I moved in 3 days ago and I already can't wait to move out. I get home very late at night from work and when I tried to find parking my first night, I had to wait in my car for an hour before finding a spot 3 apartment buildings down. I went to the front office with my concerns just to be told that waiting for parking is normal in apartments and that parking is available near building 1- I live in building 8!!!!! I cant walk 7 buildings at 2am! Front office said they can't guarantee safety. WHAT!!!!! That's exactly what a single woman wants to hear. I'm so disappointed that I even signed a lease here. I would never recommend this place- first because of parking, and second because of the poor management. I was offered to be put on the wait list for a garage- but I don't want to pay and extra $120/month for something that should be standard. The parking management company they've hired for these apartments are so strict, I've already had 2 warnings in 3 days!!! Literally am hiring a lawyer to see if I can break my lease because I cannot do this for an entire year. DONT MOVE HERE! You will regret it.

To help alleviate this, we require all residents and guests to follow the parking policies and register their vehicles. While you may not be able to always park in a space directly in front of your breezeway, the community offers parking for all residents and guests. In addition, street parking is not permitted. We enforce these rules to ensure that emergency vehicles can navigate the property safely. When a vehicle is parked along the street curb, they receive a warning sticker before further action. Would not recommend. The new PM Christine is completley unprofessional and should not be in her position. She is disrespectful, unhelpful, and does not take responsibilities for her own mistakes. She said that I was lying about contacting the office! Do not bother with a place that cares so little for their residents.

Place was great when it was Bainbridge, new management is the worst I've ever seen. They are taking a really nice property and running it into the ground, while simultaneously treating tenants like garbage and raising rent. The staff is terrible, and they do zero property maitenance. Even when you call repeatedly. That is when you get through, since sometimes they don't answer, and there is no voicemail option, and they never respond to e-mails. The inside of the apartments are nice, and the grounds and amenities are still doing ok, but with the lack of upkeep they will be run into the ground pretty fast. Don't waste your money on this over priced disaster. If they get new management that isn't ZRS it might be salvageable, but for now, look elsewhere.
Moving to this place was probably the BIGGEST mistake I've ever done in my entire life. The apartments inside and amenities are beautiful without a question, but this place has two BIG flaws, the wood floors are TERRIBLE and the sound transfer between units is awful. Thanks to the poor construction of the floors I had serious issues with my downstairs neighbors and it ended costing me THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS to move out and A LOT of unnecessary stress. I could also hear the neighbor above me, but I never said anything to him because I knew it was not his fault. I was never able to invite anyone to my apartment because my neighbors could hear every single step even when me and my guests were walking normally. I tried getting a big area rug and buying special shoes, but nothing helped the situation. I spent the last two months walking on the tip of my toes(no joke) to avoid any further problems. I've lived in apartments for the majority of my adult life and I never had an issue like this. The 5 months I was there it was a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE! >_< These apartments are beautiful, yes, but that's about it. I will never move to a brand new property ever again. All new constructions are made with cheap materials. I would not recommend anyone moving to this place.
