Property Ratings at Solaris Ranch
The Administration needs to have control of the Property. They are not available at the office during the hours they say they are. The pool is not working, the surroundings are full of garbage.
Pool hasn't been open in 3 years, Management is never there. Manager is rude no customer service they actually told me my work order to repair a leaking toilet wasn't an emergency. You cant use the gym after the office is closed. Police are always driving through. You Hear shooting at night.
0 stars. This place is the worst. I hate that I renewed my lease here. I cannot wait to get out. My first year was fine. Its a quiet place and every one keeps to themselves. Now under new managenent and its horrible. Pool was never open all summer. Trash every where. Dumpster overflowing. Management is very rude. Office hours are constantly changing. It's almost impossible to have visitors since you need a visitors pass to park. Its hard to get the visitors pass if no one is in the office. So if you do have a visitor you must plan a head to get a pass, they can not randomly visit you. Towing starts at 10pm, so you basically have a curfew for visitors. Cars get towed constantly. As soon as 10pm hits. And good luck getting maintenance done quickly. I absolutely do not recommend living here!!!
The people who live here are ok no priblems with tjat. But they are very SLOW about fixing any problems. I called for 2 days because my air was out... i got one phone call back but the problem was NOT fixed till Monday... i went throughthe weekend woth no air You ca leave a message but you will NEVER get a call back... if you can dont Rent from them!!!! The price is over rated because it is NOTHING to the apartments. No updated look at all....Go to someother place...
The management at the Solaris Ranch Apartment in Everman tx 76140. Is very unprofessional no is every in the office to speak with you and when then they do they are full of excuses and rude and have attitude's. I haven't even move into the apartment yet and I have experienced so much disrespect be hung up on given the run around by corporate management and all I want is my deposit back. I really want to give no STARS ARE A -10 . THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCK'S !!!!!!
I moved in to this apartment a little over a month ago, very excited at first because it was close to both my husbands and my job. When you go sign your lease everyone is so nice and are joking with you making you feel very welcomed and happy you chose this place. Then the nightmare began, the day of our move in we were told the apartment wouldn't be ready until late that evening which was a huge inconvenience considering we had told our last landlord we'd be out that day. When we were finally able to move in the family and I came in to check the place out and as soon as we turned the lights on roaches scattered everywhere disgusting to say the least, the apartment wasn't cleaned dirty fridge, dirty bathrooms, dirty tubs, ceiling was stained kitchen walls still greasy and oily from previous tenant the stove was filthy, I called the apartment office the next day and they're reaction was simply "oh really?" Not surprised at all. Then less then a month being there I get my first lease violation stating that I needed to clean up after my dogs when I take them out. That was not the problem the problem was the manner in which I was approached by Zoe the office manager, she calls me while at my work saying I needed to clean after my dogs, I stated I wasn't the only one with a dog so she needed to give lease violations to everyone with pets, that's when her true colors showed! She became rude, condescending and after yelling at me she hangs up on me! For the amount of money they charge in rent this place is not worth the headache they will pick at every little thing you do, I wouldn't be surprised if they watch you while you're sleeping! Oh they also gave me my second lease violation because there was trash in my living room floor when they came to check the water meter! RIDICULOUS! PLEASE PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Oh and if you reach out to upper management to complain it's a waste of time! Save you the headache and lease elsewhere! You have been warned! Heck I'll probably get a lease violation for this review
The manager is a liar and a crook. she will rip you off. stay AWAY FROM SOLARIS RANCH SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED BY THE OWNERS
Zoe the manager is very very inexperienced and rude do not be fooled by her nice attitude at first sight she will RIP YOU OFF WHEN YOU MOVE OUT She needs to be FIRED Please rent somewhere else THANK YOU for saving your life from trouble
Most of the complaints on here I agree with. The tenants are really cool and it is very quiet around here. However the management is very rude. Not at first though. Zoe is very nice and really down to earth at first. But if you have something that she doesn't agree with arise she gets rude really fast. No matter how polite you approach her with the issue. Also she made me pay for bed bug extermination when i had lived here for 5 months with no bed bugs and never had them before. New tenants moved in and then they appeared. I asked other tenants in my building and they stated they had recently started seeing them as well. My last apartment had a bed bug addendum and i left without any and moved in without any. When i tried to explain that i should not have to pay she got so loud and rude. Very condescending and childish at one point. Don't move here until they get better management.
Best for families, lots of kids an odd cars coming an going. Unregistered vehicles don't matter since the management don't care. Pool is small, located by a field so bugs are always getting in the apartments.
Average. That's all that comes to mind when talking about Solaris Ranch apartments. After being bought by company, rules left and right, paperwork going "missing" and a pool that is half the size that is pictured and horribly over treated. Children are not allowed to washable sidewalk chalk, rules on what is allowed on your patio. The good things are the rickety old swing set was torn down and replaced with a play gym.
Before I give you all the cons I will at least give the pros. The people who live here are actually not too bad, especially considering the neighborhood. Not too loud, keep to themselves and don't seem to cause any trouble. There are a lot of kids and while I'm sure there's a few who don't behave most just love playing outside in the park. Now, as far as the apartments go, they are "ok". The carpets were 'cleaned' before move in, except they had that piled up dark dirt lines pushed into every corner from not cleaning and vacuuming well first. There were popcorn kernels all along the baseboards, and safety pins in the carpet(almost like it's supposed to hold it down). They also have tears in them. The smoke alarms are almost all missing which I told them from move in but still havent put them in. Oh and NO storage space. Everything else is just your average apt amenities. Nothing to brag about. Old oven, microwave, small pool (pictures on website look way better than reality) and a "gym" that is about 3 pieces of equipment that is only open when office people are in there... Which leads into my final review. Horrible.. Terrible.. Worst experience dealing with mgmt ever. They are constantly changes "policies" to fit whatever they are harping on residents about that week. From changing visitor policy and having a TON of people towed without warning, writing people with kids(they consider anyone under the age of 18 a kid) up for letting them be outside without a parent, to writing people up for having ANYTHING other than 'patio' furniture on the porch. It's such a headache to live here. Really regret making this choice but now we are stuck and just want to make sure people do their homework before choosing this place!
