The upkeep of the premises is immaculate Solano is always manicuring the grounds, planting seasonal plants, pressure cleaning our walkways its just a nice place to call home. Quite pleased
The area is beautiful and convenient to areas within Miramar and Pembroke Pines. The staff is courteous, professional, and always willing to help.

Chelsea has been amazing to work with. Personable, friendly and great at listening to what our needs are. Had a couple issues with the move in, keys did not work, but maintenance fixed the issue immediately and communicated with us throughout the process.

I enjoy living here. There are some issues ie: the gate is always open, dog mess and sometimes inconsiderate neighbors in the community.
MY lease is just about up, the apartment is beautiful and unfortunately pools and ammenities had to be closed due to covid. I like that they have food trucks like once a month. Maintenance is really quick, but my problem is I have lived here for 10 months and the amount of times ive had to call pest control is concerning. Im a very clean person and I have had over 20 roaches in my apartment maybe more since ive moved here. literally the 3rd day I was here a roach crawled on my foot while I was brushing my teeth. So i know they were here before I moved in. IDK if its fair to blame them or if it's just a Florida thing but its a huge problem for me and definitely a deal breaker.

The worse management an apartment complex can have!!!!! after many many calls, they still dont reply to any of my phone calls or emails i sent. I dont even live there and am having the worse headache! AVOID SOLANO AT ALL COST!!! they try to win you over with 1-2 months free, but in reality they will make the money somewhere else. Also, they will try to sell the most expensive because the cheaper option is available but not to when you want to move it. Management sucks, dont waste your time touring or applying to this place.

This condo is amazing, I loved every thing here. The costumer service is really good, employees always willing to help and make the best solution for you. It’s always clean, has an amazing location really close to highways, every request you need it’s done in 24 hours and you have the option for emergencies and they will go to your apartment no matter the hour to fix it (I had to do it once for the AC). The manager Beth is so willing to help and get all the people living here happy. It’s been the best option to live here, we loved it.

Horrible experience with the management companies here. My fiancé and I had lived at Solano for almost 2 years renting a townhome. The townhomes are nice so long as they are in working condition, but management is awful. They switched management companies about three times since we had lived there. In between one of those switches, they lost all of our original paperwork and we had to re-sign our contract. In addition, the previous management company had dropped the ball and wasn’t charging us the correct amount for rent and when we signed the new contract we were excepted to pay around a $500 difference even though this was the first time we had heard about this increase. In addition to that, our air conditioning unit broke in our townhome last summer ‘18 and we were expected to pay full rent still even though one of our major utilities was broken in THEIR rental unit and we were expected to wait until their contractor came to fix it which took almost 2 weeks for them to come. The management could care less even though we were living so uncomfortably. All they did was provide a mobile ac unit for our bedroom but the rest of the house was 80 in temperature and humid. Us not living there anymore is a blessing in disguise because the management is Horrible to their tenants. If you’re considering this place just know that once you start paying your rent and are in a contract their whole demeanor changes about how they care for you as tenants. They can respond to all of these comments but they know it’s true how they treat their tenants is not right. Glad we are out of that place.

