Recently upgraded to a two-bedroom at Solaris Key. While we have our issues from time to time, maintenance and the management team typically works to resolve any thing that comes up. So far, so good!

There is such contentment and peacefulness living here for an older single female Adult. I feel very safe and the apartment staff are all very professional and kind.
Solaris Key is truly a gem. Its a beautiful relaxing property with great amenities. Management at the front is super helpful and courteous. Uba in maintenance was amazing. Not only was he professional, he fixed my issues within my unit quickly and efficiently. I felt very comfortable with his work ethics and he represented as a good asset to the company. I'm very grateful and appreciate all the work he completed. It was truly great customer service.
I moved from Ohio to Solaris and I have lived at Solaris for 6 years. I am very satisfied with the views, the floor plan of my apartment, the leasing office staff and the especially the friends I have made.

We love living at Solaris Key. My wife and I moved into this beautiful property 2 1/2 years ago having only seen the pictures online. We were not disappointed. The property is well-maintained. The amenities are beautiful and we love the beach area. We moved here from a busy city up north and love the tranquil life here. The maintenance team responds quickly when you need a repair of any kind in the Office team is always so helpful!
This is by far the worst place I’ve ever lived at. The management is absolutely terrible, selfish people!!! The apartments are trashed. The gate is always open or it never wants to open! They charge you $200 if you’re one day late. Do not rent here!!! Think of your worst nightmare becoming true!
Solari Key is an amazing gated community. The apartment is beautiful, the grounds well kept, and the amenities give a resort feeling. We’ve loved our time here and will recommend anyone looking for a secure community to Solaris Key.

This community has the potential to be great. It's very sad that the staff is ruining it. The location, and amenities are great. First of all, when you walk to your apartment, the group is filthy. It's sticky and stained everywhere, with debris all over the ground. It's very clear that they have never cleaned. The common areas are also never cleaned. There is garbage everywhere, stuff thrown, and things are worn out. Sometimes the gates work, sometimes they dont. Everything is very inconsistent. Walls are also very thin. The manager sits in his office and does nothing. Not even picking his head up when people come in and out. I love this place, but the cleanliness is what kills it.
Perfect place to live for Medical students, quiet in nature with perfect amenities such as the pool in gym for study breaks!!
Nice place, but could be better. Community needs some work on landscaping and dog rules. Exposed wires in boxes should never be seen
After touring 25 different apartments in the area, I finally found the perfect fit! The amenities are unparalleled for the price point and there are enough options on floorplans and views that you're guaranteed to fall in love with this place!

For the price of the complex I would not recommend renting here. I'm comfortable but it's not worth the price. Some people have great experiences but a lot have horror stories from staying here. Money is better spent elsewhere.

Nice place with great amenities but has not been kept as clean as it used to be. Also there are some dead palm trees that should be removed - they have been dead for quite some time. Location used to be good but now with a large apartment complex opening up down the street, traffic on Gulf to Bay Blvd will be a nightmare. Rents go up every year but lately they have increased dramatically.

This place feels like a “staycation” all around - it offers everything about common everyday living with the added touch of the beautiful views and resort-like amenities. People are nice, staff are great, and community overall is very pleasurable to be part of - definitely a great place to have picked as our first ever apartment!

Solaris Key was love at first sight ! The amenities are amazing! The 2 bed room units have a very nice floor plan and nice appliances. The views of the bay are so gorgeous! The leasing office staff members are absolutely amazing and so helpful ! The only downside is there’s not always parking outside your building and you may have to park near another building.

Solaris Key is a façade. It looks good on the outside and the story told during initial tour is great, but it is not what you see. Amenities are cheap and poorly managed.
The complex is relatively nice, however, they dont enforce the community standards (parking, pet waste) that are signed in every lease.
A great community with fast maintenance that is clean, safe and pet friendly. It has great amenities including a pool, a gym, game room and volley ball court.

Solaris Key is where I call home. Not only is it close to lots of shopping but you are located in the middle of everything 25 mins to Clearwater beach, Saint Pete and Tampa. This beautiful community faces the bay and even has its own private beach area with a volleyball court. The staff is informative and very friendly, but the maintenance team is the best! Location. location, location close to Tampa and close to Clearwater Beach and all the beaches close by. Beautiful location sitting right on Tampa Bay and has lovely residents that are all friendly and nice and welcoming.

Solaris Key really separates themselves from the competition with the private beach and amenities. Apartments are very pleasing to the eye and layout is great. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new apartment experience.

First the good. Our apartment was nice though not as big as the listed square footage stated. The amenities are excellent as is the maintenance staff. Now the bad. It is overpriced. Our first years rent was a little overpriced but acceptable. Our first renewal increased the rent by just under 3% even though the cost of living including housing had gone up a little under 2%. We renewed any way. Our next renewal was an increase of about $60 per month, an increase of a little over 3%. We began to look around and found several comparable properties at lower prices. We settled on Bayside Arbors where we got a bigger apartment with an oversized attached garage and paid $425 less per month. Our other complaint is the fact that we left on June 19, 2020 and now on October 15,2020 are still waiting for the refund of the balance of our security deposit. I have called the office on a monthly basis but have gotten a different story each time. They will nickel and dime you on move out charges. All and all I would choose a different place.

My overall experience has been good. I had a couple of maintenance problems that were fixed right away.
