All and all Soliaire is quiet ,clean, nice property with a professional staff. The problems with property primarily stem from the age ,and location,(pedestrian traffic from the area.

The outside seems good but the complex is really old. After moving out they didn’t give back the deposit we are ok with that but on top of that they sent a bill for $200 for nothing they dont ever bother to explain we left the apartment in perfect condition just lived there for a year .

Great place to live. Very pet friendly, management is amazing and the area is kept looking nice. The only thing missing is the fitness center that was said to be here by now....
Management is 10 out of 10 while ownership is 0 out of 10. Property looks alright except for the eye sore where the playground used to be and the terrible looking dirt patch and fence we currently have in its place.
I love the floor plan here at Solaire. The location is great and I feel safe, there is a strong sense of community here. Julie, the manager is amazing, caring and helpful!
HE WORST! DO NOT MOVE HERE! We moved out almost 2 years ago and I literally just now got an email (9/4/18) demanding us to pay move out fees that accumulated to just over $500. They don't even have he courtesy to call or to explain why we are now just getting this bill. If that's not enough, they DEMAND that this bill be paid within 30 days or else it would be reported. And we have to pay a $5 fee in order to pay them. So essentially, we have to pay them in order to pay them. These charges are invalid as I spent several HOURS cleaning our unit before we moved out. Literally left everything spotless. Don't try to blame us because your units are trash and was already messed up before we moved in. Don't move in here, trashed community. Overpriced & outdated unit. Some of these charges are ridiculous! $15.00 for cleaning supplies left in the apartment (no way) and $230 to paint the entire apartment, you got to be seriously?!? We will never ever rent from Greystar EVER again. You lost a good customer forever.

Understated mid century modern community with attentive management and maintance. Ideal if, like me, you've been called to the Tempe/ASU area for tech but arten't looking for the noise, expense and activity of student-centric communities.
Solaire on Scottsdale has made moving into my first apartment very easy. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, and everyone here makes me feel right at home.
My daughter and I moved here two years ago and we really love the atmosphere here. The location is good, (close to shopping and hiking trails,Phoenix Zoo and Old Town Scottsdale). Plus the price is very reasonable for all of the amenities and the remodeled apartments. The new manager Juley is very friendly and accommodating to all of our needs. When I need something fixed it takes less than 24 hours. There is a lot of greenery, trees and the landscaping is top notch. They are also VERY pet friendly, which I love for my dog who loves to go for walks around the property. They have an ample supply of doggie bags and cans available and grassy areas. What I like best about living here is the security. They have a security guard on duty nightly who walks around. I feel safe about keeping my door unlocked and/or going outside at night. We will stay here for awhile into the future!!

My roommate and I lived here for a year. while the first couple of months were happy we started having a terrible time after that. Let's start with the general area. I take the bus and the amount of homeless people around and that amount of times I got harassed was numerous. Ours neighbors partied every night until 7 in the morning and when we went to management they did nothing. Speaking of management, I actually don't know where to start. They switched management twice while we lived there, both property managers didn't know any information and whenever we went there we had to wait til they could get answers from a woman who only worked there two days a week. We had a hole in out ceiling in the dead of summer and when we brought it up to them about compensation since our bill sky rocketed, they said we couldn't prove it since it was the summer anyway. That brings me to communication, during this time and times to come I must have called them 15 times with voicemails and no one returned my calls. I tried to go in, they like to take them selves nice hour and a half if not more breaks. When I come back after the time they posted, they're still no where to be found. This happened many, many times. Then when we were moving out we tried to set up a payment plan to even out with them and the manager told us we couldn't and we have to pay up front. Even though we followed the rules and gave them notice our notice was void because we asked to stay a total of two weeks late, agreeing to pay pro rated prices and they sent our fees to collections. So of you like being treated like you don't matter and want no communication with your landlords, then this is the place for you!
There is never any parking at night. They constantly had to readjust my monthly rent charges and said that "the system messed up all of the charges" to begin with. I've lived here for six months now and would definitely would not recommend. In the first three months, the dryer, the microwave, the stove, and the drains were in need of repair. When there was a massive downpour of rain the water came in from the street and flooded the first floor apartment complex and they did not compensate. There are constant power outages. There are more affordable, luxurious apartments to live. I highly recommend looking elsewhere before this becomes your home for a year. Only chose this place because they were so willing to move me in within two weeks.
My husband and I have been here for a little over a year now and have overall enjoyed life here at Solaire. The office team is great and friendly and very accommodating. They did a great job on renovating, although I would say the kitchen and bathroom need a little more (aesthetically speaking). They have raised our rent significantly and considered moving but overall love being here
I've been here a few months shy of a year & I'm miserable! Let me correct a few things~ full size washer & dryer?-does that mean the stackable dryer-above-washer? If so then true, if not..(full size was 1 unit each I thought?) I've had bug issues & the staff treats me like I'm weird~ bugs aren't normal right? The staff is also NEVER AROUND. The maintenance guy acts like he wants to be ANYWHERE but here. The outdoors STINK! Literally it stinks like 30 years of dog/animal urine! I can smell it on my clothes & in my hair. The water from the sink & flushing the toilet reeks of BLEACH or? Seriously, I don't care how close ASU is-students RUN to a different place!
I am getting antsy about moving outta here and I've been here a little over 6 months. I'm NOT impressed. NOT In the least. My daughter was crying because she fell for about 20secs (not kidding) & my neighbor bangs on the wall with fists! Are you kidding me? A single girl (not mature enough to be called lady or otherwise) & she's flipping out? Not nice words came to mind. Also I think the ONLY selling point of this place is the large hall closet. Unfortunately, I HAVE to use mine for storage though because there isn't any other place. There's no room for anything! Not even more space for my review!
I like this apartment. Although the building are fairly old, they did a great job updating and remodeling the inside. The staff is helpful and friendly.
I've been living here for over 2 years and I have no real complaints. The apartments are very nice inside and they just remodeled the pool area and added really fancy grills. I've heard a fitness center is soon to be added. For the price of this place and how nice the inside of the apartments are, its a really awesome value! The kitchens are updated and you have your washer/dryer inside. The area isn't the nicest but I've never had any problems besides hearing the odd siren every once in a while. Management is pretty difficult to get ahold of but if you can swing by the office you get your questions answered and you can handle most requests online as well as pay rent! I recommend if you are looking for a decent place at a really good price!
The apartments are 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and has a washer and dryer in each unit and for under $900 it's a good deal. Neighborhood is a little rough, but it is less than a mile away from ASU campus. That can be a good thing or a bad thing, depending on who you are.
