I had no privacy at night and WiFi cut off every few hours
Homeless people walking around every night. There's security but they just sit in their vehicle at the front gate. Break-ins constantly, pool is never open even though it's suppose to be year-round. Trashcans are always filled with furniture and dog park is always covered in poop. Floods and leaks from old plumbing I guess.. Property management is a complete joke, doesn't care and doesn't even seem to know what they're doing. I'd rather live in a Siegel Suite again
It has gotten so bad so I had to move yes the staff is nice but the residents there are awful and the place is not good with upkeep they kept raising the rent every year and nothing has changed to make staying there worth it so i had to go and the roaches are awful

While we wish we could keep everyone at the same rents, the market in Las Vegas dictates that we do have to increase them. We do have pest control that is on property once a week to take care of any little critters that may show up. Thank you for you residency.
I would give Solstice TEN stars if I could! Not only do they have the nicest staff but they do such a great job with the upkeep of the community. I am very happy and pleased to call this little paradise my home for many years to come!

I am a recent resident of this wonderful complex the office staff Trixi and Tammy are just delightful , I am so glad i chose to live here. Today they gave a barbecue for the residence , whom are the nicest people, the grounds are clean and because it is fairly a small complex everyone does their part to keep it clean . It is very well lite up at night , which makes me have a sense of safety . Is it perfect no, but it really comes close . but where is ? I hope to be here for a while and would recommend to anyone looking for a small and safe little community. I want to thank all of the staff including the maintenance guy for making our living space nice . Thank you Lori

I'm sure this is no reflection on the owners since they don't come here but I have actually had to take go to court I've tried on numerous occasions to go ahead and remedy a complaint which is taking a $96 fee for cable and Wi-Fi when I have no Wi-Fi in 4 years ago after talk to me a Cox Communication I found out for $89 I get Wi-Fi I telephone and cable and I was told when I moved in it was mandatory that I take the entertainment package and I found out that it's not mandatory and I can actually according to my lease I can actually get DIRECTV or anything else I want because it's in my lease I don't think it's absolutely necessary to take the for me to have to go to court to recover my $4,600 what you sent me a letter saying that that I never ordered boy or did anything to that effect on the Wi-Fi or whatever it wasn't my responsibility I was told by Cox Communications that my account has never been set up for Wi-Fi or anything else so I like to say that the management sucks and you guys needs to do something about that.
These apartments are on Lake Mead and Jones. Always homeless people hanging around and management's only advice is to call the police. For this price you can always find something safer with better customer service.

Please contact me directly to discuss this situation and I can provide you with the number for our after hours Courtesy patrol that you can contact in addition to Metro. We do advise all residents to contact Metro for matters involving crime and/ or vagrants as we are limited on being able to restrict them from returning to the community. I found the complex by searching the area so I could be close to work. Found the complex quiet and comfortable. Been told by neighbor he has been robbed once but nothing I've seen shows it's a dangerous place. Studio apartment is nice and affordable, good for beginning apartment for young people just starting on their own.
This is a great apartment complex for singles, childless couples and single parents with one child. The appliances are small and a little dated, but the location is pretty good and the complex is relatively safe. Its very pretty. Just be aware, if you are moving from anywhere but Vegas, there are more fees than you may expect.
I have lived at Camden Hills in one of their fully furnished studio apartments for the past 5 months. There are no bells or whistles here (you're not going to find granite counter tops or stainless steel appliances), but all the basics that you really need. The studios come furnished with: a full size murphy bed that folds into the wall and provides a little more floor space, a love seat, 2 bar stools and a small end table with a lamp. Appliances include: standard size refrigerator, a slightly undersized oven/stove (i had to bend the edges of a cookie sheet to get it to fit in the oven), a slightly undersized dishwasher, a microwave and garbage disposal. there is ample counter space and cabinet space throughout the apartment. The bathroom is surprisingly spacious with large mirror running the length of the counter as well as a mirrored medicine cabinet. There is a decent sized laundromat(which takes a card that you can add money to in the laundromat itself) in the center of the complex next to the pool (which i see cleaned daily). The staff has always been friendly to me. there are covered parking spots available (but they cost an extra monthly fee). There is also a small fenced-in dog park inside the apartment complex. Something that I really liked about this apt is the fact that there is no weight restriction for dogs (the only restriction is no pitbulls). So, if you're looking for a basic apartment at a good price I would definitely recommend Camden Hills.
