Raised rent $200 after the first year. During that time, the pool and fitness center were out of commission. The front office was renovated cosmetically but did not improve at all for the benefit of the residents. Same exact fitness center with new fans and floor. The pool remained untouched. Frustrated residents, after much frustration of not having the amenities for nearly a year, received an email saying that the price of the apartment doesn't entitle us to amenities. Essentially they paid thousands of dollars for better pictures to market the place. Also, they went through each apartment for a shake-down to see if everyone was complying with their colossal amount rules. I understand protecting your investment, but it was invasive in my opinion, and I have never had that experience in all the years I have rented. Not a fan of the owners and management. However, I have had a great experience with the maintenance crew. Parking is horrible, pigeons are everywhere, and terrible landscaping. I will not be renewing the lease when it comes time.

I toured the apartments with Rachelle. She showed me the amenities and photos of the apartments. They did not have the actual apartment to tour, but Rachelle gave me all the information I needed. Very clean and beautiful community!
Currently rent 3 bedroom. Just found out there is a rat, hopefully dead, sprayed by Pest Control but left in the apartment along with cockroaches!! Air ducts not cleaned at all leaves crap on the fans, carpets coming up. Not happy at all for the money.
I moved here last year. This is great apartment to live. Great and quick services. I don't have any big issue here so far. I recommend this place .

I really like it at first.. the property needs a lot of cleaning to do grass don’t look how it looks on social media I call for maintenance they never came to take Care of it my parking spot that I was assigned to it’s some one els and now I regret moving here issues and issues ???????They really need to make the property look clean trash is always full and it looks horrible they really need to get on this!!

I read some of the reviews and was a little wary of the maintenance and other things when I moved in. The reason for the communication issues is under staffing. Grisel was the only one doing everything but another leasing agent was just has hired so things are moving much quicker. I have been living here for three weeks and have had to make three maintenance requests on the AC, dishwasher and battery replacement but only because the apartment was empty for a while. I am very impressed with the timeliness of maintenance. You submit the request online and it is fulfilled in a very reasonable time frame. Maintenance has always given detailed and timely feedback on exactly how the issue was resolved. Rent is exactly what is quoted, and it's very quiet here. Water, sewer and trash are a flat rate so it doesn't matter how much you use and so far I feel safe here as a young woman. Highly recommend.
Grisel the manager was very helpful, the place looks well maintained and beautiful. The new management company is apparently much better than before.

If I could give this place a zero star I would. I have had so many issues with communication with the office manager and property staff, first and foremost no one ever answers the phone. They blame it on our systems are down or the phone lines were messed up, but you can call any time and no one will answer even if they are sitting there. Secondly Any issues you bring up, they do not know how to bring about a solution they only deflect and make excuses. My wife had an incident in September involving staff where she had to call the Chandler police, and I'm still waiting on a resolution from that in February due to ConAm management buying the property from PEM, and no one from PEM bothered to follow up with us. I had to bring it up to the regional manager for ConAm and was told something totally different than Soleil's office manager. I requested a maintenance visit due to a leaking washer that let water out all over the floor, and it has been a week since my initial call, and now I'm told I have to wait three more days even though our washer has been sitting on the property for two days. All we have gotten is excuses for any issues or questions, and frankly I am so happy I am moving out of this place early. I would never recommend anyone to live here, for the fact that no one deserves to have this much frustration with people who are supposed to be there to help solve your residential problems. Do not move to Soleil if you have other options, it is not worth you losing your sanity.

Ever Since PB bell took over this community it has been a NIGHTMARE! The office staff is NEVER available. Good luck getting a call back EVEN IF YOU LEAVE A MESSEGE. Their follow up is HORRIBLE. If you have a maintenance issue, plan for it to take about 3 days to a week for it to be fixed. I had to sleep in my living room for a week after just having my newborn baby because the lights went out in my room and of course the baby wakes up ever few hours and I cant be functional with her at night in the DARK. They are incompetent and I hate to have to say that, but there is no better word for it. They sent my security deposit check to my roommate who had been written off the lease 7 months prior to my end of lease. WHY, would you do that? Its just ridiculous. Please avoid. especially if you ware going to pay a pretty penny to live there. Its not value for your buck!
The Management Team (if you want to call them that) is the worst I have every had to deal with. The lie, don't show up for appointments, and everything is always the rents issue. We lived there 4 years and were moving out and got a notice on the car that we were parked in the wrong spot and need to move our car. We asked and they said we had been parking in wrong spot, but is was on our lease agreement?? I could go on forever but all I will say is if you rent from P.B. Bell GOOD LUCK!