Very distrusting and misleading leasing agents! Be upfront and honest with your potential residents! Because of One of their leasing agents we only have one week to find another place to live since she wanted to make promises and guarantee we were gonna get approved only to get denied. They waited weeks with our application, once we realized it was taking a long time we called to find out they were still waiting for additional information (information that we sent to them via email, that they later told us no longer existed, however this was the email given to us when we went to pick up the application and paperwork !). We now only have 1 week to find a new place. Why wouldn't anyone call us if they were waiting on more info from us?! 2 WEEKS THEY HAD OUR APPLICATION AND NEVER REACHED OUT TO US! Get your office organized and hire better leasing agents.
My husband and I love it so much we have stayed for over 3 years. Maintenance has always been quick, landscape has always been kept. I don't understand why some other tenants complain about since our experience has always been stellar. During the holidays since I bought most of the presents online the complex would call me and let me know the packages were withe them (above and beyond). Facilities are always clean and even though there are a lot of ducks the hallways and walk areas are pressured cleaned every month or so.
I moved from Connecticut here in February 2015 and moved out December 2016.....this is the WORST place you could ever move to. Constant break ins, incompetent staff and maintenance. The property is supposed to be gated with a remote to get in but the gate is always broken that's why people's apartments and cars are getting broken into. I have constantly complained about the gate being broken and was told it's not meant for security, sooooo why is there a gate!?? It's funny how the gate on the townhouse side, which the rent is more, never breaks but the apartment side is always broken. If the same thing keeps happening over and over again maybe something needs to be replaced. The hallways are a mess and dirty. The men that dispose of the trash throw the trash from the second and third floor breezeway and if it makes the garbage can you're luck and they don't clean up the mess from missing the garbage can. There are possums that run wild on the property especially the PLAYGROUND, which I lived directly across from. I sent a certified letter the same day I received a break down of the charges disputing the charges and they refuse to sign the certified letter since February 2, 2017, which I have been tracking. I called the office to tell them about the letter and that I have 15 days to respond regarding the security deposit and no one will sign for the letter, their response, "We haven't received anything." I wouldn't pay the extra $7.00 to send it certified if I didn't want to make sure that they received it. I had a $750 security deposit and they will only return $500 although there was no damage to the apartment. I'm being charged for a set of keys $70.00 that I supposedly didn't return but they received the first set that was handed in at the same time. On top of that, I paid 2 month's rent penalty to break my lease ( over $3,000.00) and I can't get most of my security back. Any other person would have let the apartment complex eat the charge but being a person of certain standards, I did the right thing but they can. The office staff is always changing, high turn over, and when you let the complex know that a certain person told you something, all of a sudden that person doesn't work there anymore. If you decide to rent here, which I don't recommend, ask to go inside the gate and look at the buildings instead of the "model apartment." If I would have done this, I would not have rented from Solano at Miramar.
My family has lived here for a little over a year now and lease is over soon. Every since I have lived here one of the security gates that stops piggybacking has worked a whole 5 days. The management does nothing to correct deficits at this complex. There has been many complaints about the pool, gym, and computer area that the management has failed to address. There have been multiple times the pool was over run from outsiders and the residents can't enjoy what they pay for. You cannot bring any issue to management as she just does not care. I have even left messages for the district manager for Greystar and they too fail to return multiple calls. The property owner needs to think about who they allow to manage their properties as Greystar is not taking care of their business. Don't let the presence of security on premise fool you. I'm not sure what role they play, but they do nothing to stop some of the residents from running amuck. As mentioned the gate rarely functions and all people do is wait for a resident to enter and follow behind. I have seen many times cars waiting in front of the office for a resident to enter so that they can bypass the gate. They have failed to stop the rampant thefts of wheels on the property (3 different occasions). How does someone enter a property and jack it up and steal the rims leaving the car on blocks and they do nothing. I paid for remotes and parking passes as they are allegedly required, but it seems there are more cars at the property without passes then are. At the beginning of my lease some parking company would come in and ticket cars and boot them for infractions that make no sense at all. One year later they are not to be found anywhere. Another of the many failures from management.

We appreciate your feedback. We are always looking for additional ways to improve our resident experience. Unfortunately, vehicles have hit the gate multiple times making it inoperable. It often takes days for the company to respond to repair it and it is frustrating for our team as well. In an effort to provide a better gate experience we relocated the arm of the gate to help with the piggy backing and smoother entry, however someone ran in to and damaged the gate. While we won’t be able to find crash proof gates, we are working to find a better solution. The parking company still patrols and boots cars that are violating our parking policies and we do have a new security company monitoring our community. Regarding the amenities, we implemented amenity passes in August requiring residents and their guests to have the pass while using the amenities. I would like to hear about your additional feedback. Stayed here for 15 months. Never fixed landscape after asking 1 week into lease. Said they had plans to fix it in the spring but never did. Prior to moving out asked about move out inspection and they said there was none. Moved out and left unit is same condition I received it in and they charged me 1k saying carpet needed to be replaced. Showed me pictures and carpet was fine. Tried to dispute charges and they said in order to dispute I would have had to dispute during moving out inspection which they told me at the time of move out that there was not. So long story short DONT stay here. Pursuing legal action now. Never been treated this way ever in my life.
They eaten my $200 Application fee by simply saying not qualified... I have applied online on Monday and the same day my Credit check and rental history was approved, but the community manager was not available for the whole week. She don't have any courtesy to inform the other office staffs about her absence...the other leasing agents don't know when she will be back, she has rejected my application in next Monday and taken my application fee. Don't understand why taking 1 week to say not qualified.... because of this I am forced to stay 5 more days in Hotel... I was following up with the other office staff everyday but no use ... Just wasting my time and Money...
Solano is in a good location for quick access to all of the major highways. The grounds are always kept very nice and the maintenance staff are always friendly and fix problems quickly. The apartments have a lot more in and out traffic then the townhomes also offered at this property, so I would suggest anyone looking for a more quiet and calm living area look into a townhome. The amenities offered are very nice although the office does seem to make it a little difficult to actually utilize them. They also send out a monthly calendar with specific events for that month which is nice for community gatherings. The office staff, in particular Diana, is very helpful and is always a smiling face in the office willingly to help with anything you may need. She is the best worker they have as other office staff at times seem unapproachable. If you come to see the property ask for Diana, she's the best.
