwalk instead). Shortly after move in, office staff arranged to shampoo bedroom, tells me there was no pet in unit before me and they’re not sure what I found in the dryer. (I know what ammonia in an old carpet smells like and I know animal hair when I see it.) I’m told to wait a while and they’ll send someone to evaluate the carpet and we can take steps from there. Three weeks later, it still smells like pee in the bedroom. The Maintenance Supervisor comes by, spends five seconds in the room and says there’s nothing. This is where my review lost stars. Basically, this guy is very condescending and rude. I’m told they won’t replace the carpet. ...until I ask if I can test the room for ammonia. Seeing that I have a toddler and both of us have allergies. Something we told the office staff prior to signing the lease. A couple days later the General Manager comes with that same Maintenance Supervisor. They tell me there’s no smell, so they can’t do anything. Unless I pay to test the carpet for pet urine, without damaging the carpet, and then they might move me to another unit, but also at my expense. When I ask if my rent will stay the same, the GM says if the next unit is bigger or upgraded, I will pay more. And that’s all they can do for me, unless I leave, but I’d be breaking the lease and won’t get refunded for time spent in a smelly apartment. Long story short - they eventually offer me another unit, exactly like mine, same rent, but available in late October. I have to fight to get them to waive all fees and honor my initial lease terms. Then in less than 24 hours after I sign the transfer paperwork to move in said unit, the office staff calls to say they can replace my carpet. I am livid. They better replace this fake wood in the kitchen and bathroom, because that is starting to peel up. (The previous faux wood is underneath!)
Place was great when it was broadstone now it's honestly not worth what you pay and also they started adding extra charges to the monthly bill so not worth the price for what you get rather spend a couple more bucks and go some where else can not wait until my lease is up!
Whenever we need anything the office is always ready to help and they are also friendly whenever you need to go down for anything.
Whenever i need anything fixed in the apartment they come right away and they have the convenience of submitting a maintenance order online which makes it easier for me so by the time i get home from work everything is fixed. The whole complex is also well kept so it always feels like home.
