Solana Vista Apartments

The location is convenient for shopping, restaurants, and services - and for getting to the beaches and the river. I enjoy the spacious, attractive, and well kept grounds, especially all the trees and the shade they give. Ever since my first visit, a little over a year ago, I have found the management team to be friendly, helpful and professional., My experience with maintenance has been consistently excellent. I am glad to be here at Solana Vista.

I have lived here for over a year and recently they hired a new manager. He is super attentive and I feel is going to improve an already great place to live. The grounds are beautiful and little to none insect problem. Views are spectacular and you feel like your away on vacation. Love it!!!

During the time I've lived here, I've had issues with roaches roaming my apartment. While there is an exterminator, they don't seem to be particularly effective. I realize that roaches are a bit more common in Florida, but even with that in mind, it's still a pretty big issue that the complex hasn't been able to solve so far.

I love Solana Vista, great apartment and location. Mariam is AWESOME!!!! The other staff and neighbors are great. Highly recommend, my second year right now.

Don't waste your time! I lived in Solana Vista Apts for two years and experienced nothing but disappointments. The front gate worked 10% of the time, often stuck open for weeks or months at a time. There is a very high turn-over rate for the front desk associates, who were always unknowledgeable. The maintenance crew did the absolute bare minimum, and the complex made me pay for their incompetency. They advertise a "work center" where not one of said computers are actually working; instead you have to hope to use a computer at one of their desks. The late fees are high but there is no drop box, and they were often closed without warning for the rest of normal business hours. I once asked if recycling was an option, and they told me it was if I bought special and expensive garbage bags. For a week or two I believed I was recycling, until the maintenance crew told me it was all thrown out in the same place. Miscommunications like these occured often and always at the disadvantage of the tenant. There is nothing about this complex that makes the prices worth paying. If you do decide to move in, TAKE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING! They are ruthless vultures. They conduct their business with little/no professionalism, and it shows. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

Maintainance men are liars and will say anything to cover there butts with managers. Our car got towed while we were visiting. Had to pay 200 dollars to get it back. The first visitor parking spots were taken then parked in what seemed like visitors parking spots and got towed. Manager didn’t care was very rude after and while trying to get our car back. If your a visitor don’t visit here!

Staff is wonderful and pleasant. If you need something done, they are there to help and they resolve it quickly. Love the pato space outside, gives you extra living space. Very nice upgrades through out.

This place has beautiful grounds, spacious apartments, Great location! Staff and maintenance are friendly and available. the apartments are a little older, but well-maintained with newer hardwood floors and updated kitchens that are spacious with lots of storage! This is the only place I looked at that hit every single one of my requirements, including beautiful pool, well-appointed fitness center that's open 24/7

Beautiful grounds large oak trees, palm trees, flowers. Center pond with fish turtles, storks, and ducks. Lots of birds squirrels. They take pets both cats and dogs. Also have a fenced in play area for your dog. Staff is very helpful maintenance staff is great. Close to everything!!

I have lived in Solana Vista apartments for two years. It has been a marvelous experience. After living in New York City, I have greatly enjoyed the beautiful landscaping, the trees, the birds, the lake, the pool and the tennis courts. It's a paradise, for sure!! Everyone in the office is kind and helpful. When you are in the complex, you feel far away from everything, but when you leave, you are five minutes from a hospital, from any doctor and anything you might need. I have often said to myself that this is the most convenient place I have ever lived. I did a lot of researching, but youi don't have to! Just come here. It's the best. Guaranteed. By the way, there's also a fitness room down by the pool. And a YMCA next door that has a lot of classes!! Well, you'll see! Don't delay! Annie Addington

Moved in 6 months ago and had our own cleaning lady come in to clean the apartment top to bottom. She was cleaning the glass in the kitchen and it broke, we notified the staff immediately. They told us that they would have the glass in a week, no big deal right? It is now 6 months later and they haven't done it, I have told them at least 5 separate times that it has not be fixed. When I went in today the manager was not appalled by the fact that it hadn't been taken care of yet. She simply gave an almost emotionless apology. Didn't try to help me out simply stated that i was the reason that they had not completed the task of replacing a window saying why didn't you call us, telling us that the window hasn't been replaced. I was unaware that it was my duty to manage the maintenance team and give you their whereabouts. You should do you job and see too it that the complete their jobs that have been promised to be fixed for months now

I have lived here for 5 years. The complex is always clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and the manager is great. They have events for residents and go out of the way to make it a great place to live.

I have lived in this complex for almost a year and have loved every second of it! Kelly, Miram, and Ray always go about and beyond in anyway they can to help with anything a resident may need! I have never expierenced such outstanding service from a leasing office before. I HIGHLY recommend Solana Vista Apartments if you're looking to move. Absolutely amazing!

Just driving in you take in the resort style feel of the property. Lots of trees and flowers. A beautiful pool, grill area , clubhouse and tennis courts with a lake and fountain in the backdrop. A quite property with nice neighbors. The management staff is very helpful with any needs you may have and the maintenance staff ( Orlando and Scott ) are superior, responding quickly. We have a two bedroom upstairs unit and enjoy the screened in porch. The kitchen is one of the reasons we chose Solana Vista. Loads of cabinet space and plenty of room! More so than any of the other six apartments we looked at in the area. Many other reasons to call this our home included the beauty and well kept grounds, convenience to parks, shopping and medical facilities, restaurants minutes from the house ( fresh seafood! ) and the beaches are only minutes away. All this at a price less than we were paying in Atlanta for a two bedroom apartment with no washer and dryer, no screened in porch, without beautiful landscaping and of course no beach! We also do not miss the traffic in Atlanta!

We love living here! The grounds are so tropical and beautifully maintained. The office manager and staff are super nice and efficient and the maintenance staff is the best!

This is the perfect apartment if you want to walk to shopping and go to the beach. The outdoor setting is like living in a tropical park, There are large Florida oaks, Palm trees. and exotic flowering plants throughout the complex. In the center is a pond with a dock where seagulls, storks and spoonbills love to congregate. Along with friendly staff and great maintenance help make this a great place to call home
