So far everything is been absolutely amazing, amenities, apartments don’t disappoint with anything, amenities all the time clean and organized
Great apartment and very good management team, unfortunately down side is not enough parking, got be parking at utc many times for not having enough parking here
I’ve been here almost 2 years, management changes every few months. The amenities are nice but there isn’t enough parking spots for residents and hardly any visitor parking. It can be noisy and the “secure luxury living” isn’t secure, hardly any outside doors have locks that work and the gate stays open 24/7.

I have lived at Solaire for one week. The staff an amenities are nice. I had a few issues with my apartment but the maintenance team responded to them quickly. Secure exterior doors to the building are a nice feature however, I would like more call boxes for guest entry. My one complaint is guest parking. Solaire strictly enforces towing, I know because a friend of mine that lives here and referred me has experienced it firsthand. That being said, there are only 15 guest parking spots for the entire community, which makes it extremely difficult when a friend comes over. The majority of the garages, which you have to pay for, have a tandem parking space and currently there is a waiting list, which I’m on. I’ll end on a positive note, my one bedroom unit has a full size washer and dryer which is great!

Within a day of move in any and all issues were taken care of in 24 hrs How refreshing for an apartment complex. All employees are very attentive and so nice. I would recommend Solaire and have already.

I love living here. It’s super convenient to everything. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. But none of the security features work. The gate doesn’t close and the doors in the buildings never lock. Parking is a nightmare sometimes.
We’ve only been here about 4 days but so far we love it. The community is so nice and well kept, residents are friendly, and front staff is always so helpful.

I am loving my new apartment and the aray of amenities offered here at Solaire! The location is unbeatable with UTC Mall, shopping, food, & more all within walking distance. I did read the reviews prior to moving in but the office staff was very helpful with answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns I may have had. Maintenance does a great job at keeping the property pristine. I would recommend Solaire to any family/friend looking for a new place to call home.

I love the complex and I love the staff! They have weekly cleaners that go through the buildings so it’s always well kept. The gate and doors haven’t worked since I moved in but that’s the only complaint I have.

Yes we really enjoy living here. The pool and Grill are a great way for us to unwind and relax. The fitness center is state of the art.,and I enjoy using it every day. The property is well maintained and landscaped giving us a nice sense of security.

they should fix the front gate and back doors. also not let big commercial vans park in parking lot it is a eye sore but besides that everything is fine

Office staff and maintenance do a very nice job. Would like to see a little more noise control in the evenings. Very nice location close to a lot of restaurants and mall. Also, Benderson park is right around the corner.

PLEASE READ BEFORE MOVING IN: If you enjoy having friends or your significant other over, enjoy safety, and enjoy peace and quiet. Soliare isn't for you.. The gates are left open. I moved in 2 months ago and all the gates are open 24/7. On top of that. My building DOES NOT LOCK. There was an issue with the system I guess, and now they need to redo the entire thing which will be another 4-6 months, AT BEST, until the gates and my building lock. so, we have gates left wide open and buildings that can be accessed by ANYONE. This happened before I moved in but the management staff NEVER MENTIONED THIS. They chose to hide these facts from my roommate and I during the move in. There is NO GUEST PARKING. They have 14 spaces for about 500 residences tucked in the back corner of the property. Which is always filled. If you park near the guest spots casue they're full. You'll 100% get towed (and that will set you back $500) The only other option is to park at the outlets which is down the street and a good 15 minute walk.... My girlfriend tends to take that walk when she gets off work and wants to come over.. We've had to take that 15-20 min walk during a hurricane because their is never any guest spots. So to have a few friends over to hangout is nottt an option. I find myself just going to their place because its easier. Which sucks cause I got the space to host people.. Finally, you can hear EVERYTHINGGGG. The walls are PAPER THIN, so are the floors. You hear your neighbors walking in the hallways. You hear the person at the end of the building close their door. If someone is arguing in the building, you will hear it. Remotely close to the trash shoots? You'll 100% hear it. I am highly regretting my decision. There are a lottt of other options out there. Honestly felt coerced into signing with all these problems being hidden. Management seems keen on maximizing profits/ rent. My roommate and I were looking at our space and wanted to a move in date in about 3 weeks. the front office made us reserve the spot and added MORE money to our rent. WITHOUT MENTIONING ANY OF THESE ISSUES PREVIOUSLY STATED. So we ended up paying MORE money to walk into an apartment plagued with issues....... Let that sink in.
Living here has been amazing. All my neighbors are so nice and there is such a piece of mind living somewhere so nice. The leasing agents are also great to work with.

so far: solely based on the apartment- amazing! the interior is so nice. i think some things about the kitchens are a little awkwardly constructed (hard to reach in the cabinets/ weird angles) but overall great. im in love with the windows and natural light. my only complaint lies with the leasing office not able to give me a storage unit until 3 days after move in (I had to keep extending my uhaul rental). also the public use bell carts are never available and there’s only one per building.

Very nice, very clean so far. Walls and ceiling/floor are a lot more thin than I would have expected for a place of this caliber. I love the mail room, but I don't like that I have to pay for the parcel pending and fees on top of that if I forget my package. Elevators have an odd smell to it and I don't enjoy being locked into Xfinity. The apartment itself is absolutely lovely though, and the community is wonderful

Great location! The amenities are nice but not kept clean. They have events for the residents twice a month which is nice. It gives you a chance to meet your neighbors.

Cons: Apartment infested with fleas upon move in. Had to sleep in hotels for a days after moving in for this reason. Couldn’t be in my home most of the day to avoid the fleas Not friendly management experience Pros: Good amenities.
We really enjoy living in this community. It's new, clean and the maintenance team is fantastic. The location is also great. However, parking is a big issue if you don't own a garage, which costs an additional $150. One thing that bothers me is that we're being required to put stickers on our cars. I don't want to have stickers on my vehicle, especially when the leasing agreement already has all the necessary information. A better alternative would be to create a spreadsheet and provide access to the towing company.

BE CAREFUL! The place seems great at first but it has terrible management and they do not listen to their tenants at all or fix issues, you are on your own for about everything. The parking is a joke, you are not even allowed to let guests park in your own parking spot in front of your garage that you pay an extra $175 for, they will tow them, crazy. If you live here just plan on not having visitors.

Apartment is nice. clubhouse used to be open 24/7 work late so I can’t use amenities gate is broken a lot. community events are nice. No visitor Parking
I love it here! This is the first apartment I've rented that I feel completely at home. The maintenance supervisor, Bernard, is always on top of taking care of things.
Great apartments, amazing location, but not enough parking for the residents unless you get a garage. Love the residents events. I miss the food truck Purple Bol coming here on Saturday. I wish they would bring it back.

Live on the 4th floor only !! Every other floor you will hear loud neighbors . Parking is an issue as well , if you park anywhere but the parking spots you will get emailed !

Just moved in yesterday! The application process and moving process were both so easy and the staff (specifically Jolyn) are amazing. My boyfriend and I felt so welcome due to the staffs excitement for us to move in. Cant wait to join in on all the fun things!

The Solaire Apartment Community is a lovely environment. The amenities are well appointed and the units are well designed with quality building products. The maintenance team responds within 24 hrs and the location / neighborhood can't be beat for access to everything.

Wow!! After years of dealing with property management companies that took forever to respond to emergency efforts, our first encounter with Solaire's team was the best. We found a small leak under the kitchen sink. Within 15 minutes, our resident Mr. Fix-It was in our home, fixing the issue. Living at Solaire is a joy. We are so happy we moved here.
