Living here has been really nice! Rent is reasonable and everyone is super friendly! the apartment amenities are alright, they do break pretty easily but i love that they have people to come fix it for free!

Some people dont respect the speed limit.. ther are always speeding through the bumps, not caring if there’s children around. I think fixing the front gates would help out a lot.

Great staff, easy move in, everything explained up front. No bugs, well kept, relatively quiet property. 3 pools and Jacuzzi's, basketball and soccer practice area. Older complex being updated.

Love it…I enjoy my community and we are located in walking distance from a lot of different stores in the area. Solas Glendale is a very clean and animal friendly neighborhood.

I have been having problems with cockroaches. The neighbors are really loud all throughout the night. I'm on the 3rd floor and I can hear people walking in the apartment next to me.

These apartment are really nice I moved In and don’t have a problem. When something was broken maintenance came the next day and was super nice. Amazing staff in the office as well they are always so helpful and nice.

Abby in the office is awesome and has been a great source along our journey to move in. After finally moving in we had some issues. Firstly our washing machine didn’t work and leaked water. It felt like our issue wasn’t a priority and even had a supervisor come out on the third visit. Only to say this is a simple fix and send workers elsewhere. Apparently an easy fix takes another 3 days to get probably resolved and it wasn’t even fixed we just got another washer and dryer 2 weeks after moving in and having to do laundry at a laundromat. Other than that and a small issue with keys to a storage room, the experience has been pleasant-huge shoutout to Abby again- and the community is fairly quiet and has great amenities. The parking doesn’t make much sense and our covered parking space is strangely distant from our apartment and the explanation that we got was essentially “it is what it is”. We’re overall happy and hoping this month isn’t a sign of what’s to come.

Solas is a decent-above average community. There are some “less desirable” communities in close proximity which was concerning but the community is quiet, grounds are kept up along with amenities and community dumpsters are not overflowing which as a resident gives peace of mind the community manager is attentive to the appearance of the community. Concerns of the community- management is imposing a parking fee to residents and non residents monthly outside of the rent price. Maintenance team is more concerned about cars unloading/loading in areas around the community that are not blocked off rather than addressing concerns such as AC inside units which have drastically affected my decision to renew my lease in confidence.

Solas Glendale has been great for me and my family. We enjoy the location, with good schools and great shopping close by. Another great thing here is they are always making improvements, whether landscaping changes, or installing a brand new gym, they obviously care to make it nice here.

Staff are very friendly and the apartments are pretty nice for what they're charging. Victoria helped my family out with the application and she made sure to get us in ASAP. No complaints so far.

I really enjoy the community amenities such as the pools, fire pit, and beautiful walkways. My neighbors have all been nice and helpful. My apartment floor plan is comfortable and the floor plan uses the space efficiently.

The community is nice and pretty. The apartments are decent sized and very functional. Love that there is more than one pool and an enclosed area for dogs.

The living area is great have never had any issues with neighbors or crime. They've been upgrading the complex. I've been in my apartment since 2016 its been okay. Really wish they would upgrade the carpet or come clean the carpet since I've never had it done since being here. It's been 5 years you could imagine how dirty this carpet is or upgrade the appliances. I shouldn't have to move out in order for apartment to be upgraded. But besides that the pools are great. The area is great. Neighbors are great. It's pretty quiet.

My resigned lease was lost days before the old one expired, so I had to sign a late lease that costs me $300 extra a month all because someone in their system lost one of the most important pieces of paperwork they deal with, it’s unfair to renters and poor work ethic. Otherwise, Solas has great buildings with polite and helpful staff.
